I'm sorry I didn't get to respond to some of the criticism here; since I presume that this debate will be rehashed in the future, I'll try to respond in dispatch form.

Though my resolution takes a method similar to RFRA, it clarifies that the protections apply only to "religious practice", as opposed to "religious freedom" at-large (more on that later :P). Thus, since contraception distribution is not a religious practice, member nations are not required under this resolution to side with Hobby Lobby in such a hypothetical case.
