As previously explained each participant has 10 points to assign, you can give all 10 to one book or divide them as you want. the only rule is: don't vote for yourself.

\/ delete your book from the application. You can add a ''0'' or leave blank if you don't want to give any point to a book \/

How it works
Think of a story, and when you have a broad idea of the subject, write a summary or a review. You decide how long it will be, but consider that to gain votes others will need to read it, therefore writing only a few lines would be probably a good idea, but ehy, if you think you're good and can catch the people attention you're free to post the full novel. Think also of a title and the author's name, which should preferably come from your own nation; if you want to use you're nation's language for the title feel free to use it, but add a translation as well.
You can sign up until January 9, the 10th of January the voting will start. Only those who registered a story can vote, you will have a maximum of 10 points to distribute as you wish (Ex. 8 points for book A, 2 points for book B). The voting part will be over on January 20.
The winner will get a 400x600 image of a medal (preview below) with the author's name on it and the sweet sweet envy of the other contestants.

A bit of ambience
For the first time the renowned writing competition "shâthiel sor pôro", that always inspired the nation's litterature, launches an international edition to encourage overseas authors to come to sahsahlah and to give new life and healthy variety to the local publishing industry. The name changes in the english "northern wind" but the hosting city remains the same, shêthalsoràithen, on the cold northern coast of the island of sahlìa.
As every winter the proverbial northern wind hides the city under a white blanket of snow, the city is far from the central mountain range that divides the island in two, the cold winter temperatures of the region have always kept people away. The local community is very united and welcoming although a tourist needs to understand the reserved nature of the residents.
Outside the city, with its low-rise, old buildings, there is nothing for many miles. Only an ocean of water and one of high snowy trees can be seen.
While the medieval castle of àithen will host the event, participants will be able to relax in this ancient city of culture, in the tearooms and their large, crackling fireplaces, or by the solitary, icy waves of the ocean.

Good evening,
this one sounds fun.

Title: Spirit of Fire - Wavebreaker.
Author: Finnegan Scríbhneoir of the Tribe of Cork.
Summary:
The Spirit of Fire Novels are a series of renown novels written by Finnegan Scríbhneoir of the Tribe of Cork, the first one, Wavebreaker, having left the presses in 1989. The novels, centred around the adventures of the titular vessel Spirit of Fire, enjoy a huge amount of popularity both in the Free Lands and abroad.

It's the middle 17th century, brave sailors and their vessels earn their names with strength, fortitude, skill and quite a bit of luck, as they travel for the farthest reaches of the world - but not everything is as peaceful as it seems, there are reasons why the ships carry cannons. One of these is a wavehorse, Capall na dTonn, named Spirit of Fire, under the command of Captain Shane Dubh of the Tribe of Tipperary, who hires a crew for the most daring of adventures: Rescuing Dona Maria Colpevole, the daughter of a wealthy Lutetiian businessman playing a dangerous double-game. Having been abducted by pirates three years prior, she is held captive by Pirate-Khan Mahmut Safah and his bloodthirsty men and women.
Always hunted by the Lutetiian frigate Wavebreaker, the Spirit of Fire and her crew must live through the dangers of the world, for what the 15 year old crewman Liam does not know, is, that the Spirit of Fire is vessel engaged in Acts of Piracy against the Lutetiian City of Alto Mare.
What follows is a hunt through the Seven Seas, for Dona Maria, for the Spirit, for a truth behind lies and lies before the truth, for the meaning behind right and wrong...

Lauded as a book tackling the harder questions of what it means to become an adult, the Spirit of Fire Novels find their beginning with Wavebreaker. Without being condescending or teaching like a schoolmaster would, the the reader learns a lot about seafaring, the Selkie, the Lutetiians and their shared history. And the reader grows up a bit with Liam, as he matures due to the challenges he is presented with (one of which is a certain Lutetiian businessman's daughter).
Over the following novels, the readers grew into adults themselves, just as Liam did along with them, until he held command over his first vessel, the Rhiannon's Dream (Spirit of Fire - Shattered Keels, 2016). Fondly remembered and made into a movie, Wavebreaker is a fantastic book for young adults loving adventure and seafaring in ages long since gone.

Am a fantasy-tech nation.

