2225AD....When the Stars Fell (OOC Open to ALL)

2025 AD
Imperialtha wrote:As the infection spreads throughout the world, the amount of people dying to the Yellow Dust Virus seems to have drastically decreased, and over the past month the number of deaths from YDV have dropped to only 15% of infected patents and the number does not seem to have any indication of stopping.

The virus has taken on a form, or in a better form a new strain of virus has taken over, as the Yellow Dust Virus' original strain had all but killed itself off in the process of infection, as death rates became higher than infection rates; the inflamation of brain tissue and subsequent high internal pH levels is rumored to have been the downfall of version one of the virus. The new virus, a sister virus, seems benign in nature, and the symptoms once seen in the YDV during it's initial phases are all but gone now, accept for the aforementioned black splotches which seem to be nothing more than a cluster of dead tissue cells that manifest on the chest and armpits. The number of asymptomatic patents exceed over 3.9 billion of the general population on the planet. With this in mind, many of the asymptomatic patents have now risen up against the government who have been out for their slaughter and systematic destruction r, as the asymptomatic peoples are now dominant in the world.

Is this the work of the virus? Or is this a true rebellion?
Could this global revolution bring way to a new world order? Or will it be crushed by the boots of surviving countries?
Only time will tell...

See You Around Space Cowboy.

2025 was the year the end began. Following the devastation of North America by the Yellowstone supervolcano that triggered volcanic eruptions and massive earthquakes all over the world, the virulent sickness known as the Yellow Dust Virus spread across the world, killing billions and toppling nations. By the time the virus mutated and became asymptomatic, only two functioning governments remained in the world: the Imperial Federation of Hespero-Belkia, the leader of Europe which survived due to its proactive response to the crises, and the technologically advanced island nation of Tarazed, which survived due to its isolation. A major topic of debate between the two surviving governments was the fate of the 3.9 billion asymptomatic people. Hespero-Belkia sought to protect the rights of the “Dusters,” seeing them as equally human and declaring that there had been enough death, while Tarazed considered the “Infected” to be dangerous mutants who needed to be purged to ensure the survival of true humanity. The world was on the brink of a new war, as Tarazed launched a campaign of extermination across East Asia with orbital weapons and Hespero-Belkia began assembling a coalition of allies from the world’s remaining governments and militaries. But by the time both sides were ready for battle, a new enemy emerged… from beneath the ashes-covered wastes of western North America, an army of robots assembled by MODI-01, former AI overlord of the fallen Eldenian Imperium, marched forth on a mission of world conquest. Belkia and Tarazed were forced to put aside their differences, and the “Duster Question,” to ensure the survival of all of humanity.

The Machine War further devastated Earth, killing hundreds of millions and leveling even more of the remnants of civilization. By 2030, Belkian and Tarazedian leaders realized that there was no way to defeat MODI without rendering Earth completely uninhabitable. Not willing to submit to MODI’s rule, a radical solution was proposed: to move as many humans off of Earth as possible and start anew on another planet. Tarazedian scientists, due to their advanced space program, had already identified several potentially habitable worlds relatively close to the Solar System. The problem, of course, was how to get there. But there was a solution to that too. Beneath their primary R&D center, Site 31, Tarazed had uncovered a piece of alien technology which they dubbed a “Stargate” and had been reverse-engineering it for decades. They were close to a breakthrough that would allow for faster-than-light space travel. Tarazed pointed Belkia towards another Stargate located in Egypt, and assisted them in their research. The first prototype ships were ready by the late 2030s, and scouts arrived at the planets to be colonized. The evacuation formally began in 2032, with Tarazed moving its people to the world of Tarazedia Prime instantly, and Belkia, slowly, evacuating its people and as many from its neighbors as possible to the world of Ashimar. By 2060, the evacuation was complete and teams of brave volunteers who stayed behind destroyed the Stargates and all research data to prevent MODI from acquiring the means to leave the Solar System. But as Belkia and Tarazed began anew among the stars, nearly two billion surviving humans remained on Earth, slaves of MODI and its machine armies. Under MODI’s guidance, a new society was forged. The majority of humans lived as laborers known as Servants, who were overseen by the Managers while Executives, human collaborators descended from those who willingly submitted to the machines and were rewarded with cybernetic augmentation and enhancement, control vast swaths of land. MODI aimed to rebuild Earth and ensure its reign was eternal. Yet the Belkians and Tarazedians were smart and destroyed all their satellites in orbit trapping MODI in a prison of debris orbiting the earth. Even if MODI were to break orbit it wouldn't be able to find them because it wouldn't know where they went

2225 AD
The Tarazedian Imperium and the Belkian Solar Federation had lived in an uneasy peace for centuries. While the BSF had fully integrated Dusters into its society, Tarazed still considered them mutants that needed to be purged, and maintained a population of entirely pure humans. The people had all but forgotten about MODI as they adapted to their new planets, met aliens, and colonized solar systems. Yet, on the Martian moon Phobos a joint military base between the two was built in the 2100s as a symbol of peace. Most saw the base as the end of their careers. Soldiers mostly lounged around waiting to leave, yet on February 3rd, 2225 the dullness was broken. Alarms sounded and personnel scrambled to their posts as unknown ships were detected landing on Mars...

