That will change from person to person. Personally, I think my region, the United Nations of Liberalia, is worth a look.

Allow me to recommend the region of Groovy, founded by me under one of my other nations last year. Themed around 60s counterculture and far-out music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, Groovy is a small and quaint, but fittingly named, region, and new members are always welcome, regardless of nation age or stats or political views.
