As International Bastard said earlier in the thread, there's pretty much no such thing as schizophrenia support groups, there are support groups for relatives of people with it, but none for the people with it themselves.
One of the major symptoms of many illnesses is extreme difficulty socializing. Schizophrenia is one such illness. Most are extremely reclusive.
Um, actually there are groups for those with schizophrenia. Google “Schizophrenics Anonymous”, “ schizophrenia and related disorders alliance of America”, “Schizophrenia national support organizations”
I just found about these support groups just by spending less than 10 minutes on Google.
