Background
History knows many examples of bloody conflicts on basis of ethnicity and religion. The situation in Bidar Sultanate was nothing out of ordinary - but at the same time, equally bloody.

Before the Muslim conquest, the territory of the modern day Bidar Sultanate had been part of various rajput states. It was even spared the mighty blade of the Mughals when the Babur came - yet it's safety did not last for long. During the times of Babur's successor Akbar, the area of the modern day Bidar Sultanate was conquered by an Afghan general in Akbar's service, Yacoub Lodi. Satisfied by the general's conduct, Lodi was installed as a vassal ruler over many of the Rajput kingdoms of the region, becoming soon an independent sultan in his own right. His successors, known henceforth as Lodi dynasty, ruled the region until the British came.

The time of British colonization Bidar sultanate went through as a princely state, as the Lodis were quick to form an alliance with the British, acting as their enforces throughout the region. Sipay units of the Lodi dynasty fought against the Japanese during the world war II with great efficiency. After the partition of the British colonies, the Lodi sultans chose independence from India, creating a fully independent Sultanate of Bidar, which they have been ruling until today.

Ever since it's inception, the Sultanate had been provoking plenty of controversy due to it's apartheid - like treatment of Hindu majority. The control over the Hindu majority was ensured by brutal actions of Razakars (the name of Sultan's soldiers). For most of the XXth century, the country remained extremely poor due to lack of any natural resources. The situation had changed only upon ascent of Manouchehr Salar Lodi onto the throne. Salar, who received his education in Saudi Araibia, quickly came out with a plan to boost the economic status of his country by utilizing the only resource Bidar had in abundance; cheap labor. Offering the corporations best terms possible, Manouchehr managed to bring foreign capital in and improve the country's economical standing - at cost of vast exploitation of the Hindu working class.

Of course such situation was not in favor with the Hindus. Soon, strikes and protests became a commonplace - all brutally crushed by the Razakars. To stabilize the unrest, the Sultan begun a project of vast Muslim colonization of the region; often taking advantage of international crisises like Syrian war to import refugees into his homeland and offer them housing and attractive jobs on best possible terms. The influx of Muslims was another cause of concern for the Hindu population, which eagerly fell into hands of International Shiva Consciousness Federation, when the organization had sent it's agents into the region on Russel's behalf. Russel's proxies have secretly procured armaments and weapons, with one order given; eradicate Islam from the region and bring it into Russel's fold.

The spark came when a large concern from Saudi Arabia signed a deal with sultan; a quarter of arable land in the entire country has been sold for coffee plantations, producing coffee to be devoured by Saudi oil sheikhs. Capitalizing on the opportunity, Guru Upadhya had sent one of his most talented disciples with an order to stage a Hindu uprising and topple the Lodi dynasty.

The stage is set. All that is needed.... is a spark.

Mangaldoi, Darrang District
The great Indian sun shined upon the city, the streets were hot and filled with people. It was the capital of the Darrang district, not a very valuable strategic target, explains why there is a very minimal presence at that district, perfect place for violent rebellions and crime rings.
In the heart of the city, suddenly there was a mass gathering of people, from miners to tailors to small time merchants to people who are secretly are involved in membership of banned Hindu nationalist movements in Bidar.
They would be chanting slogans and flying signs and would be wielding Hindu ceremonial items and flags.
They would be chanting slogans like, "You will not replace us with refugees!", "No more apartheid in Bidar." And other similar slogans and signs, the massive influx of Muslim refugees would be worrying towards to the Hindu population, and the fact that a piece of land was devoured by Saudi oil sheikhs in expense of the Hindu working class was also infuriating. They would chant, "They are selling us to dictatorships!"
It wouldn't take long for the police to arrive, but for their protest, their fate was sealed.
When the razakars will come, it would end bad for them, most worker's protests in Bidar would be "pacified" and regarded as "riots". The Sultan was not interested in hearing the cries of the working class, most of the people in the crowd will think that the Sultan thinks of them as just cheap labor, not living functional humans.
They were there to deliver a message, even if they get brutally beaten by razakars, the word will still spread, the Razakars who would be probably on the way by now would be the spark for an uprising. But not a lot is known about the possibility of an uprising for now.

UKNOWN LOCATION
Swami Bhishmacharya was sitting in his room, he already left Bidar quite some time ago, but not too long, his dad died in a miner protest crushed by the Razakars and his mom died from throat cancer.
He would become a political activist some time after that event, he would be against the apartheid like regime and the Muslim monarchy in Bidar, he connected the dharma struggle to the worker's struggle.
He had a very Left-Wing view in economics.
But when he stumbled upon the articles of one Guru, that guru being Guru Uphadya, he wanted to become a Sanyasi so he joined his society and fled away from Bidar.
He would read about the current situation in Bidar, about the influx of Syrian refugees and the Saudi land deal.
He was flaming red and was angry, the Guru also knew about the situation a step before Swami, as he kept a way more detailed eye about Bidar, oppressed Hindus are always an interest to the ISCF, and Swami also talked with him about it many times before.
Swami was already trained by the ISCF to the moment they started talking about Bidar, in the reason of "we must be prepared for liberating oppressed Hindus around the world."
Swami approached the Guru saying, "My master, the situation at Bidar gotten worse, they are trying to erase Hindu culture and history, the Abrahamist imperialists are oppressing us even harder, I think it's time." The Guru then replied, "Very well, you are one of my most talented disciples, by tomorrow the ISCF and I will arrange a flight for you with fake passports and everything, it is really time you started liberating the oppressed Hindus around the world from the claws of the Abrahamists. "
They would then talk a bit more and the Guru would say his final goodbyes to him, before finally dispersing.

The Next Day....
He would grab his plane tickets left for him and everything needed before going to the airport in his location and taking the flight. It would take him some time to arrive to Bidar.
As soon as he is arriving, he would be finding a suitable place to start his operations, but he would not go empty handed, the Guru and ISCF with the help of Russel's proxies would contact the banned Hindu movements, the already existing small scale Hindu insurgent movements and they would set up a ring of connections for him.
With the right time and the right opportunity, he could start striking the sultan and liberating Bidar.

Manouchehr Salar Lodi

The Sultan sighed happily as he watched his little ones, his youngest daughters Gorgora and Hala, play together on the carpet close to his seat in the his study. It was a huge room that was comforted by the three ceiling fans that were online. They hung from the high ceiling as the windows were kept secured by both members of the Royal Guard who were on the balconies and by basic metal cages reinforced with bullet proof glass.

He smiled at them as he saw them try out Battleship. To him, these younglings were pretty interested in what his boys, Muntasir and Tufail, were interested in too. To him, it amazed him that his daughters loved to study such courses and act on it. To him, it may make him proud to see them graduate from a good military academy.

But right now, he was to be separated from them. A few knocks on the door alerted him and drew him away, his daughters watching him unfold from the scene and then disappear, the door closing with a loud click. The two girls looked to each other and kept playing. Meanwhile, to the sultans surprise, it was Internal Minister Badraan el-Greiss and the sultans wife, Ya'ara Elinor. The two approached him and spoke with him as they walked away from the room.

Soon enough, after some discussion, the Sultan stopped and looked to them with eyes of concern and a face of fury.

It was coming!

Rasheeda el-Husain

Razakar

It disgusted her to always see these dirty karma obsessed people. It also disgusted her to see that these fucking people, these things from rotten wombs, were out on the streets doing nothing but trouble. It would have been better if they were not summoned out here just to deal with these pests. But nooooo, these fucking Hindus came out anyway.

Rasheeda sighed before she bit her lower lip and secured her helmet on her head. Together with her squad and following the formation of her platoon, she faced the crowd in Mangaldoi, Darrang District. They were armed and they were not afraid to use them. Machine gunners on the vehicles or behind barricades were waiting with their RPKs, PKMs and RPDs while the riflemen were aiming their SKS carbines, Type 56s, Type 81 main assault rifles and even shotguns at the crowd. They were disciplined enough to maintain formation and stay behind cover as more and more Razakars and Muslim police officers came with Hindu auxillaries. The Hindus were put to the front as the Muslims never trusted them to hold the flanks or the back. If anyone dared, they too can be shot.

In the face of those protesters, Rasheeda, who was the officer in charge for now, shouted at them through a loudspeaker

"THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE PEACE! RETURN TO YOUR HOMES OR YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH! THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING!"

