Since I'm too lazy to RP now and want to join this, I'm going to say it again. Kendor is now preparing to construct anti nuclear defense systems in it's factories after the announcement that a World War is going to start, and it will be a nukefest. It is also rumored that Kendor is secretly constructing new nuclear missiles too.

President Waldo hung up the red phone. Once again, it appeared that some rabid third-world maniacal dictator was about to bring global nuclear war down upon everyone's heads.

New Waldensia would be better prepared for it than last time. The landscape was still scarred from the previous Nuclear Apocalypse, as it had come to be called, but society had largely recovered. The economy was roaring again, and the population loss had been negated.

Military preparedness was at an all-time high, and the nuclear arm of the military had been tripled in size.

New Waldensia was prepared to unleash freeeeeeeedom! on those who threatened it.

Krankriet president Chase Jackson is fearing the threatened nuclear war. Just last year, Krankriet was devastated with only 2% of the countries population surviving. Luckily, FCN forces will help unlike how Krankriet was a lone wolf last year if attacks do take place.

Alarms were going off in the Strategic Command Center of New Waldensia. Latest intel reports indicated that nuclear war was likely to begin within hours, and that news had the military on DEFCON 1.

Each of New Waldensia's colonies and territories was also on extraordinary military preparedness, ready to strike a blow in defense of their country.

Civilians were strongly urged to take cover at local bunkers and air raid shelters.

Eckhart von Melitta II, delivers an impromptu speech in the face of nuclear war.

"Dear America, it has come to attention that a serious threat has arisen to threaten the security of our nation. I say this with heavy hearted, yet we must be prepared for total annihilation. It is up to every citizen to carry on the American spirit, they may shatter the land, and break our bodies, however they cannot destroy the, American spirit. Be prepared for the bombs to drop. God bless us all, in these difficult times, and god bless America."

After the speech, the executive president left for a more secure bunker, hidden away, somewhere within the rockies.

Chase Jackson activates the National Alert System and orders people to hunker down and find a fallout shelter when news of a launch within the next hour is received.

Upon news of the nuclear attack seeping through peoples minds, riots are already taking place in San Vegas with mass rioting, murder and looting. Chase Jackson is seen plowing through people in his motorcade out of San Vegas, presumably to the Schoharie Mountain Range.

A perimeter is set up throughout the central district and nobody is allowed to enter or leave. SVMPD "disposable units" are keeping the perimeter and are not expected to survive.

T-50 minutes
New Orleans, Gagium

King Arsene Rodier is evacuated to a local bunker located in Montana via hypersonic jet, along with his cabinet & family. The bunker was rapidly constructed within the last few weeks, and features enough room for up to 50,000 people. Anyone who can pay will be allowed to live in the bunker until the fallout clears up, as the bunker features enough food for decades, as well as recreation facilities that span miles underground.

A brigade of soldiers in power armor guard the entrances to the massive "vault", as hundreds of thousands of people of all professions from across the entire expanse of Gagium gathered around the entrances to the vault. There were nearly a dozen others across the country, though this one was notable for being the one the King would stay in. The bunker also featured a massive underground military complex, with hundreds of computers for controlling the nuclear systems installed across Gagium..

SAN VEGAS

Every national road in Krankriet is shut down. A mandatory curfew is issued and so is martial law however that doesn't stop rioters. At least 200 have died in the past 20 minutes due to rioting. Schools are closing, fallout shelters are opening and Wa'ew Supermarkets are rioting or empty.

The small town of Granite Falls in the Schoharie Mountains was evacuated for an unknown reason.

4:30 PM

Towns are empty or in riot. All schools are abandoned. The Eagle Tower in the city of Camsea, largest building in Krankriet is engulfed in fire. Nuclear silos in the Sharon Valley are found to be opened and ready to respond.

T-20 minutes

The doors of the vaults remain open, as protests and armed gunfights between various citizens break out across Gagium as nuclear fallout approaches. Gagium descends into chaos as the remaining military clusters around various military bunkers and the main vaults, with army helicopters and jets patrolling the skies above the vaults. Footage is taken of hundreds of thousands of people around King Arsene's bunker, with clusters of heavy soldiers in power armor seen in various places around the crowd.

Supermarkets & other stores are raided by militiamen for supplies, as others cluster in their hastily-made bunkers across the nation. The interstates are all flooded with traffic, with people waiting for the bombs to fall outside of their homes. Commercial jets are hijacked by desperate civilians, as they attempt to fly towards South America, which is likely to not have as much of the nuclear fallout as the rest of the world. The situation is truly a desperate one.

Meanwhile, hundreds of nuclear silos across Gagium open...

National Guard and military soldiers open fire on aggressive citizens in order to allow peaceful citizens to get to the shelters. A bomb blows up in San Vegas International Airport, however nobody is able to respond to the airport. Police departments, fire stations and hospitals barricade doors

SAN VEGAS AREA
SVMPD abandons all police stations with all needed gear packed as SVMPD and other San Vegas Emergency Services go to a special bunker. Normal TV and radio programming is suspended. Only 1 station remains on the air, at least for the next 5 minutes. The San Vegas harbor is closed.
CAMSEA AREA
CMPD barricades stations. Camsea public services are closed. Entire city on lockdown.

As usual, people were flocking in casinos and brothels, without even suspecting about the nuclear war, until an emergency message was broadcasted across all the media and caused some panic. Soon after, a faraway explosion made it even more widespread. A city of sin looked like an agitated ant colony. People were runing around all seven districts named after deadly sins and looking for any suitable cover. Some made it to the subway tunnels, others tried to make it to the basements. Some just ducked and covered, hoping for the best.

Lucky were those, who were in casinos between Avaritia(greed) and Invidia(envy) districts, as casino vaults were sturdy enough not only to withstand even the most daring heist, but also a disaster, so owner's money would be intact. In fact, casino owners have already found safe zones. Folks in Gula (Gluttony) were grabbing all the food and drinks from restaraunts they could, so there won't be a food shortage in their hideouts, while residents in Superbia (Pride) quietly mourned their rich mansions, while hiding in their basements.

Meanwhile, an anti-missile defense system was fully deployed in Ira(Wrath). Hopefully it will protect the city from at least half of attacks. The fact, that New Sodom is not an industrial city makes the task easier, as probably less ICBMs will target it.

Nuclear bombs were dropped on San Vegas and Camsea. Causalities are high. More cities were also nuked. Currently, nothing else has happened in the past hour.

90% of Krankriet is uninhabitable. No cities over 50,000 population are left and the only region left is Sharon Valley in central Krankriet

Krankriet is destroyed. Government officials, emergency services and civilians are waiting out the fallout in their bunkers. In the places the blast didn't hit, there is radiation. Only one radio tower remains on, however is barely functional. Krankriet government is using that tower to broadcast messages to remaining citizens.

All the nation is on nuclear radiation the survivorsa are under the capital city which is under mountain

The sun rises on an eery scene. Shattered buildings and piles of rubble scatter the landscape all across New Waldensia and all but three of its colonies.

Dazed survivors stagger in the dawn light, observing for the first time the catastrophic damage to their homeland.

Military installations are wiped out. Basic infrastructure is shattered.

Casualties are estimated to be in the millions, but with such a devastated state of affairs, the lack of basic necessities will likely result in the death of countless more.

We will rebuild, say the survivors, but the statement sounds empty. With what?

Only time will tell.