Title: Blo'Ikuhni (Blood Huntress in English)
Author: Jor'ido Miq'u, published by the Verndara Emerald Company
Note: Jor'ido Miq'u is currently stated to be missing in official Parfuhmerian records. Nobody knows where she left for after requesting that Sekka publish a loosely-bound set of papers during a Thryllasian monsoon, this set soon becoming today's Blo'Ikuhni.
Summary:
Blo'Ikuhni is the possibly fictional biography & journal of the last few months of a lampade huntress known for her ability to manipulate blood. However, she is soon plagued by what is described as "a morass of prophetic dreams that haunted [her] waking hours with this unsettling mood, like something was to happen." After several weeks of being haunted by these dreams, the story ends on a cliffhanger, with the lampade saying, in her final passage, that "as much as [she] hates being cryptic, [she] must admit that [she is] drowning."
While the author has mysteriously vanished, Blo'Ikuhni became a widely-praised book in the world of the Thryllasian Region for its exceptionally vivid imagery & haunting descriptions. Further reinforcing the novel's fame is the rather realistic (realistic for the Thryllasian Region, at least) prophetic dreams included throughout the book. Much like the rest of the book, the descriptions of these dreams have an unforgettable aura to them & are the source of much of the book's praise. Generally, the rich symbolism of the dreams makes them common choices in literary analyses, naturally attracting the ire of many adolescents when they have to write their interpretation for Blo'Ikuhni.

Title: Of Ashes and Thatch: The Story of a Peace Keeper Who Went Home
Author: Raphiel Ainsworth Shiraha
Summary: At age 17, Raphiel (or "Raphie") Ainsworth Shiraha left to the homeland of her mother to help rebuild and maintain the peace following the devastating war in the AHSCA isles. In the wake of the mass destruction and the suffering of many civilians, rampant hunger due to loss of crops and forests, it was the job of Raphie and her comrades to distribute food, medicine, rebuild shelter before the onset of the monsoonal rains in the coming months. Being from a family that resided from the islands years ago she was the most equipped to speak the native languages many could not and earn trust to allow them to help. It was a mission intended to take a few weeks to a month but as the obstacles grew, so did the mission.

The biographical story offers a blend of story prose with expository information chronicles the extent of the war, background of deployment to the missions carried out by her platoon during her extensive regiment before concluding in her finding her special soulmate and reclaiming her birthright as a citizen of the islands.

(A Future Tech goblinoid nation, but still…)

Title: Frum PUp Ta PreEfeKT: Da Story of PReFEkt ShinVOrt ClApP (CoMMOdoRE-AdMIRERal (Ret’D))

Author: Goblin Sitay Publishin' Comp'nee

Summary: The PERSONAL STORY of the HERO OF THE COMBINE, this riveting, entirely FACTUAL, genuine and NOT AT ALL made up book (full of EXPLOSIONS) covers the career of the GALAXY FAMOUS Commodore-Admiral Shinvort Clapp. This is NOT FICTION! From his humble beginnings as a pup in the POORHOUSE and SLUMS of The Goblin Sitay, to his rip-roaring ADVENTURES and EXPLOSIONS in the IRNFIRST ARMADA, this is an amazing story (like, totally, really, awesomely amazing!) of his rise to fame, fortune and pretty girl-goblins. Read inside his DETAILED and VIOLENT exploits in the ASSAULT ON WHYWEBOTHERINGWITHTHISHOLE, or his incredible adventures as the lone survivor of the SPIKY ALIEN ATTACK on the fourth moon of TOOBLUDDIHOTWURLD, of the EXPLOISONS he made after he got his first command. Personal accounts of EXPLOSIONS and his rise to command his own ship, and eventually an entire fleet!

This book even has GENUINE and TOTALLY REAL rumours of his affairs with Bladegoblin females, stuff the author has HONESTLY heard from a bloke down the pub, and his personal appointment as the PREFEKT OF GAYTSTASHUN by the KING-EMPEROR. As PREFEKT hear of his BRAVE ADVENTURES and the EXPLOSIONS of bad people trying to attack YOUR NEBULA!

A must-read for anyone who can actually read* and IF YOU CAN’T, this book (with its GENUINE MACARONI SHAPES and REAL GLITTER) makes a great talking point in YOUR HOME!
