You are hereby invited to pass into the Lethen Empire's borders to attend a gala hosted by His Majesty, Luka IV, in the City of Alterz.. The event will possess a variety of entertainment services, a wide array of foods and drinks, and a chance to fraternize with other foreign leaders who attend.
After a rather lengthy letter of invitation grinding away at loopholes and throwing around formalities and making things specific, your leader would find themselves invited to, well, pass through the usually air-tight borders of the Lethen Empire to attend a gala hosted at one of Kaizer Luka's country clubs in Aldeny. As YL passed into the borders of the Lethen Empire, arriving in the airport or seaport that they came in the sheer levels of border security were staggering. The border security stared at them with a xenophobic glare, but remained silent and polite. They checked their invitation, made sure all the stamps and whatnot were authentic, and then sent it in for a scan. A few minutes later, a temporary pass was printed out for your leader. The border guard handed it to them, but stared. Their face was sometimes hard to distinguish between disgust, hatred, or...mere curiosity? Evidently, the friendlier border guards looked a bit different. They were probably Aldens. When they passed into Letheny, they were assigned an escort, all of native or Alden descent.
The airport was beautiful. It was massive, and even had a little mall in it like most international airports. But all of the stores were of Lethen brands, so it felt like buying store-brand almost. As your leader exited the airport, their escorts lead them to a limousine. The feel of the Empire was ominous, as the totalitarianism of the nation was almost visible everywhere. There were security cameras, militarized policemen, and signs everywhere. But there was also a homely feel to the lands, as Alden architecture was rather traditional.
They passed into the countryside and arrived at the country club. There was a lot more security to pass through to make sure nothing dangerous or illegal like weapons were brought in. But after FINALLY passing through said security, they entered the ballroom within the club, and saw tables covered in food and drinks and several stages set up. A few civilian looking fellows entered backstage, and they were dressed well enough that it was obvious they were probably entertainers. The Imperial Family with their Romanian cousin branch included was sitting on fancy chairs placed around the stage in a group and conversing.
