Thus, with the proclaimed engagement of His Majesty, Lawrence of House Solterra & Her Majesty, Mizuki of House Mogami. As both reigning as autocratic sovereigns of their respected nations. The two had held similarities in hardship & a common goals. In a few countless interactions that Lawrence & Mizuki had, the two decided to enter a period of courtship, as intervention to decide their affections toward each other. Without further ado, the couple had settled decision, and made enacted the proposal; With promise of unifying as one, through hardship & through prosperity.

I'm interested in this however my head of state has 18 years of age and well i'm still needs to work in my factbook of the royal family and i don't have an image for them including the princess that i will send and by the way is obligatory to put the URL of the head of state or not???

Well, I made a minor addition to the age guideline, some exceptions can be made. Although, a url is not obligatory to apply but is preferred to get backstory on the leader in question.

Governor-General Theo Bovens will not attend. The free state is a republic, after all. Only the ducal pair and their accompanying officers will travel to Soleanna.
