Limited Durability - Utilizing the energy within him, he is capable of using a portion of it to make himself more durable than the average person. This merely allows him to resist a portion of external damage. A bullet would still harm him as if he didn't have this ability.
Energy Absorption - He is capable of assimilating and possibly redirecting various forms of energy into whichever form he wishes. This ability is mostly used to help ensure that he does not end up running low whenever he discharges his abilities.
Flight - He is capable of flying by manipulating his energy to propel himself through the air.
Energy Projection - He has the ability to release energy in the form of attacks. Henry favors rays and simple blasts as they are the most controlled variant of his attacks.
Drawbacks & Limitations: The most obvious is the fact that Henry has to stay charged up if he is to use his abilities. That can either come in the form of his absorption or from him resting and naturally recharging himself, which takes far longer than absorbing it. Another has to be his form of flight, of course, while speeds could technically get up there, he in no way can maneuver like a speedster, simply a man propelling himself at speeds that he probably shouldn't. He is very much so a DPS kinda hero who can deal a fair bit of damage, not forever but for hopefully long enough to get what he needs to be done.
Weaknesses: Other Dynas who can also absorb energy, if that applies in this section. Any form of things that can somehow dampen energy (if that's a thing), something that also happens to overload him beyond his mind's control given that can result in uncontrollable energy dispersal. I can find more stuff if required.
Equipment and weapons: His helm is probably the only 'real' equipment he has given it has comms, GPS, speed and etc. Mostly just stuff to ensure if he ever does end up flying off towards something he knows where he is going from up in the sky.
BACKGROUND

Personality: Henry in his first year was unbearable and as arrogant as a powered teen who thought he knew it all. Of course, as time went on he mellowed out especially as he began to better understand just what the stakes were. He has grown warmer and more open to not only fellow students but people in general. However, he still carries a few of those traits with him. One shouldn't expect Henry to go out of his way to help them unless it's out in the field, or he sees them as a friend even if his smile and decent projected personality can at times make him seem like a super nice guy.
Bio: Henry was born in Santa Monica, the only son of August Blacken, a cali based hero and Emilia Seymour, a wealthy British Meta. As his father went on to participate in more dangerous operations, Henry was sent to live in the UK with his mother and her family. However, for the most part, Henry found himself traveling a number of times back and forth.
Up until the death of his father which was publicized on the news. As a young teen all Henry wanted to do was avenge his father, but given how far away he was and the fact that he barely understood his own abilities, he ended up channeling all his pent-up emotions into trouble seeking. Just about everything he did revolved around it.
Of course that didn't last at least not openly. After a few years he had to focus back on his schooling to ensure his mother didn't worry too much about the young boy, all the while he sought out to train himself as a hero. But after getting caught by his mother, the pair made a deal and she promised to get the boy trained from home instead of letting himself go out and seek trouble.
And so he did up until he joined up with the Academy, where he's spent the past three years.

Mass Generation: Mr. Big has a finite pocket dimension of mass that he can tap into, letting him increase his size and strength. The amount of mass in his pocket dimension is approximately equivalent to fill and aircraft hanger, when he uses the mass it is gone from that dimension but is replenished daily. Not only can he increase his size and strength but the mass gives him a pseudo-healing factor, but this healing is only on big wounds that he has taken such as limb loss. He can use all of the mass to grow to the size of a building, but when he does this he can only sustain it for a limited time of 1 hour and when the hour is up he is back in his regular form tired and without any powers.
Mr. Big is able to passively keep himself 7 feet and 7 inches tall and his width is about 4 feet. Due to him always having at least some more mass than a regular human he is stronger and more durable than the average human, he is able to lift 51 tons. Depending on how much mass he has being used, he can take heavier and heavier hits. In his standard base 7 foot and 7 inches state he can take small hits with little to no noticeable affect, this includes bullets and stab and slash wounds from small blades. He is also able to take hits from physically enhanced meta humans with ease as long as they aren't too strong.
Power Granting: Mr. Big is also able to grant powers to non-meta humans. These powers are based on their personality and experiences they had in their lives. The powers last only one hour when he first gives them to people but progressively gets longer the more times he gifts them powers. When giving powers to the same person the powers are always the same but stay at the same power level. He gives powers by accessing his pocket dimension because despite what Mr. Big thinks, his pocket dimension is actually what grants powers to others and himself. Due to the fact that he is always in contact with himself he always has his powers of Mass generation and he taps into it to increase his own powers abilities.
Drawbacks & Limitations: He has to touch people to gift powers and he can't get bigger than the mass in his dimension.
Weaknesses: None stand out,though he does lack proper ranged attacks.
Equipment and weapons: A fancy pimp cane, serviceable as a weapon in a pinch. Occasionally carries specially made firearms designed to accommodate his size.BACKGROUND