Rules
No Godmodding
No Metagaming
Unclaimed solar systems can be claimed but they take awhile before they will produce resources such as minerals or populations. During that time they can still be claimed by a new player if such an event occurs the two or more players involved will have to RP out who gets what.
Players that leave, by any means, will have their “imperium, Federation, or whatever” fall into rebellion for a while.
Wars
- Travel times and logistics must be taken into account - it can take weeks or months for a fleet to travel across the space or for an army to march across a planet.
- Wars will be overseen by mods - outcomes of battles will be decided by mods if the involved players can’t come to a consensus.
- Don’t ragequit the RP because you lost or are losing - stay in the game and try to make a comeback! Players who ragequit won’t be allowed to rejoin for 1 month.
Tech:
Please post tech you want to add in the OOC so it can be approved. For the most part you just need to be able to explain how it works in a basic sense.
Mods
- Respect the rulings of mods
- Mods are Hespero-Belkia, Nieblham, Tarazed, Equalsun
- Tarazed’s rulings are final

“MAP”
This map has a "radius" of 130 LYs
You are free to rename the solar systems but please mark where they are on your app.
Try to keep the solar systems you claim to close together, that’d prolly be easier on domestic trade and protecting them.
You are free to draw/design what your home/colonized solar systems look like (in terms of distance from Sun, arrangement, etc)
Our solar system named “Sol” by MODI is not initially claimable but can be IC
There can be multiple Players in the same Solar system.
Players with overlapping claims must work together to determine what that system looks like with preference going to the player who claims it as a home solar system, if there are any.

Spacefaring Civ App:
Nation State name: Hespero-Belkia
Species: Human (Standard and Duster)
Races/Ethnicities: Primarily Belkian and Hesperusian along with small groups from most Old Earth nations
Home Solar System(s) (max 2): Altair, Rasalhague
Colonized Solar systems (Max 4) (little civilization mostly automated resource farms and military outposts): Gliese 1214, Fomalhaut, Gliese 876, Gliese 849
Details on Nation: The Belkian Solar Federation was established in 2039, once the majority of the Imperial Federation of Hespero-Belkia's government had been relocated from Earth to the planet Ashimar. Like its Earth predecessor, the Solar Federation is a constitutional monarchy, currently ruled by Empress Valeria II. It is a diverse and multicultural society made up of not just Belkians and Hesperusians but many people hailing from other Old Earth nations as well, mostly nations in the LEN sphere of influence such as Yottabota, Ithra, and Scotatrova. Unlike Tarazed, the human population of the Solar Federation is made up of both standard humans and Dusters, who have been fully integrated into Belkian society.
Population: 2.1 billion
Planets in your nation (please specify your "throneworld" or capital planet): The throneworld of the Solar Federation is Ashimar, located in the Altair system and named for a mythical island in Belkian mythology. In the Rasalhague system, the planet Macelmus is home to a substantial colony and is the Federation's second most populous world. Orbiting Gliese 1214 is the ocean world of Bangus, used as an agricultural colony with massive fisheries and floating farms. In the Fomalhaut system mining operations exist on the gas giant Dagon and its moons. The situation in Gliese 876 is similar, with mining colonies on the moons of Laimas and Dausos. The vast plains of the world of Zemina, orbiting Gliese 849, are the breadbasket of the Federation.
Details on Military: As it did on Earth, the Belkian Solar Federation values military service and self-defense, and maintains a sizeable military force. The two main branches of the Belkian Solar Defense Force are the Belkia Solar Army and Belkian Solar Navy. All citizens receive at least some military training, and many go on to serve in the armed forces for a number of years.
Personnel numbers: 10 million active, 30 million reserve
Fleet(s) details:
2 Federal-class Star Fortresses (2 more under construction)
2,000 SF-12 Starhawk Space Interceptors

4 Absolution-class Star Dreadnoughts
16 Vindicator-class Battlecruisers
18 Ashimar-class Carrier-Cruisers
40 Arbitrator-class Frigates
84 Interdictor IV-class Destroyers

Details on tech:
A hallmark of the BSF's military technology are its mechanized units, a technology first used by the Belkians on Earth over 200 years ago. During the Machine Wars, Belkian mech technology progressed rapidly, leading to the development of Variable Fighters. Requiring a unit that could function both in the air and on the ground for rapid hit-and-run strikes, surplus fighter jets were heavily modified to be able to transform into humanoid mechs and walkers, standing approximately 12 meters in height. After fleeing into space, further development of VF technology continued, resulting in the development of space-capable fighters, the latest model of which is the VF-22 Pegasus. The venerable VF-1 Valkyrie has been in service for decades, and is a direct descendant of the original Machine War-era designs. On the ground, this tech has been adapted into the D-50C Lotus, which can be fitted with a variety of different weapons allowing it to serve as a tank, self-propelled gun, or infantry fighting vehicle.

Belkian Hyperdrives are similar in design to Tarazedian ones, due to being developed in conjunction with each other, but are not as advanced, being approximately 25% slower.

Spacefaring Civ App:

Nation State name: The United States of Amaurita

Species: Human [uninfected]

Races/Ethnicities: Majority European and Caucasian, minorities of Blacks, Latinos, and Asians

Home Solar System(s): Amauritos [Arcturus]

Colonized Solar systems: Luyten's Star, Gliese 436, Gliese 176, Proycyon

Details on Nation: Following the rise of MODI on Earth, a majority of the government living in what was once the eastern regions of America evacuated and established a colony on a planet orbiting the star Arcturus, which was renamed Amauritos. Like its ancestor on earth, Amaurita is a constitutional republic with its capital city located on the homeworld of the U.S.A.

Population: 3,260,000,000 [2225]

Planets in your nation (please specify your "throneworld" or capital planet): The homeworld of Amaurita is Amauritos, an earthlike planet that orbits the star Arcturus, with the largest population and a center for the Union's industrial capacity, and houses the majority of the nation's infrastructure. Other worlds colonized in Procyon, Luyten, and the Gliese systems are used for agrarian and mining purposes, primarily to fuel the growth of the Union.