Mangaldoi, Darrang District

Aseem Ganguly
Protestor

The Razakars finally came, the Muslim apes who are too cowardly to listen to their people. And their enslaved Hindu brothers at the front, the other protestors didn't want to hurt anyone, as they knew the police always brings Hindu auxillaries with them in case of trouble. This tactic was already used before.
Aseem looked in the eyes of the Razakar with the loudspeaker, "How dare that imperialist ape come in and silence me? Who does that spoiled brat think she is? I hope one day we will kill all these apes who are unrightfully here...." He muttered underneath his breath. He was the leader of the protest, he had enough of listening to the commands of some stuck up rich Muslims who came in years before and conquered and slayed what's unrightfully not theirs, he thought to himself that the only thing Islam produces is violence and hate, Islam was always an enemy to Hinduism and a force of oppression and intolerance, he looked negatively on Abrahamic religions in general.

He was disgusted with the cowardly Razakars who hid behind their Hindu brothers at the front, he would've commenced a riot if he had the chance to but he can't, the madness in his eyes was clearly seen.
He whispered silently to his comrade who stood behind him to get the journalists and the people around to film everything secretly, he was about to do a brave move.
He would not surrender to these violent allah obsessed apes.
He would grab a loudspeaker and say, "We will never surrender to evil scum like you!" And the others chanted with him, "No more apartheid in Bidar!" while journalists from the windows and dark corners filmed everything that happened secretly, they tried to be as less as noticeable as ever.
He knew he would get shot or beaten by the razakars, but he doesn't care, he would die for a united Hindu Bidar.

Dense forests in Karbi-Anglong
Swami Bhishmascharya was moving to his base, he moved around dense forests as soon as he stepped away from the airport and got a ride from Hindu nationalist agents.
They brought him to a largely dense forest in the cover of night, they stepped into a wooden building, a medium sized but enough large base, but the spirit on the men their looked broken, the base not under maintenance, and everything would be in a sense of disarray.
Everything would change that as Swami came to leadership.
He stepped on a crate of weapons and called the others to gather around him.
He then said loud and clear, "I am Swami Bhishmacharya, I am your new leader, we will together strike the Muslim bandits and unite Bidar under a free worker's banner! We will give no ground to the Abrahamist scum! These colonialists have oppressed us for centuries, and it's time to pay them back for they did to us and free the Hindus from the chains of the imperialists! Under my leadership, you will be disciplined and trained, it's hard in training but easy in battle, you'll have to commit your lives for the cause but it's a good price to pay for a free dharma worker's utopia in Bidar! We fight for the gods! For Shiva, for Vishnu, for Brahma, for Lakshmi, for any Hindu god possible we will fight for him! This is the new Revolutionary Army of Shiva under my command, we will liberate Bidar for our great and noble cause, remember this moment and spread the word to your comrades in the other bases around Bidar, this is a new age of liberation and freedom!"
The soldiers cheered for him and Swami saw the happy looks on their faces, he was satisfied to see that his firey speech just gave them a very big boost in morale. It was the start of his journey, his journey for liberation.

Rasheeda el-Husain

Razakar

"Fucking Hindu scum..." She said under her breath as she saw what that protester and the rest of his scum brothers and sisters were doing. She spat on the ground as an insult to them while she and the rest of the Razakars stayed behind the Hindu police officers. But they cannot stay there for too long. Something had to be done. And she would do it first.

She went out to the front along with four Razakars. The rest of the police then followed, Rasheeda stomping her way towards that awful son of a bitch, telling him to his face

"I will arrest you for this and then the rest of your friends will follow you to jail too. Do you want to test me for that?"

And to prove that she meant it, she was already starting to get her hand cuffs out of her belt while the Razakars started to face the protesters. In addition, a few more dozen Razakars came to reinforce them. This allowed the police then to start getting a more even level with the troublemakers. But for now, it was a stand off between the leader of the protest and the head officer of the police presence here.

Mangaldoi, Darrang District

Aseem Ganguly

Protestor

He saw the female Razakar starting to spit on the ground and trying to show her dominance over the protestors, but they clearly stood strong against it. They didn't care, they would fight against the oppression at all costs.
She then stomped her way all up to him, and she told him she could arrest him, "What is that scum doing here? Shouldn't she be in the kitchen like all traditional women should be? Even for Muslims it's supposed to be like that." He thought for himself.
His comment was that he spit on the ground as a sign of disrespect and insult, hitting her shoes, saying, "Try me bitch, your apartheid regime is on it's knees, once you'll do that, you'll pay for it, you'll pay for everything you Muslim scum ever did to us, we are getting stronger by the day and the Hindus will be unified soon and we will drive you into the sea for a new independent Bidar."
The hidden cameras recorded everything from the stand off, to the marching, to the police and everything.
Aseem knows that he might die or end up in jail, but once it gets recorded and goes viral, the last straw will break and there'll be a massive uprising as they will catch the Razakars red handed.
He was part of the banned political movements, a Communist one too, he also followed the ideals of the pretty famous political activist Swami Bhishmascharya, which his status is currently unknown, last thing he heard about him was that he escaped Bidar to become a Sanyasi, he had mixed feelings about that but he respected his commitment to Hinduism, if he would've known what was going on between the already existing insurgent and political movements he would've known that he's back to liberate Bidar.
Currently, he just focused on triggering a violent response from the Razakars to finally catch them red handed and basically provide a spark to an uprising and use this as a propaganda tool and paint the protestors as heroic fighters against the apartheid in Bidar.
He looked at the female Razakar right in the eyes as he saw her handcuffs. Right now it was just a standoff, but this is going to be an escalation.

OOC: For the protocol for naming Muslim characters, don't use "El", it's "Al", there is no "El" in Islamic culture or names in general, just saying. I am only trying to help with the names.

Dense forests that contain Army of Shiva bases
With the unification of the existing insurgent movements and political movements, Swami Bhishmascharya had the advantage of keeping all the movements under his banner, all united under one cause to liberate Bidar, step one of his plan was achieved, to unite the Insurgent movements, he would've then needed to get a steady flow of weapons, but thankfully the Guru from Bangka already used his connection to Russel and many Russel proxies got him and the Army of Shiva a steady supply of weapons, since they were in Asia and geopolitcally close to China, they had better access to AKM series weapons and Chinese weapons even.
Another main source of weapons for them would be connections inside the Hindu Auxillaries at the police, did the Hindu Auxillaries enjoyed their jobs crushing protests? Of course not, they would be dissatisfied from the situation but they needed more than a few pennies an hour at a back breaking job. They needed extra money to feed their families. They would allow themselves to get corrupt and secretly supply the Army of Shiva with weapons, all done under great stealth and nothing would be reported to the higher ups and overseers, making them unknowing of the situation.
Swami also heard about the protest in Mangaldoi, he would use any recorded footage as propaganda tools and unite the people under his banner. He was a big fan of the Maoist three phase guerilla warfare model and would follow it fervently and passionately. Once the spark would be set, the three phases in every section would start.

First the scumbag stood up to her. Then he too spat as she did but this time, his fluids hit her shoes. Then this man...threatened her and told her that she and her kind would be all driven into the sea. All for a new, independent Bidar.

That did it.

The razakar tightened her fists. In one hand her pistol and in another her handcuffs. Soon enough, she made the decision. She was gonna do it and nobody would stop her. Not a chance at all.

But she did nothing. Instead she stood there, maintained her glare at the man and waited and waited. And she spoke softly but strongly with an attitude that a woman would have as an answer

"Don't make me do this. Either way this goes, you know that it will take you so much more, so much more sacrifice and blood for you to even do damage to my kind." She leaned into his face and said "If you don't drive us to the sea, we will be the ones to bury you in mass graves."

Aseem Ganguly

Protestor

It seems his plan was effective, the Razakar was eager to make a violent response, he saw her laying her hands on her handcuffs and pistol. The look on her face was serious and stiff, she was going to do it, and nobody is going to stop her.
He saw her pistol, most likely Chinese made, he didn't understand much in weapons but he knew that the Chinese had their claws trenched deep in this country long ago, if they succeed, they'll have to combat Chinese Imperialism that comes in different forms, economic, military and political. They won't waste their high and mighty soldiers on a piss poor country but they'll surely try to destroy it's economy to dust.

But right now he has to focus on the razakar, the woman had a response. So he gently responded with, "No matter how strong you think you are, we will always come back, we are the majority, we will kill each and every last one of you, you gotta thank China for sponsering your blood soaked hunger, you filthy barbarians. We will be the ones that will put the final nail in the coffin for your regime, mark my words. I will never surrender no matter how much you try to intimidate me, now put away the pistol you smelly piece of shit or something really bad will happen."

