To my knowledge, I think only the original poster (or Mods?) can remove a post. I have a control of a region, and I can only suppress.

You can delete it just ask moderation to do so if their spamming your rmb or whatever else. Otherwise you can suppress it.

Not quite you can ask moderation to delete it since it was spam/trolling in rmb I would call it a hit and run or a post by the NS version of a drive by

You can file a GHR if it's a troll post. Mods might delete it or we might not. Depends on how much trolling there is.