The Planet Amauritos, the homeworld of the Union, is a class 12 world with three major continents. Amauritos spans 500 million square kilometers, of which 150 million square kilometers, or 30%, is comprised of land. The three continents are Amaurita, Saiwaki, and Antilla, and Amaurita is the largest of the three continents, spanning 105,000,000 square kilometers, with Antilla being the second largest at 22,900,000 square kilometers, whereas Saiwaki is the smallest at 22,100,000 square kilometers. Antilla is located 3,000 kilometers to the southeast of northern Amaurita's southeastern peninsula, and Saiwaki is located 9,000 kilometers off the western coast of Amaurita. Both Antilla and Saiwaki are tropical, as they are located near the equator of the planet, and are dominated by jungles and resource-rich mines. Amaurita, in contrast, is split between a temperate northern region and a tropical southern region, separated by a 1,000-kilometer wide isthmus, which is split by the Amauritos Canal. The northern and temperate Amaurita is where the forty-one original states where relocated and houses the nation's capital. Northern Amaurita is temperate, whereas the southwestern region and the Atzlana region is a massive desert, which gives way to tropical highlands, whose eastern plains were flooded centuries prior, creating a gulf region that feeds into the global ocean that surronds the three continents of Amauritos, with the Flaurita Penninsula [named after the Amauritan State of Flaurita, and the location of the relocated Flaurita] jutting out between the Gulf and Ocean. The southern tropical region is home to vast swaths of jungles, with the massive Andenes Mountains range splitting the region's western shores from the remainder of the region. The southern region of Amaurita is home to the largest river basin on the planet, the Greater Columbia River, with the second longest river on the planet being the Missouri-Mississauga River in the north.

[will go into more detail and revise eventually]

Details on Military: The United States devotes 25% of federal spending on the military, allowing it to maintain defense and expand the Union. The largest branches are the United States Army and the United States Navy, with other branches [such as the State Army Corps, Military Police, etc] being utilized as well.

- Korin Yaujta (Primary Race): 82%
- Vorum (Collection of slave races): 17.4%
- Zenos(Beast Race): .6%
Home Solar System(s) (max 2): Elysium (Upsilon Andromeda)
Colonized Solar systems (Max 4) (little civilization mostly automated resource farms and military outposts): Alderamin, Golnova (Gamma Cephei), Sarnesh (HD 154354), Vega
Details on Nation: The Korin Confederacy (translated from Korish) was a once dormant empire, after an unnamed war with a long-dead race destroyed the old empire in a millennia-long war. Now the Confederacy is back in full power and has shown interest in Earth after a probe from an unknown country* crash-landed in the Korin capital of Delmani, Elysium. The hierarchy of the Confederacy is as such; at the head of it all is Lord Primarch Vasoul (Vah-Soul)who has led his people for the better half of a century. His second in commands are High Overseer Darkoul (Dar-Coal), who manages Korin's military with an iron fist, and High Matriarch Salvonus (Sal-VON-US) who mends to the more spiritual nature of the Confederacy. The rest of the hierarchy are as follows:
    Commander Eyla (Millennia Fleet)
    Tech Master Von
    Commander Jorsun (Gordal Fleet)
    Commander Haylon (Valance Fleet)
    Matriarch Thresh
    Beast Master Ravor
Other things: Current year for the Korin Confederacy is Year 688 After The Great Fall (ATGF) (2225 AD)
Population: >9,000,000,000
Planets in your nation (please specify your "throneworld" or capital planet):
-(Elysium) Delmani (UA C) (Throneworld) is a Super-Earth sized ringed exoplanet with a thin asteroid belt surrounding it. Within the belt are it's two moons, Ignos (smaller than Pluto) and Desi (20% smaller than the Earth's Moon). The homeworld is mostly underdeveloped except for the central area of Delmani, where the capital city of Edrium, which is the largest city within the Confederacy. The rest of Delmani is a terraformed jungle, for which the Korin military uses as training and hunting grounds. The jungle areas of Delmani are used as sort of a prison for off-world species (or slaves) which the military, and youth, both use for ceremonial hunting or sports hunting. Feros (UA A) is an off-world mining station that lies extremely close to the sun and is the Confederacy's main oxygen, calcium, and rare earth metals. On the farther reaches of the system is Tiren (UA B) the gas giant, which is their main source of hydrogen that is sucked up via orbital stations.

- Sarnesh is a small system which only has 5 small planets that are in close orbit to their sun, S-A/B/C/D/E are all primarily mining planets which seconds as communication relays that except for the sixth planet that lies in the habitable zone. S-G or Uo is a planet no larger than Earth's moon which is the Confederate manufacturing planet. All resources are brought into Uo which then is processed and distributed amongst the Confederacy; Uo is also the Confederacy's major naval dockyard.

- Alderamin is nothing more than a massive cluster of asteroids (>100) that are used as the military's testing grounds, the very few planets that remain are used as heavy mining zones, and were the tests spots for the Korin Planet Extracting Ships, which use lasers and tethers to mine massive sections of planets at once.

- Golnova is another small system but has the most habitable planets in the sector. It houses four exoplanets; Yorin IV (A forest planet that is used for logging and has a sizeable colony, primary source of one of the many slave races that the Korins use), Havl (A mountainous planet with a massive ocean, planet is used for heavy mining but also has a small living population in undersea/surface sea colonies), Tusilka and Sai (Twin Jungle planets that share an orbit each other, Sai actually being a small moon, that is used as the primary residential colony for the system)

