The Pan-Slavic Union State
Built on foundations of peace, fraternity and friendship, the Pan-Slavic Union State [PSUS] is a collection of Slavic nations devoted to the continual existence of the Slavic peoples where they can be free from oppression and intolerance. The goal of this Pan-Slavic military/economic alliance is to create cooperation between its member states through free trade, economic assistance, friendship, non-aggression, and mutual-security among all. This Slavic alliance will ensure the prosperity of all its members. Nations of the PSUS will work together to defend one another and help each other’s nations rise to glory.

The Constitution of the Pan-Slavic Union State
Article One: Defense
Where one or more member states' territorial integrity, political independence or security are directly threatened, or a state of war is declared on them, other member states are obligated to react as though their own territorial integrity, political independence or security is at serious risk. All member states will contribute it’s full military, economic, political power, to help defend the integrity of fellow member states, when under threat.
Furthermore, all members of Slavija must give financial and military support to the Slavijan Armed Forces. In turn this combined military force shall defend against any and all direct military threats to the region of Slavija.
Article Two: Trade
All signatories will eradicate trade barriers and tariffs in order to promote trade and mutual benefit and profit between all Slavic brother nations. Economic prosperity of all member nations will ensure our influence will be felt upon the world.
Article Three: Intelligence
No alliance member shall conduct espionage on any fellow member nation. All member states will work together, with their intelligence agencies, to gather intelligence on possible threats to member state of the Pan-Slavic Union State.
In order to head alliance and regional intelligence matters, the Main Intelligence Directorate has been created and is to remain in existence for the defense of all member states.
Article Four: Aid/Relief
If any fellow member state is hit by a disaster, whether economic, natural, civilian or military, fellow member states will be called upon to offer aide to the effected nation or nations from a disaster. Aid will include any type of the following; economic, military, humanitarian, or political.
Article Five: Combating Crime, Terrorism and Smuggling
All member states will cooperate with the MID to fight international crime and illegal trades (such as smuggling and narcotic and human trafficking) in the Union and Slavija members. Furthermore, member states to jointly combat terrorist groups in fellow PSUS nations.
Article Six: Pan-Slavic Union State Government
All PSUS member states are required to declare a delegate who will represent their nations in the Union. Delegates are members of the Pan-Slavic Senate, and this will enable participation in the democratic process of PSUS and in the Union State government.
Some delegates in the senate hold Commissary Positions. These are additional vocations in the alliance, such as Commissar of the MID, Commissar of Defense or Commissar of the Exterior. The highest ranking position in the Senate is that of Chairman, currently held by Bohdan Sajenko of the Cossack Republic of Solyhniya. Commisars must serve their vocations zealously and faithfully for the benefit of all PSUS nations.
In order to add, remove or change any articles of the constitution, or to declare a vote of no confidence in any Commissar, a vote among the delegates from must be taken. 51% of the vote is needed to change the charter of the Pan-Slavic Union State.

Application
All Slavic and/or Orthodox nations who accept the constitution will be welcomed into the alliance. However, as PSUS is a cultural alliance, Non-Slavic/Orthodox nations may also apply to join, if they can prove a considerable link to these cultures. They must also pledge to defend the Slavonic and Orthodox culture and swear to abide by the constitution as would any other potential member.
Any political allegiance and government type is permissible in the Pan-Slavic Union State. However, the governments of member states are strongly discouraged from oppressive action against any people. Severe cases of human rights abuse and widespread corruption will be taken into account and may prevent acceptance into the alliance. If a nation engages in genocide or ethnic oppression, it will be banned from PSUS.

Members of Slavija and PSUS have a common forum for the discussion of all matters that should be brought to attention. By joining PSUS, a nation gains the immediate right to membership of this forum.
Slavija
Member nations are encouraged to join the region of our alliance, Slavija, founded by Nova_Srbija. This is not compulsory, but it does carry many benefits, including:
- A common defensive force, the Slavijan Armed Forces.
- Tighter economic and military support.
- Access to the "Regional" section of the forum.
- Access to Slavija's message board.
- A place on the regional map (coming soon)
- A rightful place in the most successful and active Slavic region.
