The Council of Airport Authorities (CAA) is a non-profit organization based in Bolden, Jeltronia which was established to promote the collective interests of the world’s airports and the communities they serve. The growing complexities of external factors on airport operation created a need for a formal relationship with governments, airlines, manufacturers and other concerned parties. With more and more people resorting to the aviation industry for their travel, new security challenges and a recurring challenge of improving service and capacities of airports, His Majesty, King Jotham II of Jeltronia proposed the establishment of a professional organization which will help gather airport authorities and unite them to address common objectives. The CAA was then born with the signing of the instrument of incorporation on 5 March 2018.
The CAA speaks on behalf of its members in policy formulation and helps increase cooperation among all segments of the aviation industry and their stakeholders including coordinating with governments and international organizations. The CAA promotes professional excellence in airport management and operations by sponsoring seminars, training and inter-agency exchanges.
