Cards Return Bets

The MLNM Card Exchange would like to announce a new, temporary form of exchange - via betting on when Cards will be available again. You may make these bets in the newly created server #cards-return-bets, and be as specific as the week that you believe they will return. You may only use cards that you have or have a high possibility of being able to purchase when cards reopens for such bets, and all bets must be confirmed with Admin so that they are set in stone. If there are any problems with the bet when cards reopen, please contact us. Failure to meet a recorded bet may result in a temporary ban from card trading channels, or a ban from the server for heinous offenses.

We would also like to note that the main nation of the MLNM Card Exchange will now be Swarshengaggen. We have unfortunately lost access to Anti Slavikia, and thus we have decided to make the Exchange entirely independent of any one region. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Introduction to MLNM Indexes

The MLNM Card Exchange would like to introduce MLNM Indexes, a new service which tracks the current direction of the Cards Market. We are in the process of creating Card Bonds, Futures, and Options, as well as Deck Futures and Index Futures, and thus we have found that tracking the current values of various indicators within the market is the most effective way to set up the foundations for Bonds, Futures, and Options trading. In our title, MLNM stands for MLNM Averages, which is the mean of the top 10 bids at which an auction was sold, TCards stands for Top Cards Averages, which is the mean of the top 10 Cards' values, and TDecks stands for Top Decks Averages, which is the mean of the top 10 Decks' values. These values will soon have a daily schedule of changing, and will be carefully calculated by our staff for your financial benefit.

They would likely be through miscellaneous Common cards used for transferring funds in the current Auction scheme, although we are currently seeking the reintroduction of Direct Sales to enable such transactions to be smoother and more efficient.

I have something important to announce. From now on, I will retire from my position of administrator. I will also leave the game. This is a voluntary decision on my part and it is a decision which was taken after I thought carefully about it. To put it simply, I have decided to focus on private, real life matters. I may return in the future and possibly even reintegrate the staff, but for now and for a long while, I will be away. I will still log in from time to time on the discord group to say hi, but my time online for the next months will be extremely limited. I am glad to have been part of the team and I leave with the sincere belief that not only I did my best, but that my efforts were appreciated.

P.S. As you may have noticed, I have transferred ownership of Ultimate-Soil Farms Company to Swarsh. This is so that the official region doesn't become founderless as I become inactive.

Under Swarsh, this server has taken a serious turn for the worse. They'v invited in players from another totally unrelated game to try to turn this into some sort of gaming financial supermarket. This is exactly the same mistake made by those idiots at Jolt Gaming back in 2008. They thought "a nation simulator and a trucking industry simulator? Natural partners!" Boy, were they wrong.

I see two possible outcomes here. Either Swarsh comes to their senses and reverses this policy, or somebody will create a new dedicated NS server and people will move there. I can only promise that I will be abandoning MLNM if no changes are made.

I don't have the time or the Discord knowledge to set up my own server, but I encourage someone to do it.
