He announced a Great Council, and basically made plans for it at the start of the RP (done off scene) I had Baelon write a letter to Baelish to use Harrenhal as a host. However, our Baelish player has been away for some time and I'm just going to answer for Baelish. Once Baelon arrives at Harrenhal (stopping at Rosby first, to make sure his nephews don't do anything stupid) he'll send out ravens for all the major lords to come and cast their votes. Along with all claimants to announce their claims and present their cases.

Post will be up to today, sorry for the delay. Work and school have been a pain, as I expect for everyone else as well.

It's no problem, I was extremely busy over the weekend with work-related matters.

I didn’t mention any wordings that Cyrus did. They’re just sending another raven to let Lannister know that they are continuing with the inn plan.

Optional take on the 7K scenario:
- set just before the Stormking or Hoare invasion of the Riverlands
- PC Houses limited to iron Isles, Riverlands, stormlands
- this gives us a military conflict right off the bat and ensures that PC houses are in a localised position so that they have permanent interaction
- if RP slows down then AI invasions/events can fire to lead us off into a new direction

I see the wisdom, but I really have no interest in a game that's limited to those regions.

The people who did the Seven Kingdoms mod for total war attila are making a total conversion mod for Game of thrones that will be set in the riverlands during the WotFK
