That would be two playoffs in a row where Darvin Ham and the Los Angeles Lakers team get swept by Denver. Not only that, but LA should be up 2-1 in the series if their fucking coach could actually adjust and not blow large leads later on in the game.

All season everyone has been calling for LeBron to retire, and as we just saw I think KD should be retiring or at least transition to being a secondary star because he is not leading a team anywhere.

Honestly the Lakers wouldn't be so bad if they got rid of AD. Every time I hear "AD is healthy we're gonna win!" I cringe almost as hard as I do when I see Kawhi and PG fans open their mouths. AD being as healthy as he was this season is the highest his trade value has been since winning the title, if LA can trade him they can open up actual free agency space or even trade for a star.
Now then, wake me when they hire Doc Rivers as coach.

To be fair, he's never really led a team anywhere anyway. Hot take, I know. Best he could do is take the Thunder to the Finals once with Westbrook and Harden. I'm aware he got two Finals MVP's with the Warriors, but he just joined a stacked team and reaped the benefits. I'd argue Steph and Klay led those teams and he was just a nice bonus addition. His back has always broken quickly if he has to be "the guy."

Apologies, my post must have been unclear. I fully agree that KD isn't THAT guy, he just does not have the intangible trait or personality or whatever to lead a team. He may have been the best player on the court for every team he played for but he was never the most important player in the same way that LeBron, Giannis, Steph, Jimmy, and arguably even guys like Harden (gag) and Dame. I can't really describe this feeling. I guess it's like he's the best employee on a shift, no one knows the system like he does, no one works harder, he's the most experienced person on the shift, and yet he just isn't qualified to be a manager or any other senior position.

Durant and Embiid are my two most overrated NBA players right now. One is a ring-chasing mercenary who ends up hurting any contender he joins, and the other is a dirty foul baiter who has to beg the media to get MVPs.

More than anything I want him to team up with LeBron just so I can see the shitshow of "Durant better than LeBron he score more and is not 40 / LeBron is literally dragging KD kicking and screaming to a playoff spot" all for the Lakers to go on a good run mid-season before ending up as at best a lucky 6th Seed or more likely a play in team.

Speaking of play-in, get rid of it Adam. The only time a play-in should exist is if there is a tie for 8th or somehow the 9th seed has an absurd amount of wins. Mostly just because I hate tiebreakers affecting rankings in the NBA and NHL, which is strange because I see them as a good thing in the NFL.
