The Alternate World War II

Synopsis
1939, Europe, Hitler has instituted Fascism in Nazi Germany, building her military back up from the wreck of the Great War. Japan, after the second Sino-Japanese war, has risen as a military power in the East. As the leading official of your country, what do you do ?
Rules


No Metagaming or Godmodding.
Be realistic as much as possible, don’t sci-fi stuffs like robots, spaceships…
No Puppets will be allowed, if discovered player will immediately be banned.
Be Realistic, Rome wasn't built in a day, and you can't rebuild it in a day.
No Posting for other players or NPCs, if an NPC is needed then ask the International Controller.
Listen to the OP and Co-Op(s).
You will lose some times, accept that.
Let war and conflicts build up.
Don't only post about war, you are running a nation after all.
Bad Grammar on a consistent basis is not going to be taken lightly.
Unless explicitly stated in a post, or telegramed to the International Controller, it will not be considered canon.
No toxicity, although swear words are fine.
Minimum post length is 1 Paragraph, this is mandatory and not doing this will mean posts are retconned.
Inactive Nations will be removed after 2 Weeks, these nations can be revived if the player returns with in a month, however if territory has been taken then it will remain with the country that took it.
Reservations last 1 Week.
Time skips of more than 2 Weeks must be approved by the OP.

The Australasian battlegroup led by the King George V class Battleship HMAS New Zealand as well as the Courageous class Aircraft carrier HMAS Resolute, steamed with full speed through the choppy waters of the Coral Sea heading towards Port Moresby. Papua New Guinea was the Antipodes dominions first line of defense against any potential threats from Japan. The battlegroup made up of One state of the art battleship, one Great War era Revenge class super dreadnought, one Courageous class aircraft carrier, two Hawkins class heavy cruisers, three Leander class light cruisers and eight D class destroyers. The reason for this potent show of force was the numerous sightings of potential Japanese and Scottish ships operating in the Bismarck sea. Australiasia had had to fend more and more for itself since the troubles that the UK had been experiencing. Part of this had been a large naval building program as well as buying surplus British ships.

While this fleet was steaming towards Port Moresby the diplomatic ship SS Endeavour was passing through the Suez Canal heading on a diplomatic mission to the mother country.

Adolf Hitler steps behind the podium facing the crowd of cheering citizens, SS guards line the bottom of the stage, keeping anyone from getting to close. He begins by performing a sharp Nazi salute.


"Bürger des Reiches, sieg heil! Ich bin stolz zu verkünden, dass wir die Regionen Sudetenland und Rheinland erfolgreich annektiert haben. Jetzt müssen wir auf unsere Brüder in Österreich schauen, und wir müssen sie befreien! Das tausendjährige Reich wird stark und herrlich sein! Wir werden NICHT von irgendjemandem gestoppt werden! Nicht England! Nicht Frankreich! Nicht Polen! Nicht die Sowjetunion! Nicht der Jude! Nicht jeder! Unser Militär soll unsere Grenzen schützen! Die SA und SS werden unsere Straßen schützen! Und Deutschland wird zur Größe aufsteigen! Sieg heil!" He yells passionately,the crowd eats it up.

The 7th Armored brigade mobilizes in Kuln, boasting the new Panzerkamfwagen II, and the Panzerkamfwagen I mobile command model. As well as Sd.Kfz. 10's for troops. SA troops roam the streets, arresting any Jews that they find.

Neville Chamberlain plopped himself down at his desk, exhausted, indecisive, and annoyed. It had been a long day. Neither the conflicts with the fascists nor the conflict with Scotland appeared to be going away anytime soon, and the meeting with the diplomats from Bharat, while productive, had naturally drawn criticism from the CCP. It didn't help that they were still demanding he step down, to his chagrin, but he had bigger problems on his plate. Ever since the Scots became free 600 years ago, the idea of going to war with them had always seemed like a pipe dream for the UK. They were just not strong enough. But now... if the Bharatis weren't lying, then a potential anti-Scot coalition would outnumber Scotland easily. The question, now, was if it was really worth it to cede power to the fascists by fighting alongside them if it meant winning back Scotland and its territories. His train of thought was interrupted by a knock at his door. "Come in," he said instinctively, only to see the person he least wanted to see at that moment walk in.

