National Socialist Conference of Thuzbekistan
Welcome to the 54th annual Socialist Conference of Thuzbekistan! Since 1964, this conference has been the host of many heated debates and the think tank behind massive reforms in the 60s, 70s, and 80s which brought about a stable and secure economic environment and continues to make adjustments to the system that every Thuzbek relies on everyday. The Conference is held in the Ashluvian Palace built by the first Chairman of the Old Republic. Throughout its history, the conference has been home to many leftist ideas, theories, and arguments. The point this conference has always been to unify Socialist theory in Thuzbekistan.
This year, Prime Minister Alaattin has seen fit to invite parties from other nations to come and discuss the state of international socialism, share experiences and ideas, and teach new strategies for winning the workers of their home nations. More importantly, The Prime Minister has seen fit to invite several socialist nations to discuss the same topics, but also to discuss the formation of an international Socialist Front which seeks to peacefully support and spread the revolution not with their militaries, but by supporting organic movements of workers throughout the Isles. Another topic the Prime Minister has hoped to discuss is the state of Nuclear Disarmament movements, Atnaian rearmament, and how to best approach international institutions such as the League.
OOC RULES/APPLICATION
This will be a serious diplomatic RP. Socialist Nations are invited to attend as their nation. All others may send a representative from a party to partake in discussions.
Length: The conference (which will start next weekend) will take a few weeks and will have three threads attached ICly: A thread where the governments are talking, a thread for the parties' forum, and an off time thread where representatives can discuss things in private, go to plays, or go around and give their impressions of Thuzbek life in Ashluv.