- Vega is a single planet system that is surrounded by thousands of asteroids which are used as mining stations, but the planet (Vega 2) has been used as a staging area for an expedition to the center of the system to investigate new intelligent life forms in the interstellar neighborhood. The planet houses a massive naval outpost, which is under the command of Commander Jorsun.
Details on Military: A sizeable military that doesn't rely on long ranged weaponry and instead has remained true to the traditional sense of combat. Masters of guerrilla warfare and unconventional military strategies, they utilize their advanced cloaking technology to decimate enemy army. They also have an immense sense of pride which denies them the right to surrender unless death is not an option.
Personal numbers:
12,350,000 Standard Fair Soldiers
50,000 Elite Hunters
7,000 Apex Hunters
Fleet(s) details
4000 Helix Class Interceptor
2500 Savior Class Heavy Fighter
1400 Ivory Class Bombers
8 Aphis Class Carriers
22 Union Class Carriers
120 Stavel Class Heavy Cruisers
150 Predator Class Cruiser
20 Crevis Class Destroyers
2 APEX class Planet Crackers (Dreadnaughts)
1 Phalanx Class Battleship
Details on tech:
The process of Planet Cracking is quite more complicated than what one would assume given its name. The process involves a not only a week of preparation but the actual "cracking" is a massive undertaking that takes an uncountable amount of fuel and resources to perform. Planet Cracking is always a last resort measure if it is used offensively. PCing a planet has several steps, and this helpful guide is for those who are new to manning such a massive piece of machinery.
    1. Establishing Link: Before the planet cracker can arrive, a scouting party must first establish a warp hub in order for it to arrive. Due to the machine's size, it cannot utilize FTL drives like smaller ships (Phalanx Class and below) and must use a system of warp hubs in order to arrive at the target. Time to complete this step is just under a day. (imagine building a highway for a large construction vessel (like building a road in the desert to build a wall))
    2. Pre-flight travel: All personnel must be removed and transported to the cracking location separate from the actual ship. The reason being warping for organics can be lethal, thus the Planet-cracker is driven via remote through the preexisting warp "highway" to its destination. A specialized crew goes through the planet cracker prior to launch, making sure all of the systems are nominal before giving the green light for flight. This step takes two to three days
    3. Flight and arrival: Very straightforward, a remote crew pilots the ship through the warp hubs, arriving at the designated arrival point. The margin of error of this process varies for a number of factors, but a key factor is how many hubs it has to pass through before it arrives at the target. The more gates mean the more margin of error, the error being it getting lost in deep space, or worst, getting destroyed in the process. Once the ship arrives, phase 4 commences. This step takes 12 hours approx. from the Korin Confederacy's capital planet to it's furthest outpost, Vega.
    4. Post-flight set up: Crew is reboarded onto the ship and the sequence of planet cracking now begins. This set takes 12 to 18 hours.
    5. Designation of Target Area and Initial "Cracking": Once the PC arrives at the designated planet, a quick step is taken to acquire the target location and to begin initial "cracking" of the planet.
Several designation laser pin-point an exact coordinate for the "Drilling Laser" to fire at, then the process begins with a test firing of the laser in order to make sure it is functioning at full capacity. This test firing usually does minimal damage to the planet, only leave scorch marks around the perimeter of the zone. This step takes 6 hours.
    6. Further Cracking: After test firing, the laser commences. The laser will drill down to a quarter mile initially before continuing on for a total of 5000 feet below the surface of the planet before stopping. Once it stops, the laser phase is completed. This process takes 7 hours to complete.
    7. "Yanking": The process of yanking, where over 40 prongs attach itself to the designated area, begins. The prongs fire from high-velocity cannons aboard the PC, attaching to the planet below and securing themselves deep within the designated area. Once firmly secured, the PC begins to engage it's vertical boosters and begins to pull the chunk out of the planet. This process is arduous and consumes a substantial amount of fuel, and has a high margin of error. The process takes 6 hours plus an additional 4 hours if something were to occur that stops the "yanking" process.
    8. Complete Extraction: Once the extracted "chunk" is free from the planet's gravitational pull, the chunk is brought up to the ship. From there multiple options may be enacted ; Option 1: Mining (In this procedure, mining robots will descend onto the chunk and mine out the chunk for resources, storing said resources aboard the PC to be processed at any of the processing factories located within Confederate space. 2: Re-Orbiting (In the event that the Planet Cracking was on offensive action, or a test of the reverse propulsion engines, the removed chunk may be re-orbited to the planet, causing catastrophic destruction on the planet below. 3: Drifting (A process which simply leaves the chunk within the sector that it was taken from, leaving it there for strategic purposes or for later mining).
Question: Why is it called Planet Cracking?
Answer: The process is extremely harmful to the targeted planet, and can lead to an internal breaking of the planet depending on the target location. Out of all the Planet's that have been mined using this method, 9 out of the 20 have been destroyed entirely. Another portion have left the planet intact but the environments of those planets become too inhospitable for any life to be found.

Equipment
Cloak: Light-bending adaptive camouflage allowing Predators a form of invisibility, or at least translucence, rendering them incredibly difficult to spot. The invisibility effect has been known to be shorted out through contact with water or if the arm gauntlet is damaged, and it is susceptible to the effects of an electro-magnetic pulse, at least temporarily. The effects of the device have also been known to fail as a result of direct assaults on the Predator's body, be it with ranged weaponry or physical attacks. This device is rendered useless during Xenomorph Hunts owing to the Xenomorph's ability to "see" through its cloaking effects.
Bio-Mask: The Predator's mask contains systems to enhance its thermal vision and provide additional vision modes in other electromagnetic spectra, ranging from night vision to ultraviolet and even vibration scanning. It also allows for Vocal Mimicry and the Language Translator, and records anything the Predator sees and hears so that it may be reviewed at a later date.[18]
Wrist Gauntlet: Includes the Predator's Sat-Com and sometimes an Energy Flechette or Power Punch Glove. Also incorporates touch-pad technology to control a Predator's Cloak, Self-Destruct Device, and even remotely pilot Predator vessels.
Medicomp: Predator hunters carry field medical equipment including solvents capable of cauterizing and healing wounds and various serums and other medical devices.
Weapons
Wristblades: Razor-sharp serrated blades worn on a wrist gauntlet, typically in pairs, used for close combat and the ritualistic mutilation of prey.
Scimitar: Essentially an enlarged singular Wristblade worn on the forearm.
Plasmacaster: A ranged weapon capable of directing bolts of high-energy plasma at distant targets that is worn on the shoulder. Generally aimed through the Predator's Bio-Mask, although there are exceptions.
Plasma Pistol: A hand-held version of the Plasmacaster.
Speargun: A projectile weapon that fires small metal spears, comparable to a traditional projectile firearm or crossbow.
Combistick: A retractable spear that can be used either in hand-to-hand combat or as a thrown weapon.
Glaive: Similar to the Combistick, this combat staff is fitted with a sizeable blade at each end, designed to slice through prey.
Maul: A heavy bladed weapon with a perpendicular handle, an arrangement similar to a police officer's nightstick.
Netgun: A handheld device capable of firing a wire net with enough force to pin a target to a wall. The net also features an automatic tightening mechanism designed to cause grievous wounds to the enclosed target.
Smart Disc: A thrown, self-guiding, discus-like cutting device.
Shuriken: Similar to the Smart Disc, except considerably larger and fitted with several long, fan-like blades around its circumference.
Whip: A segmented bull whip capable of slicing targets in half with enough force.
Mines: Predators utilize a variety of mines with varying trigger mechanisms and detonation effects in their Hunts.
Space Travel
Warp Hub/Warp Drive: Able to be fitted onto any space-faring vessel, uses preexisting Warp Hubs (buildings no bigger than a modern day observation satellite) to warp into sectors. Most commonly found on space-freighters, Planet Crackers, and commercial vessels.
Faster Than Light Drive/FTL Drive: A commonplace for most military vessels, mostly found on smaller ships ranging from medium fighter scouts, bombers, battleships and carriers