The smug face of Oswald Mosley was never one Chamberlain particularly wanted to see, but now in particular it might as well have been fate spitting in his face. Mosley sat down. "Prime Minister. A word?"
"Oh, why not? I've already been bothered by one group of fascists today." Chamberlain sighed.
"That's what I'm here to discuss, actually," Mosley said, leaning back in his chair. "I heard some of the details. Now, I get that you probably don't care about our opinions on a war with Scotland, but I think that both of us have something to gain from this. "
"And what, pray tell, do you think the Coalition could possibly gain from ganging up with fascists to fight, potentially, some of our allies?" Chamberlain snapped, clearly regretting letting Mosley speak at all.
"Aw, come off it, Neville. You'd be a bloody liar if you didn't admit to being tempted by wanting to finally kick some Scottish arse in combat," Mosley fired back. "That's the one thing both sides can agree on, I suppose."
"Alright, I'll grant you that. We all hate Scotland," Chamberlain retorted sarcastically. "So what? It'd be a jolly good move for diplomacy, eh? God knows we really don't need to piss off America. Mosley, this isn't the time."
"If not now, than when?" Mosley replied in an almost pleading manner. "Can we guarantee we'll ever have Russia, or Bharat, or Germany, or even the bleeding Aussies on our side next time? Can we even guarantee there will be a next time? No, we can't. So why not act now? Imagine how it would look for us on the global stage - the United Kingdom, truly united once again, reasserting itself at the top of the world once more, and all because of the efforts of the heroic Neville Chamberlain. Besides, the Scottish colonies overseas will be quite profitable."
Mosley had underestimated how much stroking Chamberlain's ego could do, because the Prime Minister seemed instantly warmer to the idea. "I like your thinking, Oswald, but is it really this urgent of a matter?"
"Not necessarily, sir," Mosley replied, "we've still got quite a few strings to pull behind the scenes, so it might be quite some time before any gunfire actually begins. But this whole ordeal is on our terms; the Scots haven't a clue that this is happening. With your approval, though, I'll deliver the order to the army to prepare for war in the near future. You won't even have to take care of commanding, sir. I'll lead the army should you let me."
The Prime Minister stroked his chin, deep in thought. After a few moments, he finally spoke, and to Oswald's delight, he said, "Alright. I suppose it's time to go to war. And since I don't have time to man all of this, I'll put you in command."
"Brilliant! I'll get started right away," Mosley beamed. "The end of the Scots is nigh! Good day, Neville!"

Mosley strolled out of the building with a massive grin on his face. The rumors about Chamberlain being an egomaniacal dolt turned out to be true, for not only had he let a fascist convince him to let the country fight with fascists, but he'd also put him in charge of the army! A double win!
The result doesn't even matter, Mosley thought to himself cheerfully. If we win, then I pull some more strings and the Coalition crumbles, causing the people to turn to me, a decorated war hero. Lose, and Chamberlain takes the fall, the conservatives fall apart, and the BFP waltzes into power. Either way, Neville Chamberlain has officially signed the death sentence of the non-fascist UK.

Yes, Mosley decided, it had been a good day after all.

The 7th Armored Brigade moves to The Border with Poland to meet up with the 5th Infantry. Ju87 B-2's and Me-109 A's and B's mobilize at an airfield just behind the 5th infantry's lines.

Hitler walks into his war room, and is greeted by Seig Heils from all major military officals. After exchanging salutes, Hitler walks to his place at the table.

"Marschall Göring, Bericht" "Stukas und Kämpfer haben sich direkt hinter den Linien der Fünften mobilisiert, sie sind voll bewaffnet und bereit, mit dem Bombardement der Polen zu beginnen."

