Effects: Restores 5% of health to all allies & self, further heals 1% of health to all allies & self for ten more actions (OOC: Could either be posts or actions in posts; either works), & greatly reduces chance of being affected by mind-related debuffs

Extra Comments or Variables: One of Mac's abilities, although he rarely uses it.

Name: 11 O'Clock Number
Category: Destruction
Effects: Temporarily converts all of an opponent's neutral elemental resistances into weaknesses, resistances into neutrals, & weaknesses into severities (being hit with a element that is a severity temporarily reduces all stats)

Extra Comments or Variables: One of Mac's abilities.

Name: Patter Song
Category: Destruction
Effects: Strikes an enemy as many times as the amount of words one gets right to a patter song that spontaneously starts playing. Each strike/spoken word temporarily stuns the enemy just long enough for the next note to also ideally stun the enemy,

Effects: Summons a large number of notes that, when touched, heal allies or oneself & damage enemies

Effects: Based on the current song playing, has a relevant effect.
Magika Cost: Varies

Extra Comments or Variables: Paired with "Thank You for the Music" & is cast automatically after it. One of Mac's abilities.

Name: Tireless Beat
Category: Illusion
Effects: Forces all actions from anyone nearby to match the beat of the current song.
Magika Cost: Varies (increases with song's tempo)

Extra Comments or Variables: "Thank You for the Music" must be cast before this one. One of Mac's abilities.

Name: Opening Number
Category: Destruction
Effects: Inflicts a status ailment related to the caster (e.g. someone suffering from a disease inflicts poison, someone with a physical disability inflicts weakness)
Magika Cost: MM

Extra Comments or Variables: Cast automatically at the start of a confrontation. One of Mac's abilities.

Name: Pièce de Résistance
Category: Destruction/Restoration
Effects: Either heals an enormous amount of health or deals a massive amount of damage
Magika Cost: HH

Extra Comments or Variables: If the caster's health is above half, it damages; if the caster's health is below half, it heals. One of Mac's abilities.

Name: Ross
Category: Illusion, Creation, Destruction
Effects: Quickly or gradually converts an object into another similar-looking object
Magika Cost: Varies based on what you're converting

Extra Comments or Variables: For example, you can convert white-painted walls into melting silver. The spell is based on surrealist paintings where one object slowly becomes another, such as a bunch of clouds becoming a ship. Ross's main ability, it's also one of his only abilities.


As can clearly be seen, most of Mac's abilities are based on music.

Name: Shakers' Curse
Category: Necromancy

Effects: This is a very deadly curse. Once inflicted by this curse, nothing happens at first. But, as time goes on, the body begins to shake strangely. It first starts with minor tremors in the fingers and toes, difficulty gripping onto things. Then it becomes severe, and begins to spread to the hands and feet. By this point, it is difficult to walk in a straight line without losing balance, or to have any hand-eye coordination. Soon, the tremors spread to the arms and legs, particularly inflicting the elbows, knees, and shoulders. Eventually, your whole body begins to be inflicted with horrible tremors, making it impossible to walk without support, to grasp anything without dropping it, to speak clearly. Even the eyes are afflicted, darting around in their sockets. Eventually, these tremors become uncontrollable spasms, which become fits. You now are unable to walk and can barely sit, speak only gibberish for your tongue won't stop moving, can only see blurred images for your eyes won't stop moving, can barely guide your hands to touch something. You're doomed.

Extra Comments or Variables:

One day after curse: Minor tremors in fingers/toes
One week: Hands and feet become afflicted
Two to three weeks: Limbs are afflicted
One month: Rest of the body, especially neck and spine, are afflicted
Six weeks: Sensory organs begin to rattle, affecting senses, particularly sight
Two months: Spasms begin to occur
Three months: Fits begin to occur
Six months: Very limited movement and sensory input, final stage

Apologies for double posting, but here's a few more.

Name: Auditorox
Category: Divination
Effects: Allows user to hear what is going on in other locations. To use this ability, the user must know where they want to hear, and must have at least a faint picture of it in their heads. Once used, they may hear, with full clarity what is occurring what is happening in that area. The user can hold this power for up to a minute, but it can be recast.
Magika Cost: HS

Extra Comments or Variables: After thirty seconds, quality starts to degrade slightly, becoming slightly quieter and a little fuzzier. By 45 seconds, there is a noticeable quality decrease, as certain words/syllables begin to disappear and volume begins to fluctuate slightly. By 55 seconds, five seconds before all hearing is lost, it's extremely quiet and very hard to pick out words between each other. However, the spell can be recast with the same variables as demonstrated.


Name: Vortex
Category: Destruction
Effects: The user can create a powerful, destructive vortex able to be held in the hands of the user. The vortex with medium to high amounts of force and velocity, can suck in objects and immediately destroy them. This is useful for destroying small objects/pieces of information/wands. But, it cannot suck in a person, only remove appendages from them or leave them with large wounds.

Magika Cost: H

Extra Comments or Variables: The vortex is very unstable and can injure the user as well. Good magical proficiency is recommended to safely use this spell.