He didn't care if he will die, every word was on camera, every movement was filmed, once the Razakars will show their true colors, this will be delivered and the final straw will break.

Dense Forests That Contain Army of Shiva Bases
The small and currently unknown group currently is recruiting, very slowly but surely, they got a steady flow of arms, connections inside institutions and once the final protest will get crushed, all hell will break loose.
He has the journalists and "agents" to film the area surrounding the protest and the protest itself, filming every single thing inside it secretly.
Swami Bhishmascharya was inspecting a shiny new AKMS rifle as he saw training undergoing in the forests, he gave that rifle to a new recruit and said to him, "We will liberate Bidar together in a force of a thousand suns."
The recruit grabbed the weapon and ran along to training.
He got back to his office and and wrote in his "personal log" something that resembled a diary but it's dedicated to his thoughts and feelings.

He wrote in his notebook:
"In this final moment, we are preparing ourselves for the People's War, once the protest will be crushed I will use that as a tool to persuade and capture the thoughts and minds of all Hindus in Bidar, we will reveal our group and start attacking the key institutions using the Maoist three phase model, they won't know what hit them. With the people's revolution, the Dharma struggle will finally be achieved and together with my fellow comrades I will create a worker's utopia in Bidar. With the help of the most gracious Guru and the ISCF, the liberation will be a success in my opinion! Good ol' Salar won't know who's back in black. The protestor he tried to silenec all these years will come back to bite him.
Another topic of my interest is Russel, I heard of him but I never directly met him. My orders were to eradicate Islam and secure the area for the ISCF, but I know something is off, am I used as just a pawn in a mere game of chess? Am I just a ploy in his plan to control the world? Will he secure the area for himself and won't let me create the dream of a free dharma worker's republic? I will see about that.

He looked at the decorated photo of the Guru Uphadya stationed at his office and thought to himself, "With the help of Shiva, I will succeed in this fight."

The Dawn Arrives

That does it then. There's no way out of this for her. But she knows that she would be justified. At least if not to the world then to her people. She did her duty.

She took a swift deep breath, detached her pistol from the holster, raised it up and aimed it between the eyes of the man in front of her. She looked at him for one last time as she gripped her Chinese pistol firmly, relaxing her shoulders as her arms tensed and her eyes focused. Then finally...

CRACK!

The air was the only witness of nature to the sound of her gun. Behind her and close by her sides, her fellow police officers and the rest of the revolting Hindu scumbags did their best to surround her and protect her, providing covering fire as they started to shoot at the crowds too. As for the Hindu auxillaries? The Muslims turned on them quickly, not wanting to see them help the rebellious mobs.

The chess game began with a bloody pawn. What would their opponents, the Hindus, do next?

The Dawn Has Finally Arrived

Mangaldoi, Darrang District
Aseem knew the last straw broke, nothing was going to stop this razakar, not even the cold and the thunder, she was determined to end his life, she quickly detached her Chinese made pistol from the holster after taking a deep breath.
She stared at him with a serious look, he gave her a final hostile gaze into her eyes, signaling that the storm was coming, and this was the final moment of judgement.
She pulled it out quickly, relaxed her shoulders and finally........ A loud shot was heard in the entire street, heard and filmed on camera, everything was document, each little movement.

Afterwards, Aseem Ganguly, the brave protestor who sacrficed his life for the cause, was left dead on the ground, in a quick moment that lasted about minutes his life was ended.
After that, panic and chaos erupted as protestors scatter around try to run away from the shooting Razakars, who with brutality shot like their life depended it, on shooting the innocent protestors.
But one thing that was not expected was the shocking betrayal of the Muslim forces on the Hindu auxiliaries who worked very hard to just be slaves to the system, but they needed more than a penny a day for a backbreaking job, they needed extra money to feed their families.
These poor people were shot for no reason, an excuse was made for their mowdown, "to prevent them from helping the rebellious mobs or running away".
Little did the Razakars knew, everything they every did the Hindus was about to cause a massive chain reaction.

The dawn arrived, and so did the angel of death, to claim the many lives of the arising conflict.
This was a point of no return.

Revolutionary Army of Shiva Base, UNKNOWN LOCATION

Image

Swami Bhischmacharya was sitting in his base, he frequently told his command to keep being mobile and moving from base to base, building one base, then packing up and moving to another safe location, he knew the terrain didn't have dense jungles like Vietnam but he had enough cover to make sure he was safe and sound from advancing of soldiers.
The journalists and agents that filmed the action arrived to his base, the videos were recorded, and everything was heard on the cameras.
The head Journalist, Akshay Goswami, which organized this entire filming and transaction to the Army of Shiva approached Swami Bhischmacharya and said to him, "Everything is in place, we are ready to release everything we got on these bastards."
Swami then said, "Good. Phase one of the political struggle plan is in motion. Dan Van, total mobilization of propaganda , motivational and organizational measures to persuade the internal masses and fighting units. I'll mobilize the propaganda and information warfare cells we got in this country, I'll also try to build up and recruit more cells and stockpile on weapons, we will need them. I'll call a general assembly first and motivate our troops first before releasing the propaganda." He was chanting the Maoist three phase model, to which Akshay just nodded and walked away towards the location of the Propaganda Cell HQ in the base.

Later, a general assembly was called where all the current garrison in the base would band together to listen to the speech of their supreme leader.
A Lieutenant called, "For the greeting of the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army of Shiva, the base will be at attention!" And the soldiers cried back, "Attention!" and were at a static pose, waiting for their supreme commander to come on the stage to speak, Swami then got on the stage and they quickly transitioned to a Relax pose with their hands behind their back and fingers forming a diamond shape instead of saluting.

Swami then started to speak, "Brothers and sisters of Bidar, today we have assembled to announce the official start of the People's War! We have undeniable evidence of the war crimes made by the bandits at the Muslim regime, the Lodi Dynasty, the people who oppressed us for so long! No more! Today we will release our call for national liberation and fight side by side with the masses and the Hindu working class! The Muslim elites will be overthrown and punished for their actions against the Dharma. Today is the day for we finally start the People's War and no one will stop us from rising up and taking back our country, which was taken from us by brute force! It will not remain this way! For the people! For liberation! For freedom! For the dharma! For everything that keeps us Hindus together will be fought for! Nothing will stop us as we are like the thunder! We will strike them with a force of a thousand suns and liberate ourselves from these Neo-Colonialists! Remember this moment as it is the final moment of truth before retribution! We will never surrender and we will break the chains of our oppressed brothers in Bidar! No more apartheid and no more oppression!"

The masses cheered as he looked on them, every single one of them doesn't have much to lose, but together with his soldiers, he will build a new future for Bidar.

They went back into training, new recruits would learn how to shoot through SKS and Mosin rifles and sometimes even Lee Enfield rifles left from British times. Chosen machinegunners would have PKMs and RPKs to train. But standard riflemen would carry a Mosin or any variant of the SKS.
RPG and explosive training was a bit more problematic but they would either do dry training or set off to remote locations in the mountain bases to train.

Later that day....
Swami picked up his Maoist mask, which was red and had a Naxalite hammer and sickle on it, he sighed that he had to wear this mask but he couldn't reveal his identity unless he knew he was safe to do it. And the regime is weakened enough for it. He wore it with his "Hindu nationalist" robes and outfit and went ahead to the Propaganda cell HQ. There a team of Journalists, Propaganda cell soldiers and some of the information warfare cell waited there.
They were going to film a propaganda video to persuade the internal masses to join their fight.

He assembled a team of soldiers who were dressed up in the same face mask as him.
They carried AKM series rifles and were in a green guerilla uniform.
They assembled in 2 lines, and a stage was in the middle, with a microphone and a special table, the guerillas were in 2 lines to his left and right and were static in their pose.
Swami walked with the mask on, as the guerillas assembled near him.

The video started recording and it started with footage from the protest, all the way from the start of the conflict to the shootings.
Dramatic music and effects were added.

