We kindly ask for a detailed census on which cities in Matterio can be classified as metropolitan as part of the program, to link these cities with budding dairy communes, and boost their economic productivity once there is a secured source of clients. This is the first phase of the White Revolution, full cooperation is required to realize this dream.

To satisfy the demands of the present "White Revolution", the United Dairy Farmers has been brought into fruition, as a consequence, they will be the successors of the Federan National Dairy Board immediately upon coordinating the phases of the operation.
The United Dairy Farmers is an all-out masses organization that has its roots in The Bloc Internationale, receiving funding from it and endorsed by it. The UDF currently requests Matterio to appoint members of its National Dairy Board.
