The year is 1880, and a new age is arising on the world state. The lucrative nature of Imperialism is calling the powers of the world, and it seems as if Africa is in their way of having the adequate resources to not only fuel their industrial Revolutions, but to craft societies capable of dominating the global scene.It is a shame almost that the technology of the time is advancing the ways of war faster than the ways of peace, and medical technology have such difficulty catching up.
Often times, you enter a thread and you are thrust into a war. That is not this thread, you can definatly fight wars, but you can also have Diplomatic Relations, establish alliances, conduct trade, create colonies, send spies into other countries, assassinate leaders, host Gala's or Balls, there is very little that limits you here.
Your nation can be based off a Real World/Old World Nation, it can be a Real World/Old World Nation, or you can make a completely new nation altogether.(Albeit more restricted due to this being a continuation)

(There are 7 different levels of Standing Army or Manpower; Disarmed Nation, Volunteer Only, Limited Conscription, Extensive Conscription and Service by Requirement, All Adults Serve and Scraping the Barrel. Each provide a certain amount of manpower, 1%, 1.5%, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 20% and 25% respectively. Each of them have their own effects. For 5% and under, there are no ill effects. For above, penalties begin to occur in the domestic sector, disunity begins to increase and moral drops drastically. 1% has no bonuses if forced into it, if not, it shares the effects of 1.5%. 1.5% has greatly increased domestic output, strong unity and great moral. 2.5% has slightly increased domestic output and good unity. 5% has no effects.)
