There are oil refineries all across Texas, and wells dot Texas' waters. We need investors to help us with fracking, which produces even more oil than regular methods. We also need investors for the refineries and wells that have been damaged or left absent. We promise that the repairs for the refineries will pay for themselves. Another business is ranching. If you know history, you know that Texas was founded by ranchers. Unfortunately, many farms have been severely damaged by the fighting. Most lost about half of their cattle, and many even lost 100%. If foreign investors step in, we can recover these ranches, refineries, and other businesses devastated by the civil war.

Furthermore, while the civil war may indeed be over we worry that further conflicts may follow depending on the circumstances. Therefor we would like to offer a somewhat broad proposal which may require some negotiation.

1.The Khaos Konfederacy of Rexzich City will Pay for the complete repair and reconstruction of all oil derricks and refineries, as well as associated infrastructure. any revenues generated from this will be directed towards repaying their repair and construction.
*Note: we would like to request that any and all available statistics regarding repair costs and the number of effected facilities to be listed in order to give us a better idea of what this endeavor may cost.
2. We would like to engage in a disarmament program with your nation in which we will purchase any weapons existing in your nation currently whether they belong to the government itself, civilians, or paramilitaries at their retail price. This will put money in the hands of the government and regular people which may help them to simply purchase food or rebuild their lives, and will take weapons out of the region thus lessening the chances and extent of future conflicts. This is an open invitation and may be discussed as we recognize that it may raise concerns.
3. Upon repaying our investment funds(regarding oil only, not disarmament), we will direct ownership of all oil related infrastructure and associated profits into a trust. Following the promised democratic elections suggested, we will turn this trust over to your current government giving you a new source of income which you may use at your discretion. However we may withhold the assets listed if the elections are deemed a sham or are not held at all.

We would like to note lastly that our nation broadly views itself as communist/democratic socialist despite exhibiting a loose interpretation of it in reality. We would like to clarify that while your nation appears to be anti-communist, we do not hold any inherent ill will towards your nation or its people. We believe that nations hold a right to self determination and we are more concerned with upholding basic civic liberties and human values than the color of a nations flag or how it chooses to distribute it's wealth. We may further clarify that we have no intentions of supporting any rebel/opposing paramilitaries in your nation including the Texan communist who took part in the civil war. It is our utmost desire to support peace across the globe in a broad sense and as such we must state that our intentions only serve to preserve peace and ensure basic civil liberties in your wonderful nation, and for no other reason.
