Welcome to our new Official Embassy Program, currently operated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Their Excellencies. Before we get to the vision, and mission of this diplomatic programme, let us kindly summarize our nation, Okstovskaya.
Okstovskaya; formally called the Republic of the Serene and Free Socialist Okstovskaya, is one of the, if not oldest Marxist (socialist) nations in the world, founded in August 31st, 1848; 6 months after the publishing of the Communist Manifesto by German Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels themselves. With many luscious taiga forests, splendid blue reefs, mystic glowing caves, and many more outstanding natural landmarks to discover and visit, the nation has one of the most unique biodiversities there is inside the Communist Bloc, and the world.
The economic capital, Gvorston, is a self-sustainable and smart eo-friendly city, being the first ever technologically advanced cities in Okstovskaya and in The Communist Bloc, starting from the first milestone to achieving this marvel in 1949. Walker, has been interested in opening the country to the world for a fundamentally important goal; to establish diplomacy in all the corners of the world, and uniting humankind in a peaceful path. She has given us a chance to establish 'a new era of world peace'. In honor of Their Excellencies, I, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, benevolently re-inaugurate the new Embassy Program for all nations and continents alike. This is for that the whole nation and people of Okstovskaya hopes for a better future, where the evil was a thing of the past. This will lead us to better communication, better understanding, betyer unity, and most importantly a better future. Before applying, all diplomatic missions that will commence inside the territories of RSFSO must comply/acknowledge all the following rules and regulations below:
If any of the above rules are not obeyed/broken without permission or notice to the local and national government, your deployed diplomats representing to Okstovskaya will be expelled from their positions, and be stripped away special diplomatic rights and/or protection.
