Got contradictory issues simultaneously

I had an issue which allowed me to ban cars. I subsequently had an issue regarding unpaid parking tickets. Does the algorithm not catch these?

Parking does not necessarily mean cars.

The issues in your queue can’t change once they are there. So this is possible. It’s a fault in the algorithm, but I don’t know if it would really possible to change that...

Think about all the possible contradictions in 5 separate issues, including who knows what crazy options. Only after you make a choice can we make sure future issues don’t contradict.

Edit: Struck out portion 'removed' with this edit. You did link to another forum (not sure why I felt it was the same one?), but got issues is the correct place for incorrect issue effects.
