The first Copa South Pacifica is here! Hosted in the South Pacific sport powerhouses of North Prarie, this association football competition will bring together nations from around TSP to compete for the ultimate prize-the Coalition Cup. Goals will be scored. Flares will be lit. Fans will roar. This is regional unity and pride coming together to compete.
What is this?
This is an association football tournament hosted in the nation of North Prarie, for the residents of the South Pacific (TSP).
How do I sign up?
Do it by simply saying:

Sometimes people make their signup all fancy and do clever things with it, but 'In" is simply the minimum.
How do I participate?
Once the signup limit is reached, I will post an 'Everything Thread." This thread is completely IC (in-context) and no discussion is allowed. In this thread, you can post a roster outlining the players for your team. Some optional things to include are logos, kits, supporter summaries, coaches, etc. But there is somethings that you HAVE to put in your roster. These things are a 'style modifier' and 'RP permissions.'
A style modifier is a modifier that is inputted into the software that is used to generate scores. It basically determines what your team's play style is. Style modifiers range from -5 (ultra defensive) to +5 (ultra offensive). If you have a -5 style mod, you won't get as many goals scored on you, but you will get less goals scored for your team. The opposite goes for +5. Your team is more likely to score goals, but so is the other team, as you have a weaker defense. Players who don't specify will get a 0 (neutral) style mod for their side.
The second thing to include are RP permissions. RP permissions basically specify what your opponent can do if they roleplay first (more on that down below). Just put this in your roster and select 'Yes' or 'No' for every item:

What is roleplaying?
Roleplaying is any non-discussionary post in the Everything Thread, besides your roster. Most RPs are match coverage, but you can create stories about a player, journalist, or even political situation for your RPs. If your opponent covers the match first, it is generally good etiquette to go along with the match facts that they provided, even though you can tell the story from a different angle. Ignore cannons, however, are frowned upon, unless your opponent violates your RP permissions (see above)
How will the scores be generated?
I will generate the scores with a software called xkoranate. xkoranate takes into account many different factors when generating scores, but ultimately is random. So don't blame me if your nation loses to that newb who never posted a roster or RP, because that's Margaret (the scorination god of NS Sports, who accepts sacrifices of rubber chickens for good results) 's fault, not mine.
