Sure. It means "someone who doesn't blindly agree with me". Similar terms include Nazi, racist, and trumptard.

There is a lot of abuse of the word Fascist, but it is hardly unique (you had loads of conservatives calling Obama a socialist and comparing him to Lenin back between 08 - 16) and a lot of the time it is used, it's usually because the one accused has expressed some far-right opinion which would be right at home with fascists.

Most people confuse fascist with Nazism. Fascism is a awkward ideology but hardly as bad as people say it is. Fascism does not mean genocides since genocides have even been conducted by Communist nations. Italy was also a fascist nation and I don't hear about any genocides they committed. Nowadays, people simply just go with the wrong meaning and lable their political opponents to gain a dillutional moral high ground.

Mussolini emacted laws that significantly reduced the rights of Jews and deported about 8000 Italian jews to German concetration camps. He also wasn't much a fan of Slavs or Africans. The Slavs particularly had it bad, as Mussolini went full-in Holocaust against them, amd forming multiple concentration camps for Slavs, imprisoning and killing tems of thousands for the simple fact that they were slavic.

Italian Fascism was heavily leaning on an Italian ethnic identity. Ethno-nationalism is a hallmarck of many fascist states, as it provides a clear demarcation of whom belomgs to the national identity and who does not. And from there it is a short jaunt into "Genocide land."

Corporatist Austria however was thoroughly Fascist in ideology, and Jews would flee from Nazi Germany to Austria. Austrofascism itself was often strongly supported by many Jews who lived in the nation, and the state had no problem funding Jewish musicians, athletes, and artists.

Amd somr people called Nazis are pretty much Nazis. Richard Spencer, for instance, is certainly a Nazi given that he supports the creation of a white ethno-state devoid of nonwhite indiciduals, supports social programs to promote the strengthening of said ethnostate, and literally wants to reform the Roman Empire in North America for this reason. Most of his rhetoric is straight out of Nazi propaganda, and he basically desires lebenstraum for white people. Yet people deny he is a Nazi, even though he supports pretty much all of the basic Philosophy associated with thr movement.

Nazis do not necessarily need to rampage across the land to be Nazis, and them trying to ne coy about it isn't fooling anyone.

in the terminology i use, "nazis" are the nazi dictatorship, third reich, so on so forth. "neo-nazis" are their supporters, be they misguided, brainwashed or crazy.

It's an overused word when it comes to trying to smear someone politically, but the definition remains the same, even if some folks wanna just throw the word around.

This question need to start from definition of "fasсist". There's a lot of definition of that, becouse no one would stay a capitalist after understanding that fascist is just a dictatorship of the huge capital plus militarisation. Capital is allways growing, most of the countries in the world start to moving at that direction (becouse communists countries are bitten) not so many understand what is going on. So, the trouble not in calling fascist everyone - it is just a result of absence of definition of fashism in mass consciousness

Trump meets the definition of fascist, but he needs the support of congressional Republicans to govern, and most of them aren't fascists. The only congressional Republicans I can think of who are fascists are Ted Cruz and Steve King.

"Nazi", however, specifically refers to the antisemitic and German supremacist political movement created by Hitler, and doesn't really apply to other fascists.

The issue with this, is the idea of a 'White Ethno-State' or 'European Ethno-State' would be.... rather anti-Nazi. The Nazi's hated TONS of white people. Just ask the Jews, Slavs, Poles, Romani, the Spanish and any number of other people the Nazi's decided were deficient in some way.

That's the thing I really don't understand about this bizarre understanding of 'Nazism being for white people' No. No it's not. That's why Neo-Nazi's are idiots, Richard Spencer and his entire family would have been killed in the Holocaust if they had lived in Germany at the time. Because guess what? They're Eastern European in heritage.
