Due to climatological phenomenon known as El Niño, some regions in Republic of La Boca are having frequent rains and severe thunderstorms that cause floods. Even the capital city of the country is flooded. Most of the people lost almost everything. Weather forecast isn't encouraging until mid-autumn (southern hemisphere), despite the fact that Meteorological Bureau says that this weeks will be sunny or partially cloudy. We need some help with clothes, nonperishable food, diapers, bottled water, disinfectants, boots and medicines. Thanks for your attention.

We will be sending 10,000 standard Army-issue blankets, three containerized water treatment stations, and 5,000 tents. We will also be working with private charities to organize an airlift of medical supplies as soon as humanly possible.

As we assume that the flooded parts of your country are located in a tropical climate, we would like to remind you that there is no summer nor winter in tropical areas, but rather, wet and dry seasons. We would like to remind you that the wet season brings multiple daily thunderstorms and cyclones, whilst the dry season brings almost no rain whatsoever and long dry spells. This leads to wet season flooding and dry season droughts. As such, we encourage you to encourage your citizenry to peruse summertime meteorological predictions. Further, if you're willing to provide them with accommodation, we will send you a total of 400 professionals from tropical climates including engineers, architects, and urban planners. They will spend 4 weeks in the tropical areas of your nation, teaching your engineers, urban planners and architects how to better design tropical areas to mitigate the impacts of wet season floods and dry season droughts. Further, our universities will be open to any students from your nation who wish to study engineering, urban planning and architecture, and you are free to recruit university lecturers from our nation too. Also, please consider encouraging summer time meteorological predictions. We are also happy to provide you with upto $2,000,000 in meterological equipment,

Yohannes Decides — NationStates issue #204,116: Republic of La Boca needs help

As tabled by the Office of the Chancellor before the Members and Elected Collegians of the Realm in Parliament assembled on 17 January 2019, the Thirty-sixth Christian Democratic Executive Council has released a series of policy and technical notices.

For that reason, I would like to inform your government’s representative in the Nineteen Countries of our intention to deliver material and logistic assistance in the form of the following humanitarian aid programme:


• Providing much-needed relief supplies such as waterproof tarpaulins, water bottles, and mother and infant kit donations to the value of 15 million NationStates Dollars or Universal Standard Dollars;
  
  
• Employing medical assistance through 80 specially trained and ministry-assessed health specialists from the Nineteen Countries in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Human Services;
  
  
• Supporting the Government of La Boca with logistical and other technical capabilities in partnership with the Commonwealth Navy; and
  
  
• Funding technical expertise and providing capital from the Nineteen Countries to help re-invest in essential infrastructure such as telecommunications, maritime commercial facilities and power services — in partnership with the Bank of Yohannes.
We work closely with the Order of The Purple Cross and the International Humanitarian Aid Coordination Committee to ensure that the Executive Council’s assistance programme does not duplicate the assistance provided by other World Assembly member states.
