The Teutonican Empire is a interstellar monarchy in the Milky Way. Formed by the sword in Lune's conquest and total domination of the Teutonican homeworld, Teutonia, it quickly grew powerful and directed her neighbors towards a more peaceful and civilized path. The monarchy is hereditary. Her Imperial Majesty, Lune de Silurie III of the Teutonican Empire, seeks the hand of a foreign gentlemen of royal or noble birth in marriage. The Empire requires an heir to the throne to continue her autocratic monarchy, and Her Imperial Majesty does not wish to have any of her incompetent family members on the throne. Therefore, Her Imperial Majesty is open to galactic offers of marriage. Though Teutonicans are generally incapable of reproducing naturally with other species, the technology exists to make a children of both Lune and this suitor's DNA possible.

Lune's standards are, other than the obvious requirement of noble or royal blood, that this suitor must be a man of at least age 21. He must rule or be from a rather large interstellar domain, and this domain may not be technologically backwards. Lune is willing to marry into any form of monarchy, including monarchies both limited, parliamentary, or absolute. However, she does favor absolute monarchies. This suitor must have publicly known political beliefs, because Lune will favor those that she has more in common with, obviously. Furthermore, Lune is not willing to share power, but does not expect power in her suitor's nation either. She expects her husband to be faithful and monogamous.

Information on Nation:The Mind Empire of Hame, in Concordance with the Queen’s Alliance, the Imperator of San, and the Allied Ombroj Tribes, or colloquially known as the Mind Empire is an interstellar commonwealth located in the beta quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy. Founded in 3450 IR out of the much older Imperium Latinum which existed on Hame(the Homeworld of the Hamans), this star state currently exists as a semi-theocratic entity with much of the governmental authority radiating from the psychic priesthood. Commanding the billions of inhabitants is the Imperial Sage Council, which holds supreme executive and judicial authority over the Empire by the blessings and guidance of Balazar the Blessed himself. Their innumerable subjects are represented to them in the Imperial Congress while special interests are lobbied for in the various chambers that convene as the Imperial Estates. The Dominions and Colonies are ruled over by various Feudal Governors with the assistance of World Controller AIs and advisors from the priesthood and the Imperial Ministry. It is a multispecies Empire, with the Hamans (transhumans), Nebulans (insectoids), and Mallumans (reptilians) being the most dominant partners. The Ombroj(like anteaters) and Yorms(centipedes) are a xeno-ethnic minority and a protected sentient species respectively.

A Haman scion of the House of Vulcon, the Imperial house descended from the founding Emperor Sage Balazar the Blessed. This house has dominated membership of the Sage Council and the Admiralty for the duration of the Empire's history. Kalian is the second son of Yalu Kaidos Vulcon, a senior Imperial Minister and a patrilineal descendant of the House of Vulcon, giving them the right to use the honorific Jamon.

Kalian himself is more inclined to the psychic arts, and attained the rank of Adept at the age of 26, he is currently 72 years of age (equivalent to early 30s in modern Haman lifecycles). He currently serves the Priesthood as a Temple Counselor in the capital city on Hame. He was approached by his cousins on the Sage Council and in the College of High Clerics with the opportunity to secure a matrimonial alliance and being unmarried himself, agreed.

Hamans, though somewhat distant due to accelerated evolutionary development, are genetically compatible with baseline Human forms and other Human derived species. The fruitful production of heirs should be a guarantee.