Personality: Likes to be in charge, likes money, likes good smooth deals, hates fat jokes and he holds a grudge. He was short-tempered in his youth, but he's gotten better at controlling his anger.
Bio:
Mr. Big, before he went by the name, first discovered his powers at the young age of 15. He wasn't able to control his mass build-up, and believed that he was simply obese. He was harassed or judged due to his size and Walter developed a loathing for anyone who called him fat, even once. By the time he was 17, he received his first beating, courtesy of a few members of a local lowlife gang that had decided to rob a convenience store. The Cape Hangars, as the group was called, were notoriously anti-meta, and their targeted store just so happened to be run by a metahuman. Walter had gotten in their way. However, no matter how hard they struck, he felt no pain. This inspired the seemingly-overweight 17 year old to retaliate with extreme force and strength, enough to shatter bone. Walter was unable to properly control his strength or rage he felt to them and ended up brutally killing one of the Cape Hangars by collapsing his skull. The group had suspected him of being a metahuman, and this incident confirmed as much. What was a simple brawl began to devolve into a shoot-out. It proved to be too much for Walter to handle, and while he escaped with his life, the store's owner did not. Walter grew a thirst for revenge against the gang, but decided he should learn how to fight, build a force to back himself up, and gain control of his powers.
He started with boxing lessons at the local gym, and the fighting style fit him well due to his strength and surprising speed despite his size. He started to gain finer control of his powers, to make himself taller as well as wider so his appearance became somewhat less comical. When assembling his crew, he gathered a few local people that were fed up with the Cape Hangars as well his best friend; Emma Beltran. After the fateful incident when his powers had first appeared, he'd told her about it before anyone else. The two were odd, yet close friends due to Emma being an extreme introvert and Walter being a social outcast. Weirdos really do stick together. She was the first person that Walter granted powers to, giving her the power to create space-warping portals. After seeing that it was a success, Walter began to give metahuman abilities to the rest of his assembled crew, so that they could hit the gang hard despite their smaller numbers. Emma teleported them all in, and Walter started the fight. The battle turned into a one-sided massacre in the metahumans' favour, but eventually the Cape Hangar's boss got wind of the commotion, and entered the fray armed with stolen Tinkerer-built weaponry. The boss was a big man, but Walter could get bigger. He bulked up until he was eight feet tall, and murdered the Cape Hangar's boss in cold blood.
Walter then took charge of the gang, recruiting the Cape Hangars that surrendered. With more manpower under his thumb, Walter could rise out of the shitty parts of town, and come closer to what he considered his ultimate goal- stopping the prejudice against meta humans. He earned the nickname Mr. Big due to his growing in size in the final fight as well as his ambition, and rather than feeling hatred of the new nickname, Walter claimed it as his alias. Mr. Big knew that to be a successful crime lord, it would help to have a legitimate business at the forefront so that he could retain some amount of respect. He made himself the owner of a private military corporation that utilized metahuman soldiers- a loophole to work around the St. Petersburg Accords. Anyone could join, due to Mr. Big granting powers. Through the years he gained many lieutenants, each in charge of their own squad. Behind the scenes of his private military, he runs a power dealership. Similar to a drug dealing operation, but doling out temporary superpowers rather than illegal substances.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