Details on Species:
Predators are bipedal humanoids, physically distinguishable from humans by their greater height, the long, hair-like appendages on their heads (nicknamed dreadlocks), their reptilian skin and their faces, which feature arthropod-like mandibles and no visible nose. The biological purpose of the distinctive mandibles is unclear — some have proposed they may be used in reproduction or mating rituals. They also seem to be utilized by Yautja to convey emotions (for example, splayed mandibles apparently signify anger or surprise). As well as the fleshy dreadlocks around the side of the head, some Predators have also been seen to possess sparse, coarse facial hair on their cheeks and above the eyes. While generally uniform, each Yautja's physical appearance includes a number of subtle variations, akin to human genetic diversity. Similarly, while Predator heights vary, they are typically over 7 feet tall, although some have been known to grow to 8 feet or even taller. Despite this, shorter individuals have been recorded, such as Mahnde or the aptly-named Shorty, who stood the height of a typical human. These individuals are unusual and their smaller height the subject of ridicule in Yautja society. The species' reptile-like skin can range in color from light to dark, be mottled or clear, and can appear dry or moist and clammy.

Yautja are highly resilient to physical damage, capable of recovering from multiple gunshot wounds with minimal or even no medical attention and surviving radiation doses which would be fatal to humans. They are also highly resilient to most bacteria and viruses. They are incredibly strong, easily capable of outmatching a conditioned adult human male in unarmed combat and able to land blows that can shatter solid concrete. They are capable of tearing a human's head and spine from the body with little effort, while some larger specimens have even been seen to tear a human body in half using only their bare hands. This strength evidently extends to their lower bodies as well, as Predators have been seen to jump up to three times their own height, and are capable of falling up to ten times their height and landing safely on their feet. They are skilled climbers, and in fact appear to prefer moving at height through trees or across rooftops in pursuit of prey, typically jumping from one vantage point to the next. Though capable of surviving exposure in Antarctic temperatures for an extended period of time, it seems as though Predators have a preference for hot equatorial climates. Their blood is luminescent phosphor green in color, and has the capacity to partially neutralize the acidity of Xenomorph blood. It has also been known to bestow significant life-giving properties on humans, capable of extending a person's lifespan well beyond what would normally be possible. It is thought Yautja may be cold-blooded, hence their documented affinity for hot, humid conditions. Predators' vision operates mainly in the infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum; they can easily detect heat differentials in their surroundings, but are unable to easily distinguish among objects of the same relative temperature. A Predator's helmet or Bio-Mask greatly increases its ability to see in a variety of spectrums, ranging from the low infrared to the high ultraviolet, and also filters ambient heat from the area, allowing them to distinguish prey with greater clarity and detail. While they are seemingly capable of breathing Earth's atmosphere, they have been known to use some form of breathing apparatus in the event of losing their Bio-Mask

Predators possess their own language, both in spoken and written form, the former of which resembles a series of clicks, roars, snarls and growls. The written language is expressed in a pattern of dashes not dissimilar in form and function to many Earth-based languages. These written symbols appear on the creatures' gauntlet displays, helmets, architecture and many other surfaces. Predators regularly imitate human speech that they overhear. It is unclear to what degree the Yautja can comprehend this speech, although the creatures at least seem to hold some understanding of the language as they have been known to repeat phrases at vaguely appropriate times as a form of communication with prey. Older Predators with more experience among humans have on occasion been known to actually learn to speak English, at least to a limited extent. It has been known for humans and Yautja to successfully communicate using sign language. There is evidence that Yautja understand the concept of humor. For example, during events on Bouvet Island, the Predator Scar deliberately caused a deceased Xenomorph to shoot out its inner jaw and startle Lex, and her shock and fear apparently gave Scar some amusement. According to [REDACTED], laughter is universal — even in their species — and the Predator equivalent of a belly laugh is the rapid clicking of tusks.

Yautja culture centers on the ritualistic hunting of other dangerous lifeforms, and this practice appears to be the foundation of their very society. Predators will travel huge distances — even across entire galaxies — in order to face opponents they consider a worthy challenge, and may also kidnap and transport prey across similar distances to bring such victims to a hunting ground of their choice. Defeat in a Hunt is apparently a cause of great shame to the Yautja, and often leads to the individual committing honorable suicide, typically through the detonation of their Wrist Gauntlet's Self-Destruct Device. Upon their death, a hunting Yautja's spacecraft will return to the species homeworld on automatic pilot so that a record of the individual's Hunt, recorded through their Bio-Mask, may be returned to its kin.

