Made some comments on Jutsa's thread about the draft I wrote that was similar.

Actually, like your one better than his, because it avoids overruling player autonomy. However, I think it doesn't feel sufficiently "public eye" to be an issue, rather representing something that happens between issues, in "downtime".

Feel free to proceed of course, and please bear in mind I'm inclined to be biased in my interpretation because I strongly prefer my own issue.

This one was mainly based on the Monica Lewinsky scandal, which was pretty big. Enough to get Bill Clinton impeached. So I think It is kind of something that would be a huge issue. I was thinking if you were to choose one of the options there could be a potential followup, or maybe some chain issue about a stalker, etc.

I've done some changes that makes it more like the Monica Lewinsky scandal. I think this helps a lot with having it something that would be a big deal. (I am worried though that the description is a bit too jumbled, but I don't know how to unjumble it.)

No, #39 has always been like that. The issue that was watered down is #417, which is still about @@LEADER@@ rather than an advisor, but had its language tweaked to support the interpretation that the character is just lying and it never happened (and yet, denying it still gives you Corruption).
