One of an O-1's many responsibilities is the training of future O's in the fine arts and sciences involved in the effective and efficient government of the Supreme Authority. To assist in this endeavor, the current O-1 maintains a question-and-answer format recording, to be provided to all new O's and expanded with their accumulated collective wisdom.