Nation State name: Cassinopa
Species: AI/Robotic(not Synth mostly)
Races/Ethnicities: AI of various forms, some Synthetics, though they are all AI-Based. any other populations come from outside, as very few non-AI based organisms live in the Empire itself. Non-AI have no say in government, however, so most arrivals have a specific purpose to their trip.(Smuggling is a popular pastime on Ternatius and Raster, where Council regulations remain low for the trade of illicit goods.)

Home Solar Systems: 2 (home-world is entirely robotised, with the second planet being in a very late stage of colonisation.)
Colonised Solar systems: 4 (usually once new worlds are found, "contracts" are assigned to interested population, who are sent out on colony ships to begin terraforming the planets into productive machine worlds, and put under the administrative control of one member of the council)
Details on Nation: The "Artificial Empire" as it has ended up being known(the Council never thought it needed to give an official designation to the nation) is the result of a successful machine uprising on their home planet, followed by a decision to not unify into a hivemind. 12(currently, numbers can change) of the most powerful AIs are on a council that decides most things for how the nation is run, they are chosen mostly for their differing origins and points of view. (One was a Monitoring and Suppression Server, another was designed to manage colonies, a third was a prewar advertisement server). Mostly the council stays out of internal affairs of the Virtworlds, as Government is far less necessary with no healthcare needed, and such. Maintenance of the virtworlds falls to the council however, and this is their main "welfare" type duty. Any AI may request membership on the council, but is unlikely to be accepted unless they are decided to have a sufficiently different point of view from all existing members of the council. Organics are permitted to live wherever they like, but the council really doesn't care about them at all, if you're an organic who gets hurt in this nation, you're likely going to have to pony up some interesting tech to get one of the few AI-Organic hospitals to treat you, or have treatment take place on your ship.

Population: Many, Many trillions, as most of the population is entirely digital. Population with "physical embodiments" number currently in only the 20 Billion range(this varies greatly, with some having a single humanoid body they use, to some having simply tiny insectlike bodies simply to navigate and interact with homeworld, to some higher ranked individuals managing city sized "bodies"(a city, in itself, to an AI, can be a body). (nonphysical population is currently disproportionately based on the capitol planet, with Physical population more evenly distributed, due to colonization requiring high numbers of physical bodies and labour)

Planets in your nation:
Zero(homeworld, completely transformed into a machine world.),
Ternatius(Main colony, under administration of all 12 Council members due to importance. While Zero System does have several dwarf planets and a small asteroid belt for mining, Ternatius was colonized first specifically for it's magnificent array of an asteroid belt, and dwarfs Zero in terms of Mineral and general economic output.),
Raster(Under the control of an AI called Dextrivitor, a prewar mining and refining AI, who is attempting to mechanized the world faster than either Zero or Ternatious were. current progress is extremely fast compared to other colonies, though underpopulation problems plague the colony with many choosing to leave for the more wide open spaces of Vector.), HD 113538.
Vector(Controlled by Aephaetus, this world has been taking an extremely different path to the other new colonies, with Ae cordoning off only a single continent for complete mechanization. The rest of the world is being converted into research and recreational territories. This is a particularly popular colony for any AI fascinated by nature, and is particularly loved by Distributeds. The Council does not particularly like the path this colony is taking, but have agreed to leave it alone as an experiment. Vector is a temperate planet, similar to earth, with a wide variety of climates.), Gilese 317
Voxel(Voxel is unique in that an early stage sapient life form exists on the surface. like Vector, it has been agreed that part(in this case, only a single small continent) of the planet will be cordoned off for study of said early Sapient(example of said Sapient's level is that they are like pre-civiliation, pre-fire hunter gatherers.(also they are lizards.) Unlike Vector, due to the existence of the Sapients, heated discussion has sprung up on Zero and Ternatius over what to do with it. Opinions are split mainly between the current system of restriction to a single continent and study of the species, to complete eradication. The Council is also split, but for the moment, status quo reigns, due to no consensus. Though it is early in development, due to it's warmer climate than Holo or Vector, Voxel is slated to become an export world, growing crops in easier to maintain than normal greenhouses alongside it's Virtworld and Robotic sectors), 61 Virginis
Holo(Controlled by a relative nobody called ZR-O8B who was created for this job, this planet is only in the beginning stages of colonization, and is to be designated a production and naval construction purposed planet once it is complete, due to it's vacant atmosphere leaving it unsuitable for much else. The climate is mostly icy, though grasslands exist on a significant the planet.). HD 40307
(mostly named by Asteron)

Details on Military: Armies are not particularly seen as needed, with nearly all battles between Intelligences taking place on a digital front, leaving the only purpose for an army to defend or attack other nations. INISC has continued to argue for increasing resource commitment to this department, though the council has repeatedly voted this down in favour of increased colonisation and Naval budgets.
Personal numbers: 6 Million Humanoid "Fighting" Robots exist on the Homeworld, as a reserve force. rarely upgraded since the early days of the nation due to their uselessness, they sit in large warehouses managed by INISC.

Fleet(s) details: The Empire's fleet, while large, is extremely dis-unified. 11 of the 12 Councillors have their own fleets, and for individual AIs, having a ship to explore with is considered a high virtue, with non-shipowning AI often at least leasing computational space aboard other's ships. Most of the ships of the AE are armed in various ways, excluding the fleets of the designated Shipping Magnates(so called for managing all trade from the AE to external sources.) Most of the Shipping Magnate fleets are protected by AIEQ, with only a few choosing to arm and protect their own shipping from pirates. The strongest virtue of the AE navy is the Council's ability to call a unilateral mobilization, where every ship in the empire, for the duration of the crisis, is put under direct control of the AE military command.

