I got a telegram saying that I should endorse everyone else in the region for regional security, and I did my best, but I think I missed some people. Can I find somewhere where it tells me who I should endorse? Also, I have endorsed so many people and my endorsements are staying the same. What happened?

You can use Agadar's endorsement checker.
https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=688587

To set it up, first download the source code .zip and the .jar file. Find your java/bin folder. Place the .jar and extract the .zip to the bin folder.
Open Notepad and paste:
@echo off
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_181\bin
:start
java -jar Endorsements-Checker-1.0.0.jar
goto start

Replace the C:\... With the location of the bin folder. Keep in mind that the program will not work in Java versions beyond 1.8.x
Download link for Java: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java ... 33155.html
Save the file as Endorsements Checker.bat
Run the .bat file to start the program.

Are you sure? My computer says the file is harmful.

It is up to you. Windows often flags downloads of .jar and .exe files as potentially dangerous. I believe it is a false flag, and I use that specific program very often.

There's a WA census, useful for checking the WA's in your region. Not an exact mechanic but good for what you want.