Then a "news" clip popped up, it featured a man looking like a news presenter reading from a text and has a TV screen near him, he started to speak, he was speaking in Hindi with Arabic translation beneath.:

"Good evening, I'm Massoud Al-Abbasi. NATO forces bomb Serbia and Kosovo. An unidentified man is being held for questioning by the military for suspected links to last week's terrorist attack. In local news, a dog named Hero takes the grand prize at the annual- I wish I could tell you more pertinent news, but we're in a propaganda system here, and the key factor is 'elitism', the apartheid regime holds this place and so does the Muslim elite. They've got you running in circles, 9 to 5, *static, then TV image resets* and 5 to 9... you're mine! I tell you what they want you to know, and you consider it the truth. Nobody is opening their eyes! Our local economy is being held by foreign elites and interests and the government keeps oppressing the Hindu people that keep it's head afloat, and right now they are being even replaced and colonized by Muslim refugees! AND ARE YOU HAPPY?! COME ON! I WORK FOR THE SYSTEM!"

There was then text that was read, "For how long can we suffer?" and glitched slowly until Swami's speech.

The footage started with a static effect on Swami standing confident and tall and then slowly zoomed away until the guerillas with the AKMs were seen, the Army of Shiva's flag was beneath them, Swami then started to speak Hindi with Arabic translation beneath:

"Hindus of Bidar, for how long can we suffer? For how long can we sustain this insane treatment from the Muslim apartheid regime? For how long can we let these Imperialists that came in long ago and took what's not rightfully theirs to oppress us? We need to wake up! The cries for liberation have been demanded for centuries in Bidar! It's time for us to answer them, it's time to take back what's rightfully ours! Consider this, a quarter arable of land full of coffee plantations was just devoured by Saudi oil sheikhs at the expense of the working class, foreign Muslim refugees are brought in to colonize and replace and potentially outnumber all of the Hindus in Bidar, Hindu workers are forced to work for many hours a day but the payment is only a few pennies per day, for backbreaking jobs! They are treating us like dirt and try to suppress any word of dissent! Look at the protest in Mangaldoi that's been crushed by the Razakars, they even shot their own helpful Hindu auxillaries, did you hear in the news about it? No! They are not even reporting it to you! It's been like that for years! We are the only ones keeping the government afloat, if we band together we will topple the oppressive regime and the Muslim elite and take back what's ours! We are the Revolutionary Army of Shiva and we are the ones that will liberate you! Join us and together we will stop the oppression and strike the elites with a force of a thousand suns! Together we will stop the imperialism and take back Bidar! We will fight for a new worker's republic! We will fight for the gods! We will fight for everything that keeps us Hindus together! Join the Revolutionary Army of Shiva if you want liberate yourselves from the chains of oppression! Join us and together we will achieve freedom and glory! Nothing will stop us in the People's war for liberation!"

Then after the speech stopped and it cut back into footage of the shootings and massacres of the protestors and Hindu auxillaries in Mangaldoi and then the video cut back into the same text, "For how long can we suffer?", it ended after this.

Using the propaganda cells and the information warfare cell across Bidar uploaded the footage from the protest and the same propaganda video all across social media and various sites through a lot of sockpuppet accounts, it was even hard to suppress them because they all kept coming back even after bans and deletion, it was even likely to get featured on the news. The word was spread and the People's war for liberation has started. Propaganda was bombarded nonstop and the first stage was complete.

Plus, caricatures and propaganda posters were uploaded with the videos and protest footage.

Now it was time for gaining supplies.

Even later that day....
The Revolutionary Army of Shiva had a nonstop propaganda campaign going on and in the meantime the Revolutionary Army of Shiva was stockpiling on weapons, recruiting with even more cells building up in local districts, forming local formations and guerrilla influence.

But one thing any Army couldn't survive with is supplies.
The planning cells and eventually the Supreme Command had an idea, to infiltrate plantations, farms and villages and convince the locals and the workers there to supply the Army of Shiva with food and valuable resources and spread the word of liberation to there.
Under the cover of night, 10 civilian trucks with a few representatives from the shelter cell and various other cells from the Supreme command arrived to various other plantations, villages and farms.
They were dressed in civilian attire and disguised as workers and farmers and had forged documents from the financing and extortion cell that proved they belong there.

In the next morning, the representatives started to work their usual farm work and learned about the schedule and working hours.
One representative approached a pretty popular farmer in one plantation in the Eastern part of the country, he said, "Psst, Comrade, come here." The farmer approached him, "Listen, I need your help, I know you are sick for working to these rich stuck up Muslims and so do I, I am from the Army of Shiva, I need you to spread the word of liberation and help me with delivering supplies from here, don't worry, we got you covered, we already have forged documents of transactions and everything, we just need your influence to start delivering supplies from here to our bases." The farmer agreed as he was Hindu and already planned on joining the RAS.
So under the cover of night, civilian trucks brought by the RAS and from the farm/plantation/village were loaded with supplies that were either food, tools or etc.
If anyone asked they would just reply, "We are delivering those supplies to another farm/plantation/village, Boss made a transaction today." If they asked for documents they would just show forged but believable documents of transactions, they would do that a few times but they had to stop sometimes, they did it secretly too, turning lights off first and then when they know they are safe they can do that, to avoid suspicion.
More Hindus from various workplaces began to disappear and be recruited at the RAS. The hearts and minds of the general population could be won, it would just be needed to be tangled with a little bit more.

The People's War finally began, the main forces would spend more time planning and gathering intelligence and supplies and building traps at their bases rather than searching for fights.

The Dawn Meets The Dusk

Liberty, if I understand it at all, is a general principle, and the clear right of all the subjects within the realm, or of none. Partial freedom seems to me a most invidious mode of slavery. But, unfortunately, it is the kind of slavery the most easily admitted in times of civil discord; for parties are but too apt to forget their own future safety in their desire of sacrificing their enemies. People without much difficulty admit the entrance of that injustice of which they are not to be the immediate victims … great determined measures are not commonly so dangerous to freedom. They are marked with too strong lines to slide into use. … But the true danger is, when liberty is nibbled away, for expedients, and by parts.

-Edmund Burke-

For as long as injustice, corruption and religious disagreements exist in this land, there will be no peace.

A day after what happened in Mangaldoi, Darrang District

"These are the instructions of the government to all citizens. I repeat, these are the instructions of the government to all citizens!

No man or woman is allowed out of their homes beyond the 8th hour of the night!
No man or woman is allowed out of their homes beyond the 8th hour of the night! Disobey and you will be arrested!

In addition, no man or woman is allowed to gather in groups beyond the count of three! Furthermore, anyone who attempts to go against any other instructions or orders from any government officer present in this District shall be subject to consequences! Obey the law! Remain in your homes and do not attempt anything against the law! Obey!"

Cried out the voice of a Razakar from the roof of one of the highest buildings in this place. He had access to as many loudspeakers all over this area and to as many radios present here. With him were teams of communications officers and their subordinates as well as many other professionals cooperating with their government.

For now, any and all Hindus who were not close to the government were not to be trusted. Not a single one of them. Not even the most innocent of babes or the most beloved of women.

And that man was Sarwar. Though his father was no native of Bidar and his mother was one, his loyalty was to nobody but the Sultan for the Sultan blessed him with a greater education, a good house, a satisfying salary and most of all, a wife. Even though it made Sarwar blush against all odds to remember that day, he knew his gratitude was too heavy for him to ever remove from his shoulders. If the Sultan had introduced Sarwar to any other woman but Husniyya, one of the Sultans sisters, he would have shamed himself.

When his turn at the microphone was over, he sighed as he gave up control over the day to day affairs over this troubled area to one of his officers as he made his way down. While on the way down, he managed to pass by another woman that held a good place in his heart:

Rasheeda el-Husain

The heroine of Mangaldoi. Even though the Hindus despised her for what she did, the Muslims either loved her or simply thanked her for doing her job. For her history as a Razakar, Sarwar was impressed by the woman's ability to manage herself despite the disgusting attitudes of the other officers that shared ranks with him. He too was even more impressed by the woman's eagerness to protect herself and most of all, the people of the country. She upheld the law when she could and before all this had respect for both Hindus and Muslims. That ended though when the Hindus, if Sarwar heard about it well from a much respected source somewhere in this country, once took part in a miner's protest that cost the lives of her older sister and her mother.

They were on their way home when they were caught by a mob and...

Sarwar couldn't help but frown at remembering it as he stopped and so did Rasheeda. Both of them turned to face each other and nod in shared but brief greetings. All Rasheeda could say was in a voice that seemed too gentle even for this time in this place.

She seemed exhausted. Almost most of the Razakars were. Who wouldn't be? Police work was a hard job, even more so when it came to tense situations like this.

In addition, she was drenched in her own sweat. Her face was made oily and her arms were dusty as the legs of her pants.

