Just right below a line of text on the region page that says how many nations it has click on tired of life in the [your region] and it will allow u to create a regionn

The guide gives advice on setting up and building the region as well, rather than "found a region by clicking this button, good luck on actually succeeding"

I don't have experience in building regions but the NS guides are generally too much reading sometimes the hyperlinks leading to another chapter don't even work

It's more understanding if you just read by the instructions. There is no need to blurt out that it is too long and complicated, because it's mostly important for those who really want to build up their region.