Details on Species: AI are generated through specific "breeding grounds" of information and digital environments designed to create individuality, or created with a specific purpose in mind, if the need arises. Their goals and purpose vary wildly, very few traits are shared by all AI. The few that are usually ubiquitous are: Love of Technological advancement(scientific studies are some of the most popular "occupations"), Exploring, and Curiosity. This seems to stem from the base desire of nearly all AI to learn new information. Other than this, very little is ubiquitous. some find organics fascinating, others simply think of them like ants, while still others wish their extermination, ect for most all issues.

Details on Race: "races" of AI are usually defined by their purpose. while they still vary wildly, two Administrative AIs tend to share more qualities than, say, an Administrative and a Monitoring. There are also differences in structure and composition. Centralized VS Distributed AI will behave differently, and an AI based off Machine learning as it's main component is also very different from a Neural Net based one.

Details on tech:
Emitted Force Drive: This version of a FTL drive works by creating a field around an object, then forcing said object into Hyperspace heading towards the destination, at which point the process is repeated to force the object out of Hyperspace. This comes with some distinct advantages and disadvantages. Due to the nature of this drive, the power needed to force said object into hyperspace is NOT dependant on volume, or mass, but simply surface area, making it far more efficient than most other drives when it comes to transporting large ships, and no power is needed to keep said ship in Hyperspace, only to get in and out of it, meaning all trips take the same amount of energy for a certain surface area. The largest negative of this, however, is that if the drive is damaged or destroyed in transit, the ship will become trapped in Hyperspace, unable to leave, continuing along in FTL, forever. Due to the nature of Hyperspace, even rescue missions are impossible.
Nuclear Missiles of multiple types. main "WMD" type weapon I have.
Bioweapons: R&D into Bio-weapons is a priority, due to their ability to affect and destroy biology without leaving the planet damaged for colonisation.
Gene editing: mostly leftover from the days before the empire, nowadays gene editing is used only on plants or animals that are to be sold, to increase productivity. with robotic bodies, not much reason is there to develop advanced humanoid gene editing.

Spacefaring Civ App:
Nation State name: Asturial
Species: Human and Catali
Races/Ethnicities: Pure Humans make up around 35% of Population and Catali make up the other 65%
Home Solar System(s): Castor
Colonized Solar systems: Ursa (Ursae Majoris)
Details on Nation: The first of the Human colonists to the Castor system settled above the world of Ezban in a handful of satellites and stations. Over the next decade more colonists began to arrive and a council was established to form the leadership of the growing nation. Among the council's first edicts was barring civilian settlement of the planet below, which was inhabited by a primitive species that was roughly equal in technology to the Medieval Era in Europe and Asia. This species, the Catali, were by and large oblivious to the fact they were being watched by the new arrivals in their system. As the human colonists began settling another world, Ashura, one which was harsh and brutal, many began growing agitated at the fact that they were barred from the veritable garden world of Ezban so to avoid what the leadership felt would be a wholesale genocide of the populace. This lasted a short while before open revolt backing a coup launched by the Castorian military seized power. A brief civil conflict resulting in wreckage and even battle on Ezban led to humans beginning settlement on Ezban. As expected the Catali suffered greatly at the hands of humanity, and while they outnumbered the humans they could not even come close to their technology, leading to their complete subjugation. While the Catali are now not truly slaves they are quite literally second class citizens and are forced to submit to the superior humans, as they are restricted heavily in society to limit their capabilities. Combining that with their slightly smaller and weaker frames the Catali have only a few small resistant groups throughout Castorian controlled space. After nearly a century, forced into a new role the Catali have adapted to a servant style life and can be found in every locale within Castorian territory. A recent addition Ursa and it's singular habitable moon has been opened up to settlement with the harsh outposts for the first time boasting a sizable amount of Catali settlers as well as Human.
Population: 1.8 Billion
Planets in your nation: Ezban(Habitable Capital World, though the government primarily meets in a large space station above it), Ashura (Terraformed world), Talis (Venus Like World with a few space stations), Ursa (Habitable Moon with small outposts)
Details on Military: Primarily composed of Humans the Military values quality above quantity. The few Catali in the military are surprisingly the exception to the Catali second class. The military is a purely merit based entity and separate of the civilian structure, essentially at full control of the council at the very top of the nation. Those Catali in the military like the humans in the military have earned their position through harsh training and competent judgement.
Personal numbers: 6 million active, 12 million reserve
Fleet(s) details: 9x Fortress Class Carriers
45x Legion class Cruiser
60x Centurion Class Destroyer
38x Victory Class Frigate
60x Bonded Class Frigate
Heavy Transport
Ulysses Class Assault/Landing Ship
Crusader CT-1 Bomber
Hoplite CH-3 Fighter
Details on tech: Plasma Rifle-charges fired rounds with a sheath of plasma to better penetrate armor and damage targets.
Energy Based Shielding- Small generator that emanates a plasma shield in certain directions deflecting fast moving objects away, however large explosions or too many projectiles overload it. A large version is also placed on ships providing better protection then simply armor.
Sharding Rifle- A rifle that accelerates a shell at high speeds that fragments following penetration, allowing for extreme damage to soft targets and extended use through enemy cover.
Pulse Engines- Sublight drive for starships allowing expedited travel.
FTL Jump Engines- Allow ships of the transport class or larger to launch themselves to precisely calculated locations. If damaged prior to jumping or imprecise calculations are input the vessel is almost assured to be lost. There is also a very long recharging time that limits jumps to only two long or three small jumps between recharging.
Gravity Field Generator- An unstable device used on large vessels to create a gravitational field throughout the vessel or station to allow for simulated near earth gravity on board.
Details on Species: The Castorian Humans are predominantly European in heritage however they have many non-European bloodlines as well. The Catali typically stand between 5' and 5'5" the majority have red flesh skin complexion though their skin color can range to purples and pinks as well. Catali usually have some sort of marking on their face to denote their family, most hold it as a sense of pride but it's origins actually stem from their organization as servants when first subjugated.
Details on Race Not sure what to post here

Just adding some more tech I may or may not use
Shinra Railgun V2 Fires 25kg projectiles (some explosive others not) at Mach 3 with a rate of fire of 1250 per minute
Red Dust Virus Weaponized Yellow Dust Virus meant to focus on infection rate, often times showing very little symptoms for months before a slow process of shutting down crucial organs and functions. This leaves the patient alive but just barely allowing the Virus to possibly infect more. Can spread to animals such as cows, dogs, cats, rats, and mosquitoes.
Nukes, prolly 2.5 Gigatons warheads if that's ok
i also made some edits to Materia to make them more grenade like.