"Gut, Feldmarschall Paulus?"

The British press was abuzz with the political turmoil of the UK. Although he was well aware of the UK's political troubles seeing it for himself was another thing entirely. He'd arrived in London, hoping to secure an audience with the Prime Minister, officially this was a trip to shore up military ties, unofficially it was an attempt to get the UK parliament to accept the claimant to the throne that Australiasia supported. There was already talk of attempting to get the Dominion of South Africa to back the claim, but for Now Sir David along with a small cohort of diplomats and politicians waited at the docks for their British reception to arrive.

During the napoleonic wars portgual was annexed into spain and so is its colonies
most of the new world was independent the previous portugese colonies of mozambique and west africa remained under portugal refusing spanish authority
During the american spanish war spain was not able to conquer the lands due to the war with america

There was a knock on Neville Chamberlain's door. "Come in," he said drearily. It had been an uneventful day.
An aide ran in frantically. "Sir, we've received word that an Australasian delegation led by Sir Phillips has arrived at one of our ports."
Chamberlain sat up instantly. This was a surprise. "What do they want from me?"
"Something about military ties, they say."
Chamberlain was intrigued. Perhaps the Australasians would be interested in taking part in a certain war against a certain brat of a northern neighbor. This meeting could be quite important.
He turned to his aide. "Tell them I'm here, in my office, ready to meet with them."
The aide nodded and scurried out the door. An important meeting indeed, he thought as he readied for the diplomats' arrival.

The debate in congress had been long and brutal, It happened right after the Scottish-American alliance was announced. The debate was over how much they should act on their new alliance with Scotland. But an agreement had been come to. One American infantry division of about 25'000 would be deployed in Scotland along with a naval force of around 2 destroyers, a frigate, 2 submarines, and an aircraft carrier which was carrying around 30 aircraft

The reason for this deployment was publicly "To defend our allies from Fascist aggressors" Which was true though there was another goal of attempting to counter Fascist influence in Europe, Of course many American citizens were against this actions but no major resistance came from them.

Adolf Hitler, frustrated at the lack of a response from Russia, ordered the attack of Poland. The 7th armored brigade charges into Poland, slamming through the unreadied Polish line.

Stukas, with fighter support, bomb Polish defenses, destroying the fortifications quickly.

A flight of JU 88's and He 111 B's, with fighter cover, leave to give Polish cities a good bombing

As the Germans invaded Poland from the East, Kolchak would see this as a prime opportune moment to quickly take some Polish land. Kolchak, in his pristine white military uniform, walked on the podium in front of the crowds of both civilians and soldiers. After clearing his throat, he spoke. "People of the Union, people of Russia, on this day, the aggressive nation-state known as the German Reich invaded the sovereign state of Poland," Kolchak said, "Our military intelligence has told us that the Germans have already penetrated through the Polish defences and that there is almost no chance of Poland coming out victorious,"

"Which is why I have ordered that the 5th and 6th Armies will advance into Poland to protect ethnic Ukraine, Belurussian and Jewish populations in the areas from the Germans who, as you know, see us as an inferior race," Kolchak continued, "We do not seek aggression against Germany, however, any attempts by the Reich to impede Russian intervention will be met with aggression, long live the Union! Long live Mother Russia!"

Polish-Russian Border
As the speech was given, the 5th and 6th Armies of Army Group Poland, composed of over 400,000 soldiers, commanded by General Georgy Zhukov and General Konstantin Rokossovsky, both under Field Marshal Nikolai Yudenich, advanced into the Polish Western Territories, as tanks and foot soldiers quickly rushed in, with planes overhead. As practically all Polish defences were based in the West against Germany, with only a few conscript battalions made from mainly youths in the East, there was almost no resistance against the Russian troop movements, as they secured many towns.

The Russians hoped to secure the Polish regions of Vilna, Minsk, Grodno, Volhynia, Tarnpol, Stanislawów, Lwów, Lublin, Siedlce, Łomza and Sułwalki before the Germans could.