But what she said was

"Forgive me, yaar ( close friend). "

Sarwar was confused. He stepped once towards her as they stood together on the staircase. Nobody was going up or down for now. If anyone did come close, they wisely took the other direction and waited for them to stop speaking.

Sarwar spoke up

"Apiya (sister, informal), what happened?"

The woman shyly shook her head as she put a hand to her forehead and said

"Perhaps I should not have shot the man and started all this. What if, in the end, this is the very thing that brings us all down?"

What things were she saying?! If anyone heard her, if any man under the Internal Minister heard her...they'd...

No! Sarwar shook his head too and took her shoulders, speaking

"You are not wrong over what you have done, Rasheeda. Blame not yourself but the man and his followers. Even if their reasons, their cause was with some basis, we cannot, as razakars, compromise. It was also our orders so do not consider this your most personal fault."

Manouchehr Salar Lodi

At the capital, the Sultan of all this country worried. His brows were furrowed and he sensed that his heart was rapidly beating. More than it should. He was sweating even as the room was conditioned by the machines attached to the walls. Most of all, he was afraid.

Afraid that he would lose so many of his people. Afraid that he would lose his throne. Afraid that he would lose his family.

Afraid that he would lose his own life.

And he pondered over these things and felt the emotions that would accompany any and all kings as they contemplated their deaths and their ends until eventually the comforting voice of his wife came into his ears.

She spoke

"My love, are you worrying about what is happening to the country?"

And he turned to her and saw her face and he could not help himself. Because of her, he said everything

"Yes. I am. And I fear for you and the lives of the children. We must bring you out of this country when things are becoming worse and-"

The wife silenced him with a finger to his lips and a gentle smile. She said

"No, my love. I want to stay with you. If the children must go, then I must go with you. If the children must stay, then I must stay with you. I love you as much as I love you now. I will not go."

And because of what she has said to him, the man could only sigh and bury his face into her breast and silently breath his thanks before weeping.

And not a single soul except the soul that is holy to Allah would witness such a gentle display.

If liberty was a price to pay for security, it was one that the Muslims of this country would pay without a question.

For now, things were being done by the government. These things were both unpleasant and fiery.

Unpleasant as the citizens would have to witness broadcasts on their televisions and to hear the words of propaganda officers and hired radio officials over the radio concerning the Maoist rebels. Those people who dare to disturb the already fragile peace of this country. Those people who wanted to taint this land with the Red Monsoon. Those rats who think they could kill cats that hunt them as they are.

Fiery for the razakars and the rest of the security forces as they wanted, no, they desired to pounce on this chance and use it as a drunk man would towards a drunk woman. For why would they not do their jobs? Perhaps if they started to lose their salaries, their allowances, their privileges and their status, they might. But right now, things were only starting to boil.

The country would see more and more of the dawn until finally the hot day comes over their heads.

And for a while, the security forces did their jobs:

More patrols throughout the cities. More barricades and checkpoints to control the traffic of man, woman and child. The regular halting of vehicles and citizens in order to inspect their bodies for weapons or for any other things that present a threat to the government. There also were more house to house visits.

For anyone that resisted, they were either arrested or beaten then arrested. They would be taken by trucks into police stations. In those stations, female and male razakars would segregate them by gender and put them in large cells that would soon overflow. As they crowd and as they start to stink the station up as much as they heat it up, the razakars would beat them and treat them like the untouchables they dreaded every now and then.

And soon enough, yes, there were speeches. And the most prominent of these speeches came from the Sultan himself. He appeared on the televisions and his voice came out of every radio. And on the internet, he showed himself on a live stream that millions were now watching. And to the world he said as much as he would say to Allah

"Peace to the servants of Allah. Peace to the people of this country. Peace to Allah himself and his prophet.

I speak to you now in order to inform you that this country shall no longer tolerate the internal trouble that has been caused by our ungrateful sisters and brothers. Yes, I speak to you now of the rebels who call themselves the followers of Mao and the friends of the people. What people? Do you really think the world does not see through you?

Do you think your ideology disguises what you are? No. You are simply citizens of this country. Give this up. Face the consequences. You know that cannot do this. You can't even see the victory that you think you hold in your dirty hands. Give up and see that you must simply accept things as they are.

As for my fellow servants of Allah, fear not. Fear not these Maoist scumbags for they are hiding too much to even come and fight. Fear not these lovers of the red tides and their devotion to an endless wave of gods. Fear them not for they shall not see the end of this glorious dynasty and the country."

RAS Base in Dense Forest, Karbi-Anglong District
Image
A report was sent to Bijay Mitra, Swami Bhischmacharya's commanding Propaganda officer, he was the commander of all things related to Propaganda cells and was in charge of it.
A young soldier ran towards the HQ of Propaganda affairs, he had transcripts and various field reports of counter propaganda by the Sultan's forces.
He rushed towards the commander and saluted him, "Sir!" and then he was dismissed, "What is the matter, soldier?", the soldier then replied, "We have transcripts and status reports of the Sultan's counter propaganda." The commander took them and read them, he had an angered look on his face, "Get me our propaganda experts and we'll start mobilizing our propaganda again! And report this to the Supreme Commander as well!", the soldier shouted, "Sir yes sir!" and ran along as told.
He first went to the Supreme Commander, "Supreme Commander sir!" he shouted and saluted, he was dismissed and he said to him, "We have reports and transcripts of the Sultan's counter propaganda, the Commander of Propaganda affairs reports that he will begin a propaganda campaign with your coordination." Swami, the Supreme commander replied, "Hmm... Alright then, I will help mobilize the teams, there is also new information that needs to be dealt with, I'll ask you for something later. Now go to the propaganda teams and tell them I sent you." The soldier replied, "Sir yes sir!" And ran along.
After some time, the teams came and so did the Supreme Commander who wanted to make a speech.

They set up the green screen and all the tools needed and a few fighters with AKM series rifles were standing in a static pose, with Maoist face masks and guerilla uniforms.

RAS Propaganda Clip, "Birth of the Resistance"
The clip started with the footage from Mangaldoi and some extra footage of dead Hindu village people who were ethnically cleansed by Razakars, almost like another Srbenica. Then the footage cut back into the Sultan's speech and recorded footage of the Razakar lockdown on Mangaldoi.
Then the iconic static and then reset back into some text that says in Hindi and Urdu, "For how long can we suffer"? And the speech started.

"The Sultan recently made interesting claims about us. He said we are apparently ungrateful and we are destroying the people and the country. All I can say is that the regime are the ungrateful ones! The Hindus work day and night to satisfy the needs of the regime and barely get any sort of reward for it and instead are given the cold shoulder and the whip. We are the true friends of the people! What did this... Apartheid like regime even do for the working Hindu masses of the country? The entire system that built this regime and the so called "stability" of this country was clearly senseless Nepotism! And indeed Mr.Salar, we are citizens of this country, but did you ever read any of Mao Zedong's books? The revolution always comes from within, the masses will choose this country's fate, not you Salar!
I want to clarify one thing, yes we are the followers of Mao, but we are no friends of the current Chinese, they are bloodsucking monsters who have controlled our country's economy and sphere for too long, we are able to distinguish from Mao's China to Xi Jinping's China. Today's China only backs us for the regime's hatred towards India, if this was Mao's China, the apartheid scumbags would recieve no support and instead the RAS would get support, as we are ideological brothers, not political puppets.
Salar has also called us cowards apparently... Don't worry, our numbers are growing and the equipment is flowing in, be careful to what you wish for, because this is no child's play as you think it is. Get out of your bubble, Salar, the masses are treated like dirt and soon they will pay you back in the same way, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
I have repeated this a couple of times but, the regime is selling us to dictatorships, think of the thousands of Chinese sponsored sweatshops and the quarter arable of land full of coffee plantations that was just devoured by Saudi oil sheikhs in the expense of the Hindu working class. They are oppressing us and are surprised when we fight back, do not listen to their propaganda attempts to swindle the masses, as they never did a thing for the Hindus, we only worked for them, and it's time change that. The same Sultan also insulted our Hindu faith, let me tell you a thing about Islam, Muhammad the so called "prophet" himself copied the Christian and Jewish faith to his own needs, and so it spread to even the Rajput kingdoms that were before this apartheid regime, that believed in the ancient and peaceful Hindu religion, the Abrahamist colonialists only seek blood and war, they know nothing other than that, they claim their religion is the true won while they copy from each other their hypocritic believes. In the end, this regime will only be against us Hindus, I call for each Hindu in Bidar, as long as I am the Supreme commander of the RAS, No Hindu's death will go unavenged, Hindus of Bidar! Break your chains, break the Imperialists!"
The speech ended with training footage of masked RAS fighters who professionally hit their targets and footage of various military checkpoints across Bidar.
Then a text in Urdu/Hindi popped up that said: "The day of reckoning is coming."
The speech was released by various propaganda cells and information warfare cells across Bidari social networks, it was re-uploaded and uploaded various times by sockpuppet accounts that it wasn't worth to even track it. The official account of the RAS has been created, and it has masked it's IP and various other details so the regime doesn't track it down.