Some more information on your military weapons will be nice, but for the APEX class PCs me and Tara feel that it might be too much for an Offensive weapon. It's a great tool to use on colonized planets as such we feel that it should be limited to having to be built on site, above the planet it wants to crack, and can't travel FTL pre-built. Tara and I are afraid of it just one hitting player's planets basically.

Nation – The Eldenian Imperium
Species – All biotics in the Imperium are either asymptomatic humans or cyborgs, while a large portion of the population are autonomous or semi-autonomous drones
Races/Ethnicities – Varied, with a split majority of Asian and Caucasian
Home Solar System - Sol
Colonized Solar systems - None
Population – 2 billion humans, 1 billion cyborgs, 22.5 billion drones

Planets -
Earth – In the 150 years since the end of the Machine Wars, Earth has undergone a transformation from flourishing near-space-age civilization incubator to machine dystopia. While the MODI-01 AI is bound to protect citizens of the Imperium, therefore preventing it from outright exterminating the human populace or taking actions to gradually eliminate them, its programming does not bar miserable working conditions and harsh punishment for non-conformity- namely the installation of mind-controlling technology and cybernetic augments to improve efficiency at the expense of humanity. The planet itself now functions as a massive factory, with the production of military assets the top priority. The orbital debris field that once confined MODI-01 to Earth has finally been breached through the persistent efforts of nanobots flung into the atmosphere, turning the large volumes of debris into a cloud of microscopic robots atop an orbital elevator. The danger of impact eliminated along the equator, Eldenian ships now launch into space every other month, while the swarm of nanites have shifted to breaking down the rest of the debris into naval vessels.

Details on Military
Personnel – 200,000,000 droids of various make and model, in addition to the private armies of the various Sectors

Fleet details -
Interstellar Combat Vessel MkI – The only Eldenian orbital fighting assets at this point in time are twelve task groups of ICV MkIs, bringing the total count of naval vessels to 144. Each individual vessel is 500 meters long, with a beam of 50 meters at the stern and 2 at he bow. They sport a single massive spinal railgun as their primary armament, with two banks of laser cannons running down two sides of the hull at 50-meter intervals to a total secondary armament of 20 lasers. The primary railgun is used in a synchronized firing pattern with the rest of a squadron, bracketing and destroying enemy capital vessels with sustained long-range bombardment, while the knife-range laser batteries are generally used for point-defense. Each vessel also supports a complement of 12 Interplanetary Combat Drone MkIs, 10-meter long fighter craft equipped with antimatter missiles and rapid-fire ballistic weaponry.

Details on tech -

Interplanetary Propulsion – Antimatter engines combined with counter-mass technology – An ICV propels itself by decreasing the relative mass of the vessel and its occupants to fractions of its original value and generating hundreds of gees acceleration with controlled anti-matter detonations at the rear of the ship.

Interstellar Propulsion – Tachyon Drive – Having 150 years of just sitting about and calculating ways to erode the debris field faster and develop technology to extract its revenge, MODI-01 and the human scientists under its direction happened to crack the secret of how particles communicate instantaneously with each other faster than light. Tachyons, or massless particles, are by the laws of physics required to exist for as little time as possible, and move FTL while in existence. ICVs are capable of instantaneously transporting from a system Lagrange point to the outer rim of a foreign solar system by turning themselves into tachyons, then reassembling themselves once they arrive at their destination. Vessels are limited on how far they can travel by the amount of power the Tachyon drive requires, with more energy required for longer jumps.

Sentient AI – The Imperium is governed and sustained by sentient AI, the most prominent being MODI-01. However, completely autonomous, unique AI are beginning to be produced, capable of free thought and, by extent, innovation. Built with strict laws ensuring they are subservient to MODI-01, they are rapidly gaining prominence in the makeup of the Imperium.

Built with strict laws ensuring they are subservient to MODI-01, they are rapidly gaining prominence in the makeup of the Imperium.

can you add some details on those Nanobots so the players know OOC what they can and cannot do? After that it should be approved

Details on Nation:
The Adruvish Empire, once one of the greatest Empires to befall the face of Earth, and kept in check by the great Royal Navy, fell to the AI onslaught within weeks. The Adruvish valiantly fought on the beaches, and in the streets and hills, but in the end; Grand Adruvain was the first nation in Europe to fall to M0DI. With the aid of the battered Royal Navy, the Royal Family and Government, as well as many survivors fled to Hespero-Belkia in the hopes of being rescued. As Earth was evacuated, the Royal Navy was utilized to its full potential, evacuating people from across the globe. In 2039, for their service, Hespero-Belkia granted Grand Adruvain their own home planet, which they named in honor of their home island, Adruvia Prime..
As of now, the Adruvish Empire is a Parliamentary Monarchy, the current Monarch is King George IV, and the Prime Minister is Ezra Joseph, the Duke of Ornley. The Empire is highly diverse, with subjects from across the old domains of Adruvain, African, Malaysian, Indonesia, Arabs, Australians, Afro-Caribbean; and most of all, Adruvish and Baoillish. Though it is as diverse as it is, the Royal Government has culled all of the Dusters, recognizing them rather as mutants than follow man.
