As Amuapyle requested, they have been removed from the signups list. This, along with the next few signups, brings our total number of nations to 43!

As a side note, there's about 22 hours left until the host vote concludes. Most IBO members have already sent their ballots, thank you all! We'll be getting underway shortly.

Alright, the host voting period is finally over! Here are the results:

ACCEPT Filindostan and Abaja's bid: 8
ACCEPT Lisander and Velestria's bid: 2

There were a few abstentions from bidding members, so I'm very happy with the voter turnout we got this time around! Anyway, with these results, the hosting rights for IBC 27 are awarded to Filindostan and Abaja. Everything regarding the RP thread, signup numbers, and everything else regarding the tournament are up to them now. Good luck to everyone!

The nations Abaja and Filindostan would like to thank the IBO members for giving us the opportunity to host IBC 27.

We also thank the nations Velestria and Lisander for their support and wish them luck in the coming IBC.

That being said, me and Filindostan have agreed favor to run the IBC 27 tournament with 48 nations over our other proposed 44. Therefore, we'll wait until we can get five more nations to participate.

Thanks to all who voted for our bid. We have reached 48 signups, and are tentatively closing signups. Any signups from this point will be considered waitlisted, but any one signup from now from a main nation may replace my puppet, Bernegastad.

We'll open the everything thread in 24 to 36 hours time.
