Overview

The International Contract Agency, otherwise known as ICA is a global conglomerate of professional assassins and covert ops agents. Here, we offer various services ranging from assassination to intelligence on a specific person to demolition and interrogation. We extend our services to major security and intelligence agencies across the world, and also whoever is willing to pay for the death of a specific criminal. From a tough selection process, we have accepted your application to work as an agent of ICA. Eliminate targets with efficiency and effectiveness, and our contractors will be pleased, simultaneously, you will receive your hearty pay. Permanent Targets

Location: Greenland ICA Training Facility

Overview: Welcome initiate, to ICA's top secret training facility. Your training mission originally took place in Delphinus Yacht Club in Tampa, Florida. The target was Jake Rolland, one of ICA's former clients, an unscrupulous and opportunistic business man who established an empire of construction businesses based on the exploitation of workers and anti-union activities. He was responsible for the death of several union representatives. Our client for this case, Jason Whitmore, the co-founder of the construction company requested for the removal of Rolland in aimed to protect the company's reputation. The Yacht Club was highly exclusive, and well-protected by guards as well as surveillance measures. There were no vantage points to the location of Rolland for a long-ranged assassination attempt. Ten years ago, one of our agents cleverly infiltrated the Delphinus Yacht Club and removed Rolland without a trace, now, you will attempt the same thing in our simulated testing ground. You will have access to all of the equipment's and weapons available. However, due to the training nature of this mission, we have replaced all the real weapons with completely non-lethal training equipment's, good luck, and above all else, please do not harm our actor too much.

Overview: Good afternoon agents, your destination New York city, the epicenter of American economic activities. Your target is Marcus Clark, also known as the "middleman". Clark is a freelance trading agent who introduces stockbrokers on Wall Street to other highly-ranked executives of major companies across the world, where they would share corporate secret for financial investment purposes. Through this illegal act of insiders trading, many of Clark's clients have managed to make profiting investments, earning millions upon millions through this unethical act. Our client, CEO of Bryce & Collins Investments has requested the removal of this middleman to fix the ongoing insiders trading problem on Wall Street. To do so, you must also remove Jessica Santos, Clark's personal secretary who holds the contact information and corporate secrets of major clients. Clark and Santos will prepare for a meeting with its major clients on the top floor of their 40-story corporate office building on Wall Street, which is usually well-protected by private security officers and other surveillance measures. Location: Macau, China
Overview: Good evening agents, your destination is opening ceremony of Emerald Dragon in Macau, one of the most luxurious casinos in the world. Your target is Liu Zong Liang, otherwise known as Colin Liu, the owner of the casino, and the leader of an underground criminal organization known for activities in multiple locations across the world. When a whistle blower exposed unethical practices of AMINES Pharmaceutical based on Los Angeles, he was found dead merely days after, shot by Liu's men in Los Angeles China town. Intel suggests that Liu is wanted for various other crimes such as assassination, torture and arson. Our clients, FBI and Chinese Ministry of State Security have placed a combined contract for the removal of Liu. Emerald Dragons is a highly luxurious and complex casino, constructed with several hidden tunnels, emergency exits and hidden rooms, however, on the grand ceremony Liu will make an appearance in the main casino room. For security reasons, Liu has hired top-notch assassins and mercenaries from our competitors, and will be well protected at all times. I will leave you all to prepare

Overview: Good evening agents, your destination is the Egyptian capital of Cairo. Your target is Abasi Nassar, and Syed Asfour. Nassar is wealthy Egyptian business man and a long-term sponsor to the terror groups. Intel suggests that Nassar transferred up to $40 million in the past decade to Al-Jawa, an infamous terror group based on Egypt, Libya and Sudan. This ultimately allowed Al-Jawa to purchase various highly advanced equipment's from black markets as operated by Syed Asfour. MI6 has requested for the removal of these terrorist supporters in aimed to prevent further instability in the region. Nassar and Asfour will be having a secret meeting in a local restaurant by the Nile known as Rashida Palace, where they will discuss the terms for a potential expansion of Asfour's illegal arms dealing business in a well-protected room located on the third floor of this large 3-story building. These people must be eliminated quickly before they exits the restaurant, I will leave you all to prepare.

Overview: Good morning agents, your destination is the Altstadt (old town) in Zurich, Switzerland. Your target is Janet Wilson, Hollywood actress and a master of imitation and deception. Wilson use to be one of the best agents who worked for Dalia Margolis and her enigmatic spy ring known as IAGO. When Margolis was killed by one of our agents during the Sanguine Show, IAGO disbanded, but Wilson decided to continue her work as a freelance agent. During the course, she collected secrets from multiple business elites across the world, she would then sell these secrets via online auctions. In fear of potential leakage of corporate secrets, our client has requested the removal of this freelance agent. Our intel suggests that Wilson will be shooting a movie in the Altstadt (old town region) of Zurich. The premises will be heavily protected by armed guards, and the premise will be surrounded by fans. Make it clean and mess free, I will leave you all to prepare

Elusive Targets

Time: 1 week (starting from June 9, 2018)
Location: Varadero, Cuba
Overview: Good morning agents, your destination is Jewel of The Sea, a 5-star vacation resort in Varadero, Cuba. Your target is Thomas Lambert, leader of a well-known anarchist group in France. When an anti-government riot broke out in 2014 in Paris which resulted in €2.5 million net losses for local businesses and French government, GDIS traced the source of riot to Lambert and his anarchist group, whom incited through various digital mediums a month before. Our client, General Directorate of Internal Security, has requested the removal of this infamous anarchist. Intel suggests that he will be staying at the Jewel of the Sea vacation resort in Cuba for a week, however, we have no further intel about his room number. Jewel of the Sea is one of the biggest 5-star resorts in Varadero, where thousands of guests will be present, thus, the assassination must be quick and traceless. Lambert has a very secretive schedule, thus, this is our only opportunity to remove him, clock is ticking, I will leave you all to prepare.

As for Covert Ops, maybe it is referring to how well you do at doing the job covertly? The lower it is, the higher the chance you got caught at?
