I'm not seeing enough evidence to support a claim that OEP is trolling via intentional misgendering. If you make it clear to OEP and they still insist on referring to you as a 'he' then bring this thread back up again and we'll look further into it.

You didn't even give me a post-action warning (or a TG for that matter) asking me to edit the pronouns or talking about how you found it inconvenient that I called you a "he" rather than a "she/they" in both occasions. The fact that you instantly ran to moderation before even doing so shows that you either don't care about misgendering or that you're using your gender preferences so to condone mod action towards people you dislike.

I hardly ever/never read sigs at this point, after being on this forum for more than a year and having flipped through thousands of posts (especially when your gender preferences aren't even bolded in the sig so to confer a better noticeable tone). In either way, it's very telling that you didn't even TG me asking me to modify the statements (which would be the correct course of action) and instead just ran to the moderation to file a complaint, after a similar case [where you didn't talk to OEP before a report] which is exposed in this same thread.

I hardly ever/never read sigs at this point, after being on this forum for more than a year and flipping through thousands of posts (especially when your gender preferences aren't even bolded in the sig so to confer a better noticeable tone). In either way, it's very telling that you didn't even TG me asking me to modify the statements (which would be the correct course of action) and instead just ran to the moderation to file a complaint, after a similar case [where you didn't talk to OEP before a report] which is exposed in this same thread.

Considering the lack of reactions regarding this specific topic, considering the fact that previous occurrences don't change the principle of conflict-solution (friendly warning -> [...] -> official report) and considering that you did the same to OEP, you are really trying to get fishy at me. In which case, I respectfully ask you to stop filling the moderation with complaints that aren't even worthy enough of punishment.

It might also be worth pointing out that you can turn off signatures entirely, I know some people who do that.

As far as I'm aware, intentionally misgendering someone is in violation of the rules, and considering this has happened repeatedly now in spite of yesterday's argument, I don't feel that this was just an innocent mistake. If off-site evidence were acceptable, I could more than easily prove this is much more deliberate than it's being presented as.

Given the content in my posts of where I was accused of misgendering (which demonstrate lack of trolling/taunting against you), my will to fix the situation through more peaceful ways and the fact that two mods have already ruled out the possibility of a punishment in two similar cases, you should just accept the fact that what OEP and I did isn't actionable.

I am advising you to think before pressing 'submit' next time you're using the third person to talk about someone who you very recently upset by using the wrong wording when you talked about them in the third person.
