A national referendum to determine the form of government desired by Gutulian peoples

the Republic of Gutulia has been established for a long time with the famous presidential republican government system. This referendum was successfully granted by the Gutulia government after the submission of a petition by people's representatives which had been signed by 55 million valid Gutulian peoples and supported by incumbent president Joko Widaya to reform the government system towards a better direction for all people. In the February referendum, Gutulians are asked to choose the option to remain with the current presidential government system or replace it with a new modified semi-presidential government system. Before the counting of ballots throughout the country, let us know more about the choice to remain and to replace.

Government Type: the Unitary Republic with Dual-Party Presidential System
Constitution: 1945 Constitution

1. President as Head of State and Government
2. Parliament as bicameral legislature body
3. President responsible to Gutulian People based on constitution
4. The government body is a cabinet headed by the President
5. The president cannot dissolve the parliament as well as the parliament cannot dissolve the government
6. the term of office of head of state and government is limited to 5 years with renewable term of office for one period
7. all domestic and foreign affairs are the responsibility of the president
8. the president is elected through direct elections by Gutulian peoples
9. the president is the highest military leader
10. parliament can submit the right to hold the president accountable to the people
11. the official name of the country is the Republic of Gutulia
12. President Joko Widaya's government will be replaced by general elections held as soon as possible

11. all domestic affairs are the responsibility of the Minister President
12. all foreign affairs are the responsibility of the President
13. the president is elected through direct elections by Gutulian peoples
14. the minister president is elected by the president without parliamentary approval
15. the president is the highest military leader
16. parliament can submit the right to hold the president accountable to the people
17. the official name of the country is the State of Gutulia
18. President Joko Widaya's government will continue for up to one period to reform the state order

Assalamualaikum, Salam Damai Sejahtera Untuk Kita Semua, Om Swastiastu, Namo Buddhaya, Salam Kebajikan

Which I greatly respect ... the chairman of the Gutulian parliament and all the MPs present in this room that I cannot mention one by one. I hope all of us are always blessed by the god of the universe.

I am very grateful and happy because the national referendum that was held last week and the calculation of the referendum results ended today went smoothly without the slightest disruption. this is a remarkable achievement for democracy in our country and as an example of a form of good democracy for other countries. on this good occasion, I, as the President of the Republic of Gutulia, will carry out the purpose of the referendum which is a community initiative and supported by our government.

After accepting the results of the referendum calculation, officially the second republic government has been formed with a new constitution that has been prepared previously and will be ratified by parliament. I will also immediately form a new government cabinet in order to remain effective in government activities tomorrow. the process of transitioning from the previous system into a new system may last for approximately a week. I hope this will not reduce the performance of our government services to all Gutulian people.

I can say enough to all the honorable MPs and all the people of Gutulia that I certainly love. I hope this country will remain peaceful in unity, identity and prosperity.
