Definitely Cities Skylines, the features, and the modability are vastly superior to other games I have seen. I am also impressed by the amount of content that is added by the DLCs, which enhance gameplay a lot.

Mine is definitely CK2, EU4 would come in second. Skylines is pretty fun too; but I can't get in to Victoria 2 or HOI4 because they are sort of boring to me.
