Ex Nihilo; Deity/God Roleplay ( In character)

Before the awakening , there was nothing. No light, No space, No time, and No form. Immense spiritual beings, The Gods, slumbered in the nothing. In that timeless state they remained for an eternity and and only an instant all at once. What woke The Gods is unknown to any among their own ranks.
Heralded by the birth of the first star, The Gods would soon meet to discuss the fate of this world.

The Untime Debate
In chapter one the firstborn gods, The Primus, plotted the material plane and created numerous things upon the surface of the new mortal world, including mortals. And from this chaos focused power of each god diminished leading to stability as days do pass. Now, three moons circle above the new world as bright eyed mortals view their first glimpse at the heavens.

Chapter 2
Following the first events of the dawn, reality is becoming more fixed and solidified. Mortals begin to proliferate from their earlier stock, and gods that know not of the world before creation, secundus , appear slowly.

Unique mechanics: In this era it costs significantly more to create anything from scratch, the general shape of the world may shift a bit but it's becoming more or less set. The mortals show the strange ability to extend the range of a God's power through extensive and sustained worship ( long periods of time and large numbers of participants), furthermore mortals seem to have some innate resistance to direct control by a God, while they can be influenced and extorted, they do seem to posses a free will. And, as the mortals begin to perish a strange new plain that abides very different rules than the material or untime planes begins to take shape.

-Creation of New things costs 4x more
-Use mortal worship to extend the range of your abilities
- the mysterious spirit plane begins to form, you will have to explore it to discover more.

1: The Dawn
Drawn to the only landmark in the vast expanses of rock and dust, The First Generation of Gods where not yet aware of the sheer impact this meeting would have on events to come. Now is the time the laws of reality will be written, and the schematics of the mortal realm drafted.

Oher wakes himself, by what means is unknown to even him. He sees the other gods sleeping, and he waits. And he waits. And he waits. He attempts to make something; he doesn’t even know what it is. It ceases to exist as soon as it is made, because there is neither time nor space to hold it. He waits for the other gods to awake.

Umbra's eyes open, three streams of murderous cyan some of the only lights in the non-existent universe. It looks around, seeing gods sleeping. Asleep? Ah, yes, it remembers now. There is nothing, there never has been anything, or has there? Nevermind that. Something must exist, or must it? Yes it must, if it exists it must it be destroy or be destroyed. Nothing exists, so nothing can be destroyed, therefore it's point is moot.

"AWAKEN!", it shouts to nothing in particular, "AWAKEN!"

The Nagy Farkas awakens, not knowing what’s going on. He knows his name and that he holds the form of a wolf, but that’s all he knows.
He looks around, seeing some other gods awaken, and some soon to awake. He does not speak to them, just stares at them with a blank expression that says ‘What’s going on?’
He sees the almost formless universe around him, and knows it must be shaped into something greater. He knows that the gods are the only beings that can do that, and so he says the only words he may ever say: “What will we make of this world?”

Oher floats near the Nagy Farkras, his form seeming to just stretch towards him and then turn into a ball again. “I do not know. What shall we make? Something that moves?”

The Nagy Farkas stares at him blankly, but then realizes - you can’t make anything without making a peace or time.
“Our universe must have a foundation,” he says. “We must have time and space before we can have something in that time or space.”

"It makes the assumption we are awake. If we were asleep why should we be so quick to assume we are awake now and not just still sleeping. Can we ever know if there is a reality greater than our own wills? and does it matter if we posses the ability of creation here and now.

" That's a very good idea, that way when we condense the dust we do not need to constantly be pushing it together ourselves. I propose that effects should follow causes. I also propose that we harden the border of this world so that energy may not seep out of it. it would mean new energy must be created from what is already within the world, but it would protect us from loosing it."

The Nagy Farkas grows silent, and just gives a blank stare at the other gods, with those dark eyes on its wolf head.
