This law is also known as "Anti-CS Law" which bans communism and Socialist books, art, and parties throughout the country. On that same day, the government announced that all of these Organizations must be disbanded, burn all items/things related to them, and arrest those who are suspected supporters of the these rebels working to topple the our government. Enemies of Krieg, hear me. You have come here to die. The Emperor is with us and we are invincible. His soldiers will strike you down. His war machines will crush you under their treads. His mighty guns will bring the very sky crashing down upon you. You cannot win. The Emperor has given us his greatest weapon to wield. So make yourselves ready to die!! At the front-steps of the illustrious Trans-Polytechnical-University the Socialist Technocratic Union of Blackgrue's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mister Theodore Bearington Esquire, responded to the news that Krieg had essentially declared war on all Socialist nations in the galaxy with the following statement to the assembled press of Blackgrue.

"There comes a time when a diplomat's duty becomes a grim one. A time when diplomacy will not and can not succeed in creating a more equitable solution than war. A time when the passions of people become hot enough to even burn through the cold dark depths of space. A nation, Krieg, that we have had no prior contact with before this point has recently sent a message declaring war on all Socialist and Communist space-faring powers. Our Union is a Socialist Technocracy and thus would fall under that blanket declaration of war. There are those who may say that we could explain the circumstances to these Kriegers. They would say that we could explain that without regulation the Spark, our greatest resource, would destroy our nation and regress us back to the dark ages of the Heterodyne era. But I stand here and say no. This nation has declared war upon hundreds, thousands perhaps of nations for their internal political and economic systems. They do not respect the sovereignty of any people, let alone ours. They view anyone not like themselves with contempt. This makes them a clear threat not only to our safety and stability, but to the safety and stability of the galaxy at large. Therefore I read the following statement made by High Chairwoman Arielle Saito, who given the circumstances has opted to go into her own private laboratory to aid efforts directly. Quote: 'The Socialist Technocratic Union of Blackgrue will stand with any nation that opposes the aggression of the Krieg menace. Science, reason, and rationality will defeat any foe. The 1st fleet has been ordered to move against the enemy. Admiral Lucius Regulus looked at his computer screen on the command bridge of the Battleship Romulas. The computers showed the position of all of his ships. The 1st fleet consists of 200 Battleships, 500 Cruisers, 50 troop Transports, 1,000 destroyers, Many Logistics vessels, 10 carriers, and 44, 800 fighter aircraft. Stationed around the fleet were fighters which were being used to recon the area. 20 legions of the Solar Auxilia are moving in the fleet in the transports. A total of 100,000 infantry are ready for planetary operations. 2,000 men are in each transport ship. Lord Commander Sulla commands the ground forces. The ground forces have a wide variety of tanks, transports, and artillery which will be used to fight our battles on the ground. The war against Kosernia City has begun!! "Ave Imperium"!!!!

And then seeming to skid to a halt it appears. Their skip-drives disengaging. The 1st Blackgrue Aetherfleet swiftly began to spread outwards from travel formation to a battle-formation. Splitting into carrier-groups. Each carrier group consisted of:

1 Maelstrom-class Dreadnaught-carrier.
1 Dragoon-class capital-ship hunter.
4 Dauntless Frigates
4 Saito light-cruisers
2 Combi-vessel Heavy-cruisers
2 Harmony heavy-cruisers
2 HuGInN battleships

and the 1st fleet contained 40 such carrier groups.

Two groups dove for the planet ready to land additional support-troops as the remaining 38 vented their FTL inhibitor fields and launched their microclank defence screens. The space around them crackling with probability-warping chaos fields and the tension is utterly palpable. Onboard the bridge of the flagship, the USNV Eternal Union the admiral in charge tapped his fingers impatiently on his armrest for a bit letting the Kreig fleet get a good hard look at what they were to face. To emphasise that last point, four dragoons fired their nuclear-cannon payloads as warning shots to the outside of the Krieg fleet. The projectile was nothing but solid shot... but the combination of a nuclear bomb acting as the propellant and the spacetime warping energies present in the barrel fired the four rounds at near to the speed of light, a speed that makes any impact unbelievably deadly, let alone one by a twenty-ton projectile.

He would not fire the first shot but those two carrier groups that had broken formation had already begun landing proceedures. Dropships began slowly pouring from them as well as six massive ground vehicles with retro-rockets strapped to them. Two were clearly tanks, albeit tanks the size of small villages, but the remaining four seemed to be massive factories on tank treads. All of these vehicles began the procedure to land on the planet, as the bulk of the fleet stared down at the Krieg fleet. It was their move to fire the first shot, the warnings had been given. Higgs slowly ran a thumb along a cog shaped button on a chain around his neck, muttering a short prayer that the machines protect him and his fleet.