Later that day, RAS Base in Karbi-Anglong forest
5 Men from the kidnapping/extortion cell were briefed in the hour of 23:00 PM by their commander, Ajit Sengupta, the commanding officer of all things related to kidnnaping/extortion/assassination and a bit of terror tactics, they were about to do an assassination mission, the commander spoke, "You are about to assassinate Mohsen Eftekhar, he is a pretty important intelligence officer that has a ring of informants and intelligence operations around the country and is a dangerous obstacle to our cause, he also happens to be the Sultan's nephew, he lives in 13th Sultan Babur street in Dispur in house number 5, he usually in night takes lone walks around the street, make sure it will be his last mistake... Anyways, take pictures of the body once you are done and bring it to me, we'll do the rest. If any of you get caught, deny any allegiance to the RAS and claim lone wolf, try not to get caught anyways, because we won't come to save you. You have a civilian car at your disposale, it has various weapons and bombs inside it, do whatever you will with it as long as it is effective, you are my best men, good luck and may Shiva guide you."
"Sir yes sir!" They shouted, the 5 men which their names are: Ajay, Shyam, Sujay, Sundar and Vikram. They were all armed with concealable submachine guns and M1911A1 Pistols that are also concealed and hidden combat knives, in the vehicle various weapons like extra Makarov PMs and M1911A1s, Switchblades, combat knives and improvised bombs as well as an attached IEDs that if they all get caught they could use them.
The submachine guns they were armed with are: Micro-Uzi, PP-2000, MP5K, Brugger & Thomet MP9 and a Vz.61 Skorpion.

They went inside their SUV and they drove some hours until reaching towards Dispur, while in the ride they tried to use dirt roads and various secret roads created by the RAS to avoid patrols at all costs so the ride was longer, and in the end they were able to avoid patrols.
The 13th Sultan Babur street was in a Muslim area of Dispur, Muslims in Bidar are usually concentrated in cities and Hindus also but in run down and smaller ghettos, they are usually more in the countryside than cities.

Dispur, 13th Sultan Babur Street
The SUV reached it's goa, now it's , the 1st person named Ajay started speaking saying, "This is it fellas, the massive chain reaction that we will start after we kill the bastard is going to be massive, be prepared for anything, keep your eyes peeled." And the others looked outside to try and find him, they drove slowly across the tight neighborhood space and found a person walking alone on the street, they looked at his face and he was the target, they lowered their windows and started spraying bullets all over him, he would have a bullet shower from various weapons.
Sujay took a picture from a mobile phone and the car quickly drove out of there.
A surveillance camera caught the shooting and concerned citizens also heard shots and saw the shooting, but didn't see the car and it's license plate since it was too dark.

They drove away in speed, using the secret passages and dirt roads to avoid patrols.
They returned to the base in a few hours, confirmed the kill with the picture and their mission was a success overall. A classic drive-by shooting.
They would then store the picture and would use it later on in the journy to liberation for propaganda purposes.

DISCLAIMER: You are about to read a post that will contain some scenes that may not be your liking. If you wish to read, please be aware that although the post is not extremely brutal, it details the consequences of a killing and a bunch of riots motivated by religion.

57th Infantry Brigade: Brigadier General M. Jahanzeb Arbab

Focus: Captain Radmon Sethwi and Lieutenant Shusha Kharoti

Shots rang in the air of the great city. In the future, it would become the capital of this land. But for now, it would not. Not yet. Instead, this city witnessed horror and horror came in the form of the Pakistanis and their volunteers from Bidar. Among them were Radmon and his lieutenant, Shuska.

In the city, they waited for a few trucks to arrive. Their Pakistani comrades said that they would bring in fresh prisoners. That meant, to them, more people to kill. More animals, to accurately say it, to put down.

Every last one of them.

Women, men and children. Old or young. Be they intellectuals, peasants, supporters of the troublemakers or innocents. They'd die.

While they waited, they would deal with their present batch.

These were simple people. Men and women. Their hands were tied, their eyes covered by rough rags that passed for blindfolds and their legs were bound. Some were bound with hemp, others with tape. For now, that did not matter. That mattered only to the executioners. These people would die.

One by one, the Captain shot them from behind, his G3 assault rifle pressed against their heads, their brains blown out of their faces, their corpses down on the ground as they twitched and moved pathetically.

He shot five of them. Then he shot ten more. Then fifteen more. Then twenty. He shot until he ran out of ammunition and the ground flowed with blood. Human blood. Dirty blood.

In the end, the corpses were dragged away. They were replaced by new prisoners. Afraid, they wept and moaned through the rags shoved into their throats. They begged. They would not be given mercy.

And the Captain would shoot them. And like her Captain, the Lieutenant would shoot them in the backs, finishing them off.

Eventually, the blood that was spilled would probably be enough to fill the rivers of Bangladesh. Eventually, the flesh that was wasted would probably be enough to make them pay for opposing the legitimacy and power of Pakistan over their eastern territories.

Such was the war.

Such was the genocide.

Dispur, 13th Sultan Babur Street

Three hours before the riots began

11th Mech. Inf. Brigade: Brigadier General Lina Lodi

The Muslim lady in charge of the brigade groaned at the newspapers she was reading. Great. Some dumb Hindus fucking murdered a Muslim. Even worse, they killed a relative of the Sultan! The Sultan! He would not be pleased. No. He would be outraged.

Now, she realized, this was the turning point. There is no way out of this now. She knew that the response to this would be... Oh no. Quickly as she could, she rose from her desk and barked at her waiting male secretary, who was watching television with a few of her subordinates. "Get ready! I need you to get ready! There’s going to be trouble!” Without waiting for them, she picked up her coat and put it on, cursing as she stormed into the armory and grabbed a Kalashnikov AK-102 Assault Rifle off the nearest locker, surprising the women manning the armory. She told them too. “Get your guns and sound the alarm! We are moving into the city now, now, NOW!”

Sadly, for many Hindus, it would simply be too late. Just too late.

Anger kills.

Although the riots did not start yet, it was terrible to see a booming crowd of men, women and children come down the narrow streets of the city, wielding axes and bats and planks of wood and pipes and whatever tools or objects they could find. The Muslims have been stirred up into a frenzy that even the razakars cannot hope to control. Only they can simply watch as the crowds pushed past them and marched towards the homes and the shops and the offices of the Hindus.

At one point, a great number of Muslims entered a neighborhood that had a mixed population of Muslims and Hindus. The Muslim residents witnessed the vast crowd split up towards various blocks, approaching Hindu homes and dragging out the men and the women, the rest entering to find any children. Whatever it was they were looking for or intruding into people's homes for, it wasn't for good reasons.

No, it was just a simple desire for revenge. A retaliation. A group response. One that was natural. Natural for humans.

The neighborhood would be the first to fall apart, witnessing a massacre of families and neighbors. Even some of the Muslim residents participated.

The next thing that went public was the attack on a few Hindu villages and Hindu majority towns nearby. Everywhere there was a Hindu settlement, outraged mobs lashed out at the houses with lighters, fuel and more. Men were beaten or stabbed or shot. Women got their clothes torn off and dragged away into alleys to be used and exterminated. Children were more unfortunate. Not even babies or the elderly were spared. Those who were injured were put down. Those who were sick were murdered.

Eventually, in one of the towns, the Muslims found the home of a prominent Hindu elder. He was old, yes. But that mattered to who? Not to the men and the women and the young people who were outraged at the misplaced courage of the Hindu assassins. They wanted him and they knew he was a great target. So they came to his home.

They found him and his wife, his three small daughters, one of his older nieces and two of his sons. The house was unguarded. There were servants but they either fled or were put down. The female ones were taken away into an empty room, darkened to shield the acts of the Muslim men upon them from the rest as the mob chopped down the wife and the boys. They dragged out the old man as he glanced at his daughters either being torn apart or being ruined. He lost sight of his niece, not knowing that they had taken her out to hang from his aging mango tree.

