This was once the Newark Aristocracy,years ago.
This land was destroyed by its own people to end a war.
This land is now full of desolate wasteland.
How will you act in this wasteland?

RULES:1.Stick to site rules,please.2. factions can be created but,only by characters. 3.No Completed Tech Bullshit,unless you find Power Armor or A Car. (Yes,there are  functioning cars in this,but there is not a lot of them.)4.Nukes are allowed after a period of time.5.You can use whatever weapons you like,as long as they are not vehicles (Rule 5 is voided when nukes come into play), Modified  functioning cars are the only exception .6.Around the same time as nuke are allowed to be used,you can find the  remains of a vehicle and restore it to running condition.7 If you want NPCs,TG Me.8.There is no OOC thread,so you can post OOC here.

The Story:Sometime in 2021,the Newark Aristocracy is getting overran by foreign forces, so the military makes a Last Resort decision. Hit the country with DOS cannons.
The entirety of the civilian population went underground to prepare for the hell that was coming.
The shots caused the Newark Aristocracy to become a wasteland,devoid of life.

Kohan the 12th walks out of Vault 92,hoping to see how the land has been since he went into the Vault 10 years ago,when he was only 10 years old.
He sees a devastated land,devoid of life.
His PIP-BOY indicates that there is a full set of Power Armor nearby.
He runs to the location to find a perfectly working set of power armor. As the rest of the residents of Vault 92 come outside for the first time in 10 years,they see a large wasteland,waiting to be explored.

Kohan the 12th is patrolling a area of the settlement called "New Monarch City" when 3 Deathclaws attack. Kohan being a fast shooter,kills the Deathclaws in 1 minute and 30 seconds
