THE CLOVER CONFEDERATION
•WHAT IS THE CLOVER CONFEDERATION?
Good morning NSers. I would like to introduce you to a brand new region: The Clover Confederation. We are a small group of nations looking for new members. Any help or guidance is appreciated. We ask you please be kind and civil on this thread. But, I should answer some of the questions you're asking. So, what exactly is The Clover Confederation?
•GOVERNMENT
The Clover Confederation is run by two governments. Let me explain. First, The Confederation Court. The Court consists of (in decreasing order of power) the Founder, Co-Founder, Chancellor, the Administrator of Regional Security, and the WA Delegate. These are all permanent positions that are not elected. The only way to obtain a position in the Court is either by A: A Court member CTEs and you are elected as their replacement or B: A Court member is impeached and you are elected as their replacement. Hopefully we don't have to impeach anyone. While it may seem unlikely to get a Court position, there is other jobs in the government. Let me introduce you to The Confederation Council. The Council consists of (in decreasing order of power) the President, Vice President, Bureau of Management, Bureau of Investigation, and Bureau of R/D, who report up to the Founder, Co-Founder, Chancellor, the Administrator of Regional Security, and the WA Delegate respectively. These are all elected positions that we shall start holding elections for as soon as we find the region has grown to a place where we feel more positions are needed. •ROLEPLAY
Roleplay is mainly handled by the Chancellor. Now, RP is fun, and one of the main aspects of a region. However there must be rules. So, we have set in place some basic guidelines on what is and is not acceptable in RP.
Please refrain from the following:
Godmodding or the act of making your nation OP. This upsets the balance of the RP.
Rageing. We understand RP can be frustrating sometimes, but please remain civil.
or
Unconsented war or declaring war on a nation that does not want to partake in the RP.
•REGIONAL MESSAGE BOARD
Like RP, there need to be rules for the RMB. The RMB has always been pretty casual but we do have a basic set of rules.
Please refrain from the following:
Spamming. Do not post meaningless messages that contribute nothing. Even worse, repeatedly.
Advertising. Do not advertise a region, or any other thing within the RMB.
Flaming. Remain civil on the RMB.

Don't be offensive. It's just not good.
