BREAKING - NationStates Right-Wing Community Unites Once Again


Following the degradation of the NSRight, the right-wing community of NationStates has come together to form an even more powerful force for good. A force against the despicable and weak ideology that is communism and leftism. The NURight will promote the anti-communist agenda to the leftmost sector of NationStates, through forceful means if necessary. From the ashes of a powerful organisation rises a league of aligned nations with new capabilities, the likes of which the world has yet to be see.

Founding Regions:
Federation of Conservative Nations, represented by New Waldensia.
Kaiserreich, represented by Cresenthia.
Libertatem, represented by The Aradites.
The United Federation of Capitalists, represented by Electrona.

We, the subscribed regions, for the purposes of mutual defense and offense against communism, accede to the following treaty.

I. The military apparatus of NationStates United Right (NURight) shall consist of the Council of Defense and the Council of Intelligence.
A. The Council of Defense (CONDEF) shall be comprised of the highest military officers of each member region, or their region’s designated representative.
1. The Council of Defense shall have the power to authorize war, and both plan, and execute plans for the defense of member regions and their dependencies.
2. The Council of Defense shall have the power to deem regions as communist sympathizers based on the reporting of the Council of Intelligence, and the targeting lists. The decision is to be based on the region’s relations with known communist regions, both diplomatically and militarily.
3. The Council of Defense is permitted to summarily launch tagging operations without notifying the Council of Diplomacy prior to the operations. However, they are expected to produce a report after the fact, especially when diplomatic consequences may occur, and the commanding officers of the operation may be reprimanded for, and in proportion to, such consequences.
4. From time to time, the Council of Diplomacy may audit the Council of Defense, and promote, or remove ineffective officers.
5. The Council of Defense shall regularly inform the Council of Intelligence, Council of Diplomacy, and other key officials of member regions of its activities.
6. The Council of Defense shall operate continuously via a secure Discord server, and shall utilize other secure methods of communication as necessary.
B. The Council of Intelligence (CONINT) shall be comprised of the highest military or intelligence officer of each member region, of their region’s designated representative.
1. The Council of Intelligence’s purpose is to collect intelligence on and infiltrate both the domestic and military operations of designated communist, or communist-allied regions, as well as perform counter-intelligence in member regions.
2. The Council of Intelligence is authorized to use all reasonable, legal means to collect the needed intelligence regarding targeted regions.
3. The Council of Intelligence shall keep the Council of Defense and Council of Diplomacy informed of its activities.
4. Should an enemy mole be found in a member region, the region’s founder will be informed, and advised of recommended ways to proceed.
5. From time to time, the Council of Diplomacy may audit the Council of Intelligence, and promote, or remove ineffective officers.
6. The Council of Intelligence shall operate continuously via a secure Discord server, and shall utilize other secure methods of communication as necessary.


II. The NURight may expand the number member regions and expel member regions.
A. The addition of regions to the organization will decided by a vote from member regions.
1. A vote to add a region to the organization must be unanimous amongst member regions.
2. The vote will be public.
B. If a member region is deemed to be dangerous to the organization, a motion may be made to expel said member from the organization.
1. The vote to expel a member region must have 2/3 support.
2. The candidate region to be expelled will have the opportunity to provide a case against his being expelled before the vote.
3. If the motion passes, all ties the expelled region has with the organization must be immediately severed by the proper authorities within the organization.

Additionally, an open invitation is to be extended to the various right-wing, non-fascist regions, particularly those that were former members of NSRight, for them to request to join this great undertaking.

I think this is the fourth anti-NSLeft org I can remember consisting of largely the same regions. Libertatem is certainly no stranger to trying to fight them.
All of the prior ones have collapsed and I suspect this one is bound in the same direction.
