Yes.
Although Blue Key used to have an issue with several citizens not living in BK at all, a modest Tax increase solved the problem.

Yes, dual citizenship is permitted under Ammarosi nationality law, and the rights of dual citizens and their ability to stand for public office are not restricted as they are full Ammarosi citizens, regardless of other nationalities they hold.

Provided one is Belkan, Eurasian, Atlaean, Taenic or Polish, certainly. As citizenship of the Greater Imperial Realms is granted automatically to other Imperial peoples, the aforementioned. Outside of this, it is a case-by-case basis, and while it does happen and is legal it is rare for one to be both Imperial and something outside of the GIR such as Californian.

We allow dual citizens, however, the citizens in question can only be from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Belarus, and Russia. There are rare occasions that citizens from other countries may get exceptions to this rule, but they don’t happen often unless the person did something extraordinary for our nation- ie large donations, spying for our nation, helping out a citizen of our nation and the Bjorkan citizen petitions to govt for the foreigner to gain citizenship.

Dual citizens from other countries are not allowed to run for confederational offices (ie president, senators, judges), but can run for parish offices and local positions, like governors and mayors, etc.

If someone has citizenship to a country that Nescala currently embargoes, has condemned for many crimes against humanity or which is at war with them, then they are allowed into the country, but they are required to forgo their old citizenship to become a citizen of Nescala. Most other countries can have citizens become dual citizens with Nescala, with the exception of countries which Nescala has not yet condemned but likely will.

No. People are either northeasteners or foreigners, and we don't accept foreigners, therefore a northeastener that gain citizenship in another country will be treated by the confederation as a foreign national of the respective place.

Due to the nature of the Mukuro Clan, it is necessary to recognize and allow for dual citizenship, even and especially in foreign countries that do not allow dual citizenship. However, to the Mukuro Clan, there is a different term for these citizens: spies. Because most nations the Mukuro Clan interacts with are of a hostile nature, and because of the espionage on the part of the Mukuro Clan as a natural consequence of the hostility of other nations, it is necessary for citizens of the Mukuro Clan who plan on interacting with other nations to conceal their ties with the Mukuro Clan.
The Mukuro Clan is not representative of my, nor anyone else's views.

We allow dual citizenship. Theoretically, we allow our citizens to maintain citizenship in more than two countries, but this is rare since most other nations don't allow it.

Officially, no.

The Democratic Republic of Zaheshahr does not recognize dual citizenship. If a Zaheshahri has dual citizenship, they are required to renounce one of their citizenships at the age of 18. Zahreshahri dual-citizens who wish to renounce their Zahreshahri citizenship will be treated like a foreigner and as such will be removed from the counry within a month of the citizenship's renouncement.

If one wishes to renounce Zaheshahri citizenship but be allowed to remain in the country/stay in the country for more than three weeks (e.g to stay with family for a period of time), they can apply for the 'Incorporated Foreign Residency' status.
