As per federal law, all applications can be denied for any reason, or no reason at all, if we see fit. Also per federal law, only one application can be submitted per submission. We may also close for up to two weeks time with or without notice, for any reason, or no reason at all. By submitting an application, you agree to these restrictions and our terms of service.

The Department for International Commerce has recently received a few telegrams, asking which businesses are allowed and which are disallowed. We have compiled a short, handy list for businesses wishing to apply.

Businesses that are not permitted:

• Bars, taverns, or other nations that sell alcohol. If alcohol is an optional service, your application will be accepted on the understanding you do not sell alcohol within Toin.
• Businesses associated with terrorist or criminal organizations, or gangs.
• Any business or organization that imports recreational or medical marijuana.
• Any organizations that make fun of, otherwise known as mocking, developmental, mental, or physical disabilities, any sickness or illness, or any disease.
• Any business that fails to sell functioning products. All products must be 100% functioning at the time of purchase or shipping.

Businesses that are permitted:

• Businesses associated with charities.
• Non-profit organizations (also known as Not for Profit organizations), humanitarian organizations, food aid organizations, and other charities.
• Telecommunications providers (rural townships may reject service plans altogether).
• All other businesses not otherwise mentioned in the "Businesses that are not permitted" section.

The Toinan National, in a recent article, reported that many riots were occurring. This also includes much backlash and chaos, effectively bringing our economy to a halt. As a result, we are in dire need of an economic jump, and actively encourage all businesses to apply.
