Do you want to say the Corporal Punishment was removed by an issue that you don't think should remove it? If so, report it in the appropiate thread, and say which issue it was. (However, I have only two issue options recorded as removing the policy, both of which are fairly logical.)
Are you simply pointing out that you deliberately removed Corporal Punishment using an issue that should logically do so? We don't care. Maybe your friends on your region's RMB do, though even if so they're unlikely to be interested in a report with so little detail.
