Concerned that the Fitnessgram Pacer Test is in some nationstates mandatory to pass many school requirements;

Viewing the Fitnessgram Pacer Test as a poor and inaccurate test of aerobic capacity;

Declaring the Mile to be a drastically superior test of aerobic capacity;

Hereby ordering The Fitnessgram Pacer Test be banned throughout all WA Member States.
