General of Assembly ~ Removal of WMD

Postby Zhu » Wed Mar 20, 2019 11:50 pm

Nothing that the act of using WMD should and most likely "Semi-ILLEGAL"

Also, not using WMD for nuclear and biological (not chemical) that decrease our beautiful environment and smiles.

Demands that nation who use WMD for nuclear and biological have to make agreements in the World Assembly

Suggest that this act is to promote world peace, safety, environment, and health

World Assembly hereby:

1. Defines that this act is not way to promote anti-WMD and not violate nation with WMD

2. Conclude that this act to be careful for using WMD

3. Make policies that wise in using WMD

4. Defines set laws in using WMD

(OOC: Welcome to the General Assembly. As currently written, I believe this falls afoul of the operative clause rule, which states that all proposals must mandate or urge action on member states. I am having trouble seeing anything that a nation will have to be suggested to do if this passes. Also, I suggest having a look at the Nuclear Arms Possession Act and other relevant law if you want to develop this further.)
Hello! I’m a GAer and NS Roleplayer from the United Kingdom.
My pronouns are he/him.
Any posts that I make as GenSec will be clearly marked as such and OOC. Conversely, my IC ambassador in the General Assembly is Ambassador Fortier. I’m always happy to discuss ideas about proposals, particularly if grammar or wording are in issue. I am also Executive Deputy Minister for the WA Ministry of TNP.
Kenmoria is an illiberal yet democratic nation pursuing the goals of communism in a semi-effective fashion. It has a very broad diplomatic presence despite being economically developing, mainly to seek help in recovering from the effect of a recent civil war. Read the factbook here for more information; perhaps, I will eventually finish it.

The "Language" rule actually comes under the "Format" rule. But there should be nothing wrong in calling it the Language rule.

(I say "should be" because I'm not a GA regular.)

I can't tell whether this intends to restrict or encourage WMD possession.
