How to Join the Culture and Development Department:

1. You must be a resident of one of the AIR Member Regions.
2. You must have an account in Discord. We do most of our work there.
3. You will have to register in our Linkoffsite forums.
4. You must have at least one of these skills- Picture Making/Editing, Event Planning, Journalism and Role Playing, Region-Building, Etc.
   That's it if you have met all the four requirements then you are eligible to become a member of our culture department. Dear Members of AIR,
As you all know that SWORD and The ITDA HQ have merged and formed the AIR or (Alliance of Interdependent Regions). Our new organization has a military wing named the AIR Force. We are currently building our military structure and we need your help. To establish unity between the member regions of our organization. We are organizing our first cultural event named "AIR Force Badge Contest". Here is how to participate in this contest-

• You have to create badges based on the military ranks of AIR Force
  

  Rank Order	Rank Name
  5	Recruit
  4	Pilot
  3	Ace
  2	Sergeant Commander
  1	Commander

• All Badges must contain this insignia.
  
• You can use any symbol to represent the military ranks. Symbols must be based on the Air Force theme.
• You don't need to create the full set of badges to submit. But submitting the full set of badges is recommended.
• You can submit your entries to Miravana through telegram or our discord server.
• 7th April 2018 is the deadline for submitting your entries.
• Winners will be chosen by our AIR Marshal Miravana.
• Any resident of AIR Regions can participate in this contest.

Not seeing anything to indicate a glitch. The timestamp for the change to the title to gibberish is 'Mon Mar 26, 2018 11:58 pm' server time, followed by the title being fixed 'Tue Mar 27, 2018 12:46 am' server time. Looked to me like maybe an unoccupied computer or keyboard cat type of thing.

EDIT TO ADD: Without divulging any identifying info however, the two edits appear to have come from two different users. <insert standard mod complaining about shared accounts here>.

For a few weeks now, the Rhinian community has been in a collateral cooperation and diplomatic talk with the representative teams of AIR. After the unusual and understanding Rhinian dillema on joining either the Raider Community after having lost their Home Region of Westphalia. Latrovia, the Vice President of the Enadian Union (Enadia), convinced the government and the Rhinian public opinion on rejecting a foreign raider influence.

A few days after Rhinians voted massively against becoming Raiders and a new poll followed up were once again they massively voted to join the AIR organization.

Hard to provide evidence when there there's precious little evidence of SWORD/AIR providing any substantial support during the occupation

If the number of active operatives is confidential, then it's pointless to tell someone to do research. Besides, not telling Derps how many updaters you have doesn't prove them wrong.

Defenders had their own reasons to oppose that resolution. Liberate Westphalia was proposed three times after that and was advertised via stamps and api. Did that got passed ?
And you are no one to judge the value of our organization. Rhinia successor of the region that got raided knows the value of our organization and is rejoining us. The liberation proposal was proposed by SWORD and I guess this is the AIR thread. Isn't it?

Well I can tell you that unlike SWORD, AIR actually has a military, and it isn't small. Recently we have been the second most active defender organization during joint operations, behind only TGW. I am confident in our ability to protect each region that puts themselves in our organization.
