I'm not sure I follow your thought process here.

While issues must be answered to acquire cards, there is a whole community built around them, and answering issues is a tiny sliver of cards as a whole.

I have to agree with Noah, answering issues is only a small part of card collecting and by far the least enjoyable part of the whole thing.

Collecting cards is fun. Buying and selling cards is fun. Competing against other players on the open market is fun.

Answering issues is the price you pay to play.

We are extremely sorry that we forgot about the cards community on NationStates. Such mistakes won't be repeated in the future.

On a sidenote, the survey is now edited to add one more question, about Cards. Since very few nations filled the survey, it won't affect the outcome of the last question.
