I refuse to believe that. Othetwise I'd have to accept that a) I'll likely end up alone and b) it's entirely possible (propable, even) that I suck too.

Of course you suck. That doesn't mean that you and humanity as a whole aren't more often than not on the nicer side of the butt spectrum, but we're all a bit rubbish. Life is just about being the best little slagheap you can be as we continue to thrive on the suffering of others.

Yes, very much so.

Tell me about it. I wasn't quite around for the 1000 page period, but it's still a shadow of what it used to be. It's nice that some of the oldies are still around though.

When the weather was nice it was catch the parade American guest performers be way too into the festivities, then have the year's first park or beach booze picnic while the Gardaí were feeling non-attentive.