After the message from Blackgrue is over, Fleet Admiral Anástânia Mûrivòstok sends a message to both of them but mainly directed towards the Fascists. "Lucius, you have an order from me. You either turn around and exit my sector or we will unleash hell upon your fleet. Our cannons are prepared and our cloaks are active so if you proceed into our territory you will be annihilated. I’m trying to make this message short as I have some business to do with my fleet Demor. Those are your choices, no exceptions, 1 or 2? And Higgs, I expect you to help hold them off with our fleet until backup arrives from Solis 97"

Suddenly, 15 Kosernian Cruiser Disablement Ships would start shooting at it From all angles. They manage to open up massive holes in the ship whilst killing and injuring many people, they shoot away from the cruiser

With the reported bombing of the city of Ragnarok on the Planet of Loki. The planetary Defense Force has been activated by special order 66. All military age males and militia members are called to there respective posts for the defense of the planet. Over 1 million soldiers are being called up for the fight and will defend the planet to the death if they have too. The Home Defense Fleet has been alerted to the planets distress signal and will chart a course to the planet. Gouverneur Cassius issued this statement to sate media "We will not let this planet fall too the Red's! Will we fight to death and hold our ground until reinforcements arrive". The situation on the ground is tense. As fighters are launched to counter the bombing raids of the enemy and to regain air superiority. The 614th Anti-Aircraft Battalion has set up it's guns on the roof tops of the cities buildings to help aid its comrades in the air.

The Teutonican Empire declares its neutrality in the conflict, but notes that it will not hesitate to choose a side.

The fighting had consumed the cityscape- as shrapnel, plasma, and EMP Cannons destroyed everything in their way. The 3rd Squadron began strafing ground targets to assist their comrades on the ground, only to be met with heavy Anti-Air resistance. The Tikbalang Stealth Bombers were called off, for the time being. Six had already faltered to enemy fire, and High COmmand was not willing to risk everything for a single objective.

The 11th Irregular had already set-up positions on the Northern side of Ragnarok. As the 5th Frontier Division fell back to their Corp, Irregular Battalions slaughtered enemy troops attempting to follow the retreating units. Florentino-Type Plasma MGs were set-up along with barricades, forming an artificial No Man's Land which encompassed the far Western Sector- providing a virtual killzone for the Pan-Asiatic Peacekeepers to mow down Fascist troopers with small arms fire.

In the planet's orbit, on the other hand, a large Spacecraft, the Sword of Damocles- began to materialize...

As the fleet approaches the planet they notice a large object on the scanners. They later see a massive spacecraft in the distance. 1st Officer Nants: Sir, we see a large object in the distance. It doesn't look friendly.

Admiral: Fire on it!!! Now!


While on the ground, the soldiers dig in, and they start making trenches and pillboxes.


The 1st Heavy Armored Division arrived with 330 Malcador Heavy Tanks ready for the order to charge the enemy.


While the 1st Grenadier Company moved to take positions. Small groups of 100 grenadiers were spead out along the line.


Then, over the the grenadiers heads, three fighters appeared. They flew and dropped several bombs. After a minute the fighters quickly turned around and headed back to friendly lines.


Artillery fired at the red positions.


The troops retreated behind the barrier walls. One trooper wasn't fast enough and had his legs blown off at the knees. He fell screaming in pain. A fellow soldier helped him and shot him in the head.


The lead grenadier yelled. "Only the strong can survive the battle!" While this group ran back to cover. The order was given to charge and the grenadiers and heavy tanks charged toward the enemy.

The 14th Heavy Tank Company moved into its positions and are ready for an assault to commence on the Northern Front. Commander Ziner looked over at the enemy positions. "You better pray to the Emperor, it's gonna be bloody".


A squadron of Death Riders came back from a scouting mission and reported that the enemy has prepared heavy defences with razor wire and Pillboxes. It looks like a kill zone.


Troops started to be massed in perpetration for a large assault. Officers were then issued orders which were relayed to there respective companies.

Each ship launches all fighters and a jump portal is opened as the heavily damaged cruiser is tethered to a beacon before being pushed in. The fleet consisting of 30 cruisers (of each variant), 22 battleships, 12 carriers, 10 titans, and the Fortress Dreadnought move forward to execute command 13-B/24 A immediate execution of all hostile and communist entities within the system.