The mob took him out on the street.

They challenged him, spat on him, slapped their slippers and shoes and sandals against him. They broke his legs and poured gasoline over him.

Then, without waiting, a woman lit him on fire with a match.

One wonders how disgustingly fine an old man smelled as he was scorched by fuel for automobiles.

One wonders.

DISCLAIMER: You are about to read a post that will contain some scenes that may not be your liking. If you wish to read, please be aware that although the post is not extremely brutal, it details the consequences of a killing and a bunch of riots motivated by religion.

1971 Bangladesh, Jamalpul District, the city of Kamalpur
1st East Bengal Regiment, Mukhti Bahini Z Force: Major Moinul Hossain Chowdhury
Focus: Lance Corporal Prakeet Gupto and Private Deepak Munshi

The in the Jamalpul District, the Pakistani forces and more specifically the 31st Baluch Regiment and some elements of the Razakars set up a camp near Kamalpur, which was a gateway to Dhaka from the northern sector under Mukti Bahini Sector 11, the central sector and the largest one of Bangladesh Forces. It was situated on the mouth of the old Brahmaputra river and on the road link with Mymensingh via Jamalpur. They set up a military camp at Kamalpur, a small and unknown city. This camp was tactically crucial for the Pakistani Army because its fall would cause the Pakistani Army to lose control over the whole Jamalpur-Dhaka region. Which was Mukti Bahini's Sector 11's goal, to command the 1st East Bengal Z Force regiment to capture that same camp

The Mukhti Bahini Z Force decided to put the 1st East Bengal Regiment to the test, it was commanded at the time under Major Moinul Hossain Chowdhury, various Bidari Hindu volunteers were smuggled away to Bangladesh by Indian sleeper agents in Bidar to help in the fight against the Pakistani forces.
Two of them would be Corporal Prakeet Gupto, who from the rank of Private since the start of the war rose up to the Lance Corporal rank and Private Deepak Munshi, which was a fresh faced newbie who underwent only training and didn't experience the real fighting yet.
Prakeet was briefed about the camp and so was Deepak, Prakeet was armed with an L1A1 self loading rifle which he clutched and took care to it the whole time. Deepak was armed with a Sterling L2A2 SMG which he walked around with it nervously.
They were both eager.... Eager to drive out the Pakistani invaders, the Imperialists... The vile dogs that killed their own Bengali Hindu brothers and sisters... That raped women and children... That killed off the intellectuals of the country....That carelessly targeted and slaughtered Bengalis, Hindu or Muslim, it wouldn't matter to those people...They would be eager to take revenge on the Pakistani garrison in the camp.

Also this needs to be mentioned that they were both in the 2nd Attack on the Camp. The first attempt didn't go so well but not much information was known about it, only the fact that Pakistani troops pushed back the Mukti Bahini and tried to enter the Sarishabari Upazila, but failed as the villagers and resistance fighters confronted them and pushed them back to the camp, the Pakistani army set a few villages on fire on their way back, many villagers were martyred. The two soldiers also wanted revenge on that.

The forces of the 1st Regiment were split into 2 companies, Delta and Bravo that came from the North-East side of the camp in the 2nd attack on July 31st (At Night of August 1st). Captain Salahuddin Momtaz commanded Delta on the left and Captain Hafiz commanded Bravo on the right. As the troops were moving towards the enemy post on the dirt hilly dirt road, shooting and trying to move as fast as possible to the camp, the enemy artillery started firing heavily. As a result, the progress of the two companies became slow and encountered very heavy enemy resistance.
While moving Pakeet and Deepak were taking cover from a tall tree.
Pakeet picked his shots carefully with his L1A1, "Take this ya shit eating Paki!" He said as he fired towards a few Paksitani soldiers from the North Eastern side of the camp, who were taking cover at whatever they can, he picked one by the head and then Deepak was firing his Sterling gun in short bursts saying frantically, "We send our regards to Yahya Khan! (Pakistani President at the time)", O Group (Mukti Bahini battalion orders group) ordered the Z Force 2nd Field Artillery Battery to fire artillery at H-hour artillery to provide covering fire, and so they fired their British and new Indian artillery pieces as covering fire to not give the Pakis an artillery run without a fight, the Paki artillery already caused quite the number of casualties in both companies.
With Delta company's commander Salahuddin making a heroic display and leading the soldiers to the outer perimeter, where the Razakars and 31st Regiment used booby traps and minefields as a defense. The two soldiers followed him, running and jumping across the minefield, seeing their comrades getting blown to bits by the mines and getting killed by the booby traps.
The Mukti artillery was not that useless but it wasn't as effective as Paki artillery, the Pakis fired effective artillery from shell proof bunkers in the inner perimeter, but however that effectiveness could not save them. Mukti troops started pouring into the inner perimeter and the Pakistani troops started vacating as their casualty rates were jumping up. Captain Salahuddin would encourage his soldiers by snubbing one and saying, "Yahya Khan did not manufacture the bullet to kill me!" and then muttered "If you die! Die after killing the enemy! Die on the soil of Bangladesh!" But that bravery did not last for long as he moved deeper towards the camp but two artillery shells dropped over him, it was the end for him and his career. Captain Hafiz on the other hand escaped death as his Sten SMG was broken by an artillery shell splinter and a few soldiers covered him and escorted him to safety, one got mortally injured but he cheated death that awaited him.
More importantly, the 2 soldiers fought in CQC, Pakeet fiercely cooperated with Deepak and they breached a military building, lobbing a grenade inside a room and then shooting everything that is inside. Making them kill all of the Pakistani soldiers inside the room. They took cover from time to time and cooperated to kill more Pakis. They reached deeper and deeper inside the camp that their killcount increased in every room they breached successfully.

In the end, the Pakis withdrew and so the Razakars, as the battle didn't go in their favor and casualties were adding up to them. They captured the camp and seized artillery pieces, equipment and various other leftovers.

The one thing that was left... Was the captured Pakistani soldiers. They were either from the 31st Baluch Regiment or from the elements of the Razakars.
Deepak and Pakeet started grabbing a prisoner after another with their comrades and lined them up against the wall, "Swear your allegiance to Yahya Khan in hell!" Deepak said, as they shot one after another and the other, Pakeet also took out his machete and sliced up the throats of various captured Pakistani soldiers and beheaded some too. They have done this procedure until they ran out of prisoners and told to stop. They were bitter to stop the killing, but they had to listen to orders. Deepak got up to one Pakistani prisoner and said, "You are lucky we are ordered to stop! Unless that we would've put you dogs 6 feet deep inside a mass grave, you aren't going to leave our soil alive." And left him alone to be transported to main prison command.
Such was the brutality of war, the two sides of the coin aren't different from one another, but one had a nobler goal and another had an invader mindset.

RAS Base in Karbi-Anglong Forests

Three hours before the rioting
The Supreme Commander, Swami Bhischmacharya was talking to his fellow gang of commanders, he started the conversation first about the assassination, "So it seems our plan to take out the Sultan's nephew was a success...That rat almost exposed our entire network and sent it to the Sultan, we would've been done for that way. Anyways, let's see the aftermath of our actions."
He simply turned on the TV in the room, he was immediately greeted by news reports of massive Muslim rallies and protests against the assassinations and Hindus, the cancer of the country advocating for genocide, again.... The commanders all had terrified look on their faces except Swami, he had an annoyed/angry look on his face, A commander quickly asked him, "Supreme Commander sir... Do you think that they are going to?..." And Swami responded, "Yes... They are going to take revenge at the Hindus... Those rats are going to create such a massive onslaught that it will be marked in history as the Great Riots of Bidar…. But the chain reaction to that will be even worse, the Hindus here are tough nosed people who won't take kindly when their brothers and sisters are getting killed, such violence will be spread that even I don't know how to describe it.... Anyways, this is our chance to strike the regime at the supply routes and checkpoints all across the country and start actually fighting these bastards. I know it's hard to look at it, but some sacrifices must be made for a greater goal, it's hard even for me... But as long as our agents are there and brave activists operating under our name can convince the masses to give them a fight." Most of the commanders nodded but a few disagreed with one jumping from his chair and saying, "Supreme Commander sir! With all due respect, we can't let them die! This is just too horrible! They are not just mere sacrifices, they are our brothers and sisters! We can't just sit on the fence and watch them all die! You.... Were expecting this... Didn't you sir?" And afterwards, Swami entered a moment of silence before reacting, "Listen soldier, we don't have the manpower nor the resources to stop this massive scale rioting! Don't you think it's hard for me as well, to watch my brothers as they are about to get killed? The Sultan's nephew was about to destroy our cause with his intelligence rings and I was worrying about that, this was the only option and we executed it perfectly! So why don't you just sit down and be grateful our cause is still alive and running?" The other commander was speechless and sat down and accepted his defeat, "Any more objections? Good." Swami said that as he said another thing, "This is meeting is over, everyone is dismissed." And afterwards, everyone wandered around in the base. The commander was right, Swami did expect this, but with Swami's cunningness he lied his way out, he saw the Hindus brothers and sisters that are about to be massacred as martyrs but worthy sacrifices to boost the cause.

Every Action has a Reaction
After the burning of the Hindu elder and the onslaught of various Hindu neighborhoods. The Hindus in various towns and the countryside were outraged, they took whatever weapons they can, from machetes to bats to wooden sticks to pipes and various improvised Molotov cocktails and bombs and they were going to take revenge at everything that happened to them.
The tough nosed Hindu people would also have Muslim mobs coming up to the outskirts of towns, where most Hindu commoners would be. They would be met with Hindu heavy resistance, usually with clashes between violent mobs. Since of the tougher nature of the Hindus, they would usually come up on top with immense strength.
They would tackle them with their weapons and would corner them in a slum area, where an onslaught of Hindu beatdowns and killings of the Muslims. The Muslim mobs would fail to kill the Hindu commoners at the countryside, most of them would be beheaded later and their women raped and most of the Muslim mobs who didn't escape had a grim fate.

Afterwards, Hindu mobs riled up from the countryside and smaller ghettos, in chanting of "Justice for the Elder!" and "We will not surrender!". They would storm from various cities and most importantly Jorhat, they would be armed with pipes, machetes, bats, wooden sticks, knives and even Molotov cocktails. They marched into a majority Hindu but mixed with Muslim neighborhood, the Hindus there would march in support, they would be met with immediate counter-mob reaction. But the Hindus would charge into them and throw various stuff at them, using dumpsters and gate parts as cover and throwing molotovs at crowds as well as utilizing the brought weapons and their tough nosed nature they would overcome them and drive them back, making them escape. Not with some casualties. As the mob of at least 55 grew to 87 at that point and at least 15 people have critically injured from the Hindu side, with 4 dead. But the Muslim side would've been full of casualties. One Hindu at that riot was running frantically with his comrades and his pipe as a few Muslim rioters attacked them with rocks and bats, the Hindu immediately grabbed one Muslim rioter who had his guard down and smashed his pipe onto his head, causing him to fall down and collapse as he further tried to beat him on the ground but his other Muslim comrade swung his bat and hit him across the side, causing him to fall down. But before the Muslim could hurt him further, a Hindu took a chair and beat him up with it, causing him also to fall down and take the harsh and brutal beating, causing him to get knocked out. They would drive the attackers and proceed to go with the crowd.
They went deeper inside Jorhat's Muslim neighborhoods, and the more developed city centers with a crowd of over 250 Hindus who joined in. They would trash Muslim stores they would beat down random Muslims who try to hold down and attack them, they even threw a barrage of Molotovs at a crowd and watched the people get burned. They would then charge them and stab them
They grabbed long wooden planks and rocks and steel bats and would trash a store's windows and break inside it by opening doors with a crowbar, they would beat down the inside shoppers, smashing a chair over one's head and then more Hindus would kick them on the ground, spit on them and kick them with their boots, sneakers, slippers, sandals and flip flops. They would rob the store of it's cash and destroy everything. Even dragging out the store's owner and setting him on fire.
The most insulting part was that they broke inside a Mosque in town center, the biggest one. With a crowd of over at least 340 they would crash the prayer and beat them up and stab them with knives and beat them with rocks, planks, bats, chairs and pipes. They would drag out the knock downed Muslims who were praying, they vandalized the entire mosque and burned the sacred books outside, destroyed everything and then burned the entire building.
And then they dragged out the Imam, who was the most sacred one in the mosque, the leader of the mosque. They would kick and spit on him and break his legs and back with pipes and inflict stab wounds with knives on his legs and then they would set them on fire.
The amount of Hindus injured in that massive riot, which left shops destroyed, homes burned and Muslims dead and injured too: at least over a 150 in the clashes, and 70 dead at least. The big Hindu crowd managed to overpower the Muslim crowds. That was just one riot in Jorhat, there were Hindu riots in other cities although the most major one is Jorhat.

At the same time of the rioting, Karbi-Anglong, Forest territory and major roads across Bidar.

The RAS command in Karbi-Anglong, Nagaon, Sonitpur and Golaghat decided to make 4 seperate ambushes, coordinated by seperated into different occasions.
They knew that the Razakars would be distracted with the riots so Sappers beforehand would set up IEDs, especially EFPs (some can be exploded by command and some not) on major roads.
And teams would make L-shaped ambushes in those roads, using intelligence that was gathered by the Intelligence cells in each district (by active recon in those regions) and in each district, there were at least more than 1 L-shaped road that could be used against convoys and near checkpoints.
In each district, at least 4 DA cells (each cell 40 men) went to action, setting up security teams on the road, each dividing into MG teams and what not. In each cell, at least 7 men were armed with RPG-7s with tandem warheads and 4 men (crew of 2 in each RPG-29) with RPG-29s, which is known as a nightmare weapon for APCs and Tanks. In the left side of the road, there was one DShK Heavy Machine Gun and all the security teams were on two sides. The kill-zone was decided and estimated but two IEDs were placed on the far side of the road, aside with all the IEDs there in each district.
The active recon helped all the soldiers know exactly where they are supposed to be.
They secured their sides until the convoy came, and then they fired everything and for extra hurt they could be hurt by the IEDs placed in each side, the RAS would have an advantage as they know the terrain and the road and got the element of surprise.
Something a lot of insurgents lack, but not them.
They would also try to fire at the checkpoints when the supply convoys came and at least 1 cell of 40 men in each district would stay behind for reserve. The shelter cells in each district were also ready to set up shelter for escaping RAS guerillas.

Riots

The 10th Motorized Infantry responded to the riots in their sector speedily as did the 16th Mot. Inf. Brigade at Jorhat and the 11th Motorized, coming from the center of the country, and the 17th, which was already on the way to Jorhat from Tinsukia days ago.

Meanwhile, at the capital, the Royal Afghan Guard and the rest of the Eastern Defense Corps were taking care of things. They made sure that the capital and the east did not fall, brutally putting down the Hindu demonstrators and troublemakers with steel and lead.

The rest of the military, especially in the center, the south and the west, were also taking care of it. The north was, at least, secure, thanks to the Muslim majority and the fact that the border with the northern states beyond Bidar was manned by some of the best.

At the same time, the Air Force responded with the rapid deployment of some Tucanos with a handful of Frogfoots giving close support. They would secure the skies and the countryside, making sure to reply to the brutal Hindus before the ground forces came or as they came. They'd strafe Hindu villages or towns and drop some bombs to either burn them out or wipe them out. Either way, it did what the Muslims wanted; It gave time; It gave a sense of responsible security and response; It also made the Muslims feared. Other planes like the Chinese copies of the Frogfoots or the Hawker Hunters the Brits left them would soon be on their way out of the ground and into the sky.

Meanwhile, the riots continued, but this time, after minutes have passed, after hours have passed, the riots were met by the troops, supported by heavy weapons, by trucks with machine guns, by light tanks and other armored vehicles and by snipers stationed on roofs or in high windows or generally on hills outside the cities or at least from a distance. The Muslim grunts and their support began destroying the hostiles with little delay, using heavy rifle fire and grenades launched from attached grenade launchers underneath the barrels. They also exercised the use of indiscriminate machine gun fire and, if they have to permit it, the use of tank cannons and smaller but still deadly cannons and guns.

Things became...truly monstrous.

Ambushes

The supply convoys treated the ambushes differently. At Sonitpur, the convoy did their best to just go full speed ahead through the ambush, running over them. Others just stopped and unloaded their guards (Each convoy had at least 30-45 men protecting them) and let them do battle with the ambushers, the soldiers aggressively making contact with the ambushers, using grenades to strike their positions or to blind them; That was what happened at the rest of the ambush sites.

The war has begun.
